“I've never really cared for this place, but it's obvious many people enjoy their food. It's a very busy fast food joint, but they appear to handle the crowd quickly and easily. The line inside was short, and they had many cashiers available.
The chicken salad was good, but the dressing choices were limited and rather bland. My wife had chicken strips.
Parking was limited, which pushes patrons to use the very busy drive through.“

“I have been trying to find a good gyro place since Alexander's on southwest highway closed. Most of the places sell something that looks like it came from Sam's Club family pack gyros kit. Mickey's is one of the best places I have come across in my travels throughout the U.S.“

“If you like Ducks back then you will like this place. Excellet tortas and Italian Beef plus Gyros too...They got fatter fries than skinny McDonald ones. They also have Horchatta both as a drink and slushy must try.

“At this location in Niles, my elderly lady friends, some time go there after prayer meeting on Wednesday Evenings, and just sit inside the restaurant talking, sometimes we don't order anything. But the whole work crew and managers are so sweet and polite with us. They never ask us to leave if we're not ordering food. Amazing, clean. Family restaurant ❤️“

“Ordered in the drive thru.Cheese sliders and chicken rings were hot. Unfortunately for me the fries were warm like the were cooked 20 minutes ago instead of the expectation of hot off the fryer fries. We ate half of the fries gave the rest to the birds??.“

“First time trying this place and I was blown away. The Chicago style shrimp were amazing and the deep fried cauliflower was the sleeper hit of the sides. William was amazing with answering questions and when I mentioned a food allergy in the party he immediately went in back to grab to item I was concerned about to let me check the ingredients myself. That kind of customer service is rare and appreciated. We will be back...after the food coma. I ate way too much but it was SO good.“

“I just tried the burgers here for the first time in my life. I had low expectations and I’m a harsh critic. Well, I’m happy to have tried White Castle burgers for the first time at this location. They were delicious, just as the store manager said they would be. I was very pleasantly surprised.“

“Food was fresh. I'd wish my fries would have been freshly cooked. They were slightly warm. The double cheeseburger was tasty, missing a little salt to bring out the flavor. Unfortunately, they were out of the grape pop to help these sliders to their destination.

“I gave it 4 stars on food only because I only had a hotdog. Still have to try something else. BUT they have over 100 different flavors of milkshakes. With so many flavors, I can't wait to try. There were 2 young people serving and they were polite, cheerful and very nice. I definitely will be going back.“

“Amazing customer service from Julia, who is always walking around to see how customers are doing. Chicken sandwich with cheese was fresh and crispy. Sometimes chic fil a sandwiches are mushy for some reason but not here. The place is amazingly clean and nice to dine in. Real flowers at every table is a nice touch as well.“

“The new owners have done a fabulous job with the reopening of the restaurant. I ate there today with a large group. The food was delicious and super affordable, and there is also a large choice of specials. The staff/owners could not have been any more accommodating, coming to each table asking how everything was, and if they could get you anything else! I will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer!“
