The soups are hearty and flavorful — perfect for a chilly day — and the ice cream is rich, creamy, and full of creative flavors. The staff are friendly and always willing to offer samples or suggestions. The place has a cozy, hometown vibe that makes you want to come back. My only small gripe is that seating can be limited during peak times. Otherwise, it’s a delightful spot for a satisfying meal and a sweet treat!“

“GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Now where is that chocolate covered strawberry for my dessert. Yummy!“

“It's hand down one of the best diners around state. Friendly atmosphere, great food and this Hash Skillet is the BOMB. Don't forget to also include a Sunrise Smoothie to your meals, makes the day feel so much better.

“Went there yesterday for dinner had the best nachos ever for an appetizer The guacamole was the best guacamole it was incredible really love the salsa and I would have to say that was the best chicken quesadillas I ever had at a restaurant And the waitress we had was great she was super nice and very helpful when we had questions we would be definitely coming back :)“

“The guy that answered the phone and took my order could have sounded like he was interested or at least a little bit friendly. Other than that I do have to say they're sweet and sour chicken is probably the best around. They're fried rice is also delicious. It's been a while since I was there so when I go back I'll update on the next dish that I get. All in all it's definitely good food.“

“My friend and I dropped into this Korean restaurant on the weekend, and we had no trouble getting seating. We were served pretty quickly, and I ordered a Beef Bulgogi Hot Pot. It came with a side of rice, and there were also those clear noodles in the soup itself. It came out on one of those heated bowls, so the broth stayed hot for quite a while. The flavor was amazing, with the beef, some tofu, and other ingredients blending really well.“

“I normally don’t visit zupas due to a bad experience in this past at a different location but I decided to try it again the other day and this very sweet girl at the front greeted and helped me decide what i wanted, her name was lilly and she made me feel welcome. Not only that but i proceeded to order the turkey bacon avacado sandwich and it was great. Definitely Remedied my last experience.“

“Got Pork Tonkatsu with house sauce curry. Was $16.99. Came with 2 pork cutlets, good helping of rice, and a salad with what tasted like thousand island dressing. Pork was crispy and tender, sause was a slightly sweeter curry, rice was well cooked. Over all great price for food. Lady at counter was very polite and food took about 8min to cook. Would recommend“

“I was helped by Kyle and Axl the other night while I was out with my girlfriend. we came in a bit before they closed but they treated us with energy like it was 3pm! my girlfriend got the mushroom soup while I got the lobster and a sandwich. Kyle recommended i try the potato soup which was great and I will be getting next time I come in!“

“Had a wonderful time there. The service was great. Everything is hand made. The staff is very friendly. They answered questions I had about carbs and made sure they got it correct by asking the chef as well. Their sauce for the chips is absolutely amazing. I could have ordered 30 ounces of it and drank it. It was phenomenal. Britney was my server. She was amazing. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone.“

The only downside to our visit was the hostess (the one with piercings) she didn’t not seem welcoming what so ever she had an attitude and just not very pleasant when walking in but other than that everything was 10/10.“

“Is the second time I do a to go pick up and I never received the silverware and the chocolate and no napkins and on top of that they want a tip for a bad service just five stars for the food always great. And the chicken and gnocchi soup came without gnocchi“

“Kudos to the GM of this location for fabulous and thoughtful service with my delivery order. At the last minute, I added some bagels to my dinner order to have for tomorrow, and when the order arrived, there was an apology note about the Everything bagels being not up to standard and overdone, and small gift with the order to make up for it. That is incredible customer service. (Oh, and my salad and soup — and even the extra toasty bagel I tried — were all fresh and delicious.)“

She went out of her way to make sure the facility was clean and all her customers were taken care of and happy. I don't see this in many places, but Debbie did an amazing job! “Sharing a quick story of great service. I ordered delivery for the first time and originally they had brought the wrong type of soup. I called and within a few minutes they came back and delivered the correct order. Naga I believe was the name of the delivery driver. “I’ve been meaning to leave this review for some time but a lady named Inez who works here single handed sets this location apart. She greets everyone with a smile, remembers all the regulars and their orders, and overall just exudes such a positive energy. Inez is an absolute gem and Panera is lucky to have her. I am sure she’d uplift any place she works the same way. Other than that this Panera is also cleaner than the average and has a nice patio.“

“What makes this place really special is the person behind the food. Chef Auna runs the kitchen herself, cooking with recipes passed down from her mother. She's serious about quality, she crushes her own chili peppers, uses no MSG, and makes sure everything tastes fresh. You can genuinely taste the care in every single bite.
