“We were here on mother's day, I called the same morning for a reservation for 14 people and they were great on accommodation us since we were a large group and it was last minute. Unfortunately its not big for large groups and we had to sit in 2 groups, which was a little disappointing. I will say that the service was great, our waitress was on point and tool really good care of us. Food was good, scrambled eggs were a little runny for my taste but overall good food and flavors. It was my first time here but would go back as a small group at most 6.“

“So this place was absolutely a great experience for us! I used to come here when I was younger. Now I'm able to bring my child here simply because they have non-dairy and peanut free options. When I initially called the woman that answered was so patient and even mentioned that when I arrived, I could ask the worker to please wash the serving spoon. So when we got there we were immediately greeted, and we explained that our child had allergies, they showed us the options and gave us samples to try we asked that the spoon be washed and without hesitation they did so. Good ice cream, great atmosphere and options for everyone. We will continue to come here. My 4 year old loved the lightning clouds on your ceiling. 🙂“

“Had lunch there today and I have to say this is the first time I was disappointed with the service. The food was excellent but that's it. Asked for 2nd drink and never got it. Water was never refilled until we were through eating. When first ordering our wine we had problems. I will continue to eat here and hopefully this is a one time occurrence.“

When my package arrived it was not in perfect condition....having traveled through a snow storm and a holiday weekend...it was disappointing..(FedEx, not them) I called them to say hello and alert them to my sadness....They not only replaced the promo box, but added extra goodies and shipped it overnight with a sweet message from the owner. 👍😍 First Class all the way...And, AMAZING sweets! “I just walked out of the door and am so glad that God sent us there. We tried 3 places prior to walking in CheSa’s doors which was a definite blessing. We had the catfish skillet, bourbon peach cobbler franchise toast, chicken sausage and scrabbles eggs w/cheese washed down with a breakfast martini. Absolutely delicious and with the owner/chef being very warm w/great hospitality. We’re definitely going back.“

“I am so glad I found this bread. For someone that not only has an issue with wheat and dairy but also oat, barley and rye this was such a joy to find this bread. I was skeptical at first but when I tried the bread it was AMAZING!!! The price is wonderful as well. This bread is so much better as to what you can get at your local store and also you don't have to make it. Just freeze it and then take it out and bake it! Wonderful!!! “So today I had a friend in from out of town and we topped off our afternoon with a visit to Miski Bakery. I was dying to try the alfajores, and they did not disappoint! The very delicate morsels melted in our mouth, and the creamy luscious dollop of dulce de leche caramel was a perfect pairing. In addition we tried the Milhojas/Napoleons in two flavors the Lucuma pastry creme and also the dulce de leche. A thousand layers is correct, these were amazingly tall, crispy and filled with air, both were delicious but the Lucuma(a Peruvian fruit) pastry creme was the standout. It had such a delightful delicate flavor I had never tasted previously. After speaking with Carmen the owner I asked whether or not they ever carried Turrón de doñja Pepa. She just happened to have some freshly baked sitting on the tray behind the counter, but alas it was still awaiting its filling. This gives me a great reason to return and indulge in that special treat. It is prepared every other week. The service was warm and friendly. This is definitely a hidden gem in the neighborhood you shouldn't miss out on. I will be returning often.“

“The kitchen is not operational on Sunday, so if you want to see it staffed come during the week. We made Carmel/Chocolate coated apples, chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered Oreo cookies, and mixed the ingredients to make a chocolate bar. All is included with your tour purchase. The prices for any other chocolate or candies you purchase was better than most bigger name stores. This is a small shop but their quality is very good!“

“I went to dinner here with friends last night. I used to live in The Glen, and since I still live only about ten minutes away, I have been coming here regularly for more than ten years.
Everything was great, but the ribeye I ordered medium came out well-done. I sent it back, and the manager, Kaitlyn, came over, apologized, and had it remade. Unfortunately, the second steak was also not cooked to the correct temperature. I honestly felt bad and was willing to just eat it, even though it was not my fault, but Kaitlyn insisted on having it made again correctly.
I was truly impressed by the service. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a restaurant responds and makes an effort to take care of its guests. Kaitlyn handled the situation professionally and genuinely wanted to make sure I was satisfied.
A special thank-you to Kaitlyn and our server, Sara, for their outstanding service. I have been coming here for over ten years, but I do not think I have ever been this impressed by the level of care and hospitality. Truly excellent service.“

“We drove from Genoa City Wisconsin because we heard how delicious everything was. We were NOT disappointed. The meat on our sandwiches, one corned beef and one pastrami, was piled high! Homemade brined pickles and bakery items exceeded our expectations. Worth the drive and we will be back.“
