Alex asked if it was an allergy and I said yes, he proceeded to wipe everything down, change gloves, get clean utensils, and supervise his staff on how to safely prepare the sandwich. I thanked him (and the guests waiting behind me) for his thoroughness and he told me he understood because his mom also has celiac disease. I appreciated him and his team so much. “Today, I went to the newly opened Jimmy John’s, down the street. I ordered a club sandwich. It was poorly made with minimal ingredients. I didn’t eat it. I went to Jersey Mike’s and ordered the exact same sandwhich. It was full of ingredients. The staff were pleasant and my order was accurate. I did not include the photos of both Jimmy John’s and Jersey Mies sub side by side but, it is posted in my Jimmy John’s review for anyone that would like to see the difference.“

“We expected to have a typical Subway lunch while visiting Louisville but ended up extremely impressed by the two young people working. The lady with red braids was patient, kind, and prepared excellent sandwiches. She took the time to chat for a few moments and shared that she chooses to make her job fun. Both people working in the dining room were cleaning. We enjoyed our meal and walked to the door. The young man said, “Miss! You forgot something!” I had accidentally left my wallet on the chair. I’m incredibly thankful for his honesty and kindness. Subway is incredibly blessed to have these two employees. Date and time visited: Feb 3rd, 3:30 pm.“

“This Subway is conveniently located in a residential area not far from the business center of downtown Louisville. I ordered half a sandwich, meatballs. They have regular and high chairs. The workers are efficient and informative. I noticed the lady taping notices at the door and windows:

There was a line, but again it’s the only clean, good restaurant in the area at 5:30 so makes sense. Staff needs a raise they’re so good.“

“These guys are great! With 6 kids and a few extras hanging out with us from time to time, we hit the mall food court up a lot. Easy to please everyone at 1 location. Even though most kids choose Subway!?☺️

These guys are consistently amazing! Always wearing a smile and extending excellent customer service! They go above and beyond, old school style! You have to have common sense when it comes to customer service! The average customer service representative today does not know how to apply common sense today. The business prompted script and playbook does not apply to all applications. It is important to follow and an excellent foundation, but you have to be able to think outside of that in certain situations.

The kids love going and ordering their food with these guys! They feel like friends.
