“This was our first time trying this place! Lamb wrap was superb! So moist and fabulous! Ground kabob was also tasty and a quart of lentil soup actually had pieces of vegetables, which was great! It's on the pricier side than your average middle eastern takeout place, but the food does not taste like your average middle eastern place either.. sooo much better! We also requested some modifications, which they actually did, so that was also pleasant. Girl on the phone was knowledgeable and immediately knew what awesome item to substitute for when they were out of one thing that we ordered. Highly recommend!“

He had the surprise steak which was phenomenal! I had the short ribs which were perfection! We enjoyed soups, appetizers, sushi, the works. Just when we thought we were full to the brim and could not squeeze one more but in, I couldn’t resist the dessert menu. “Today was the first time I have ever Ben in a Portillo’s Restaurant, first time I have ever had an Italian beef sandwich. I have a Lotta friends in Fort Myers who go all the way to Tampa to get this sandwich and they continue to tell me how good it is. So this evening we decided to go to Portillo since I was visiting on my grandkids and my daughter and son-in-law, I really enjoyed that Italian beef sandwich. There are a lot of other good things on the menu, but that was what I was there for. Unfortunately, they do not have a Portillo’s Station FortnMyer Florida. I can only hope that one day they will build it there.“

“Delicious pho, my daughter is a huge pho fan and she loved it. The gyoza and fresh tasting veggie shrimp rolls in rice paper with peanut sauce on the side were equally as good.

The Kung pao chicken was better than any I’ve had at the surrounding Chinese restaurants in the Skokie/Morton Grove/Glenview area. HUGE portions. Extremely reasonable prices. Kenny the owner is an incredibly nice and inviting person.“

“THE place for Thai food in Skokie!

I ordered the tofu pad thai and lime chicken. Highly recommend these two dishes.

The lime chicken is nice and crispy and comes with a good amount of rice (in a fancy silver container). The pad thai is standard and always a solid pick. I just wish they put more peanuts in it!“

“I’ve ordered take out for a while but finally dined in. I love the complimentary spicy cabbage appetizer. I recommend the dry chili chicken and the hot wok style beef.“

“One of the best Panera locations and has a nice fireplace. Super cozy. Food is made to perfection, however you request. Staff is super nice. Michelle, I believe is the manager, she’s doing a fantastic job, and the orders are excellent. We come at least 3-4x a week.

“This was my first time trying Epic Burger. The service was great and the food came out super fast. I ended up getting the farmhouse burger. It’s a burger topped with a sunnyside egg, pickles, lettuce, grilled onions & their epic sauce which is basically thousand island.

The burger came out perfect. It was nice and grilled and still juicy. They don’t overdo it with the epic sauce either. It was the perfect amount of.

I don’t come to Old Orchard that much, but I would definitely come back when/if I do.“

“Panera Bread became my favorite family dine-out, sub and salad joint, when we lived at Great Lakes Navy Housing and my husband worked in Deerfield, IL, back in 2005. My most memorable meal is the Greek Salad next to the Apple Cranberry Salad... Their Panini sandwiches are delicious too! All food is freshly made daily, and at the end of the day, they gave their daily baked goods to their last paying customers on that day. Not sure if they did that regularly or as a generous gesture since we were a young military family of 5. Either way, I recommend Panera Bread!“
