Why even use that size container? They dont fill it, a Large fry holder rather than Super Size would do. But then I guess they couldnt legally charge you for a Super Size. Stop Super Size Lying!!! “Love McDonald's. My food is always cooked just like I ask and it's always hot. Plus it helps with McDonald's app too. Got tons of free items and continue to build up my points. Between the points and deals, it's come in clutch for my family on days where we didn't have much money.“

“This is my wife's favorite restaurant (McDonald's) not so much this location but it is closest to where we live. They seem to always get our orders wrong but they do fix them. Just would be nice to not have to return to get it fixed. The staff is usually very obnoxious and inappropriate for my liking. Like I said it's her favorite so we will continue to be patrons.“

“I order at this McDonald's often at least 2x a week. Mostly 3 to 4 but 2 at the minimum.
I managed a south Kentucky mcds for 5yrs. And I would love to say there's a male here by the name of John . I'm not sure if he's in manager positions or not. However if he isn't he ought to be. Honestly due to his over the top, outstanding customer service, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the fact that this is 1 of the only few ones I've been to that actually do things by the book. The meat is always seasoned perfectly. This is by far my fav one in lousiville. It's a little further away than 2 other ones near my house. I will still drive to this one. #1 the man is on point, he smiles makes me feel welcome and it's not fake. #2 the burger patties are seasoned , and #3 It's clean all the time.

“A kind sir by the name of Louis took my order this morning and I just have to post about it! He was so nice and gentle with me and even helped me out to my car after my delicious meal. All of my food was fresh and made with love. Will be coming back!“

“Honestly the best customer service I’ve had at a McDonalds in years. The cashier was very nice and accommodating, our food was brought to us in a timely manner, and my burger was well dressed. The only negative was that the play place was pretty chilly, but everything seemed clean and well kept.“

They even automatically switched my drinks over to a bagged drink carrier when they realized I had two large drink orders. Didn’t even have to ask. The way this location is set up isn’t very inviting (no condiment/napkin counter, small inside eating area, even a sign up asking patrons to limit their stay to 1 hour or less), but honestly, with such great service, I would still choose this location over others.“

“We wanted to feed some of the street homeless in Louisville on Thursday afternoon. We had a large order and the manager was extremely helpful and nice even though it was extremely busy during that time of day. She helped us get the largest amount of food for our money. The food was ready in no time. Fresh and hot! Not only was the manager nice, so was her staff!!

“Every time I've gone here my order has been correct. Most of the time the staff is super friendly and you never have to wait more than a minute or two for your food. The only negative would be their prices have really gone up but I guess that's just a sign of the times.“

Restroom is clean and food was good - we ordered from the Kiosk. Probably due to the drive-through orders, it did take a little longer than expected to get our food even though we did not see too many customers inside the restaurant. So it's understandable.

Overall, it's a good experience between the food and cleanliness of the restroom. Good job!“

I was greeted through drive through properly as I used my rewards this employee went above and beyond as he was having a little difficulty with the system changing the drink from a small to a large but got it done I was happy because of his pleasantry’s that’s what makes this a 5 star review. He seemed very happy to provide good customer service apologizing stating he will fix it as he did he was very polite and I hope that the management team will find out what his name is and give him the kudos that he deserves. “Stopped by the McDonald’s on Bardstown Road recently to grab some breakfast after an early morning walk through the neighborhood. Navigating this location can certainly be unique given the bustling nightlife, surrounding bar scene, and local foot traffic, making it a challenging spot to operate and manage. But people like Kathy are what make it special.
Even though the lobby signage regarding hours was a bit conflicting (one sign says 24 hours while an updated sign nearby notes modified hours), the front door was open and I was welcomed right in. It was Kathy’s very first day on the job, and she truly was a bright spot in my morning! She was sweet, calm, cool, and collected, making sure my order was taken care of seamlessly. We even shared a meaningful conversation about a mutual friend from local Bingo (RIP BEAUTIFUL HOPE)
and expressed our condolences over a shared loss.
Kathy’s genuine kindness, bright smile, and compassion stand out. She expressed so much excitement about joining the team and starting this new journey. “Parking: The parking lot is pretty self explanatory. Have to make sure your cautious while maneuvering for the angles of the parking spots resulting in more blind spots. However, it's not to much of a hazard as it may seem considering I've never seen or heard much about there being any accidents within the parking lot and I've worked next door for the last two years resulting in me frequently visiting their location.“

“Just grabbed breakfast here through the app. They were very busy but the manager, Lisa, kept her cool and was making everything right with everyone. She seemed to be the only English speaker and was working the Drive Thru, Front desk, answered the phone once, and generally keeping the ship afloat and things running smoothly single handedly. The orders have been delivered to our car within 3 minutes of arriving, the food has been fresh and hot and the employees have been friendly and courteous.
