“I came here last night and let me tell you not only does the place look cool as hell. The customer service is excellent. Mohammad served us, and from the moment we walked in he offered a couple in line some water. Without skipping a beat he saw my girl and i and offered us some brownie bites and samples of ice cream. That dude is truly amazing with the customers. The ice cream was great as well. This place and its service deserve more than 5 stars.“

“Got there 15 mins before it opened and wasn’t one of the first 30 people in line, that’s when you know this bakery is going to be amazing! When I finally walked the I was greeted by the nice and knowledgeable staff. My savory dish was the bacon brioche and it was phenomenal! Crispy on the outside but soft in the inside. My first sweet bite was the salted caramel brown butter blondie brownie. It was delicious! They even let you choose a center or corner piece. My favorite pastry was the banana pudding croissant, it was even better than I thought it would be. I also got the basque cheesecake which was well prepared but the time I went they had peanut butter on it which I’m not a fan of. But I’m willing to try it again when they have a different flavor. Such a great bakery, will definitely come back.“

“Had lunch there today and I have to say this is the first time I was disappointed with the service. The food was excellent but that's it. Asked for 2nd drink and never got it. Water was never refilled until we were through eating. When first ordering our wine we had problems. I will continue to eat here and hopefully this is a one time occurrence.“

“I am so glad I found this bread. For someone that not only has an issue with wheat and dairy but also oat, barley and rye this was such a joy to find this bread. I was skeptical at first but when I tried the bread it was AMAZING!!! The price is wonderful as well. This bread is so much better as to what you can get at your local store and also you don't have to make it. Just freeze it and then take it out and bake it! Wonderful!!! “So today I had a friend in from out of town and we topped off our afternoon with a visit to Miski Bakery. I was dying to try the alfajores, and they did not disappoint! The very delicate morsels melted in our mouth, and the creamy luscious dollop of dulce de leche caramel was a perfect pairing. In addition we tried the Milhojas/Napoleons in two flavors the Lucuma pastry creme and also the dulce de leche. A thousand layers is correct, these were amazingly tall, crispy and filled with air, both were delicious but the Lucuma(a Peruvian fruit) pastry creme was the standout. It had such a delightful delicate flavor I had never tasted previously. After speaking with Carmen the owner I asked whether or not they ever carried Turrón de doñja Pepa. She just happened to have some freshly baked sitting on the tray behind the counter, but alas it was still awaiting its filling. This gives me a great reason to return and indulge in that special treat. It is prepared every other week. The service was warm and friendly. This is definitely a hidden gem in the neighborhood you shouldn't miss out on. I will be returning often.“

“I just walked out of the door and am so glad that God sent us there. We tried 3 places prior to walking in CheSa’s doors which was a definite blessing. We had the catfish skillet, bourbon peach cobbler franchise toast, chicken sausage and scrabbles eggs w/cheese washed down with a breakfast martini. Absolutely delicious and with the owner/chef being very warm w/great hospitality. We’re definitely going back.“

“What a great experience! I placed a delivery order for chocolate cake and cherry vanilla bean cheesecake. I received an email that they were out of the cheesecake and received a refund. I was really bummed because that was actually what I had ordered for myself, lol. “Today CheSa was in my building The Franklin downtown and of course I had to support my own! I got the 4 cheese Mac/jerk chicken bowl. Not too spicy but had a nice kick. Chicken was tender. Only issue is the juice from the chicken made the Mac and Cheese runny at the bottom“

“The kitchen is not operational on Sunday, so if you want to see it staffed come during the week. We made Carmel/Chocolate coated apples, chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered Oreo cookies, and mixed the ingredients to make a chocolate bar. All is included with your tour purchase. The prices for any other chocolate or candies you purchase was better than most bigger name stores. This is a small shop but their quality is very good!“

Mark Salmon enthusiastically and creatively arranged for my friend and I to dine outside (our request), despite the rain.
