“I had the pleasure of visiting this cute and cozy shop that I never knew existed. It's located on Manhattan around the green apple daycare center.

The place is very clean and has a friendly ambiance. I can definitely see myself bringing my laptop and working while enjoying a cup of cappuccino ( which I ordered)

I don't remember the price because I didn't request the receipt copy. My order consisted of a 16oz caramel cappuccino, brownie, and tres Leche cake which came to about 12 dollars and some change. I was very surprised because the portions were not small at all.

My favorite part of my visit was the customer service I received. Ms. Karen and Abood were so pleasant and sweet. I really felt welcomed and because of that, I definitely will be returning.“

Went with the grits bowl and it was the BEST grits I've ever had, complete with sauteed veggies, fried eggs, and crispy bacon. Also, the fresh juice was delicious. “The fancy drinks 🍹 are titillating and the appetizers are fantastic. However, the entrees were not impressive. The chicken was served undercooked and the shrimp dish was overcooked and very greasy. Ambiance is what you pay for here and the delicate mix of intoxicating flavors in their cocktails! Staff is very friendly!“

“One of my favorite coffee shops in the city. Doesn’t seem to be over-run with tourists which is so nice as a local that works remote. The food and coffee is AMAZING. The food is some of the best i’ve had in the city out of any restaurant i’ve been to… and this is a coffee shop. I’ve never even liked scones and now like scones (but only from here). The decor is so cute and bathroom always smells nice. Hours are later than most coffee shops. Only qualm is I had an Irish coffee which just tasted like alcohol (very strong) I couldn’t taste the coffee in it and the tables are too small to fit a drink, food and something to work on (such as a laptop or notebook). Otherwise everything is perfect!!“

“This restaurant is an absolute Jem. The food has yet to disappoint and the prices are fair for the portions. The owner is very nice and seems to really care for his business. This has quickly become one of my favorite places to find authentic middle eastern food.
P.S. Don't forget the Grocery part too. I'm like a fat kid in a candy store when I'm in there.“

It’s a great place to hang out and the menu is an easy on the budget way to take a break from all of the uber-Cajun food. Lots of fun to play the free games while you wait. Nostalgia is a great name since I enjoyed showing all of the arcade games from my childhood to my son.“

“I was in Tremé for four days, and I ate and drank coffee at Fatmas each and every single one of those days. The coffee was amazing. The food was delicious and their pastries were just beautiful. I loved the atmosphere and the outside seating. There’s even a couple of open windows where you can just stand and look out and feel the breeze while you’re waiting for your food. I wish that I lived closer so that I could go there every day.“

“I came here because of a recommendation, and I am SO glad I did. Customer service was exceptional, baristas were incredibly friendly. It's located in a small mini mart with a bagel/deli type establishment. I believe they get their coffee from Pretty Coffee. I ordered a plain drip and a hot vanilla latte. They have whole and oat milk, and offer vanilla, lavender, maple and mocha syrups. Drip is very smooth and has a nice mouth feel. Espresso is very good as well. Milk texture on my latte was perfect. I also ordered a bag of their coffee. You get a card for a free coffee when you buy their coffee beans.“

The vibe is a pleasant mixture depending on the time of visit but mostly very friendly mixture of gen x and millennials. The only hang up i have is the available seating, this place needs more seating as it is gaining popularity quickly.“

The guy behind the counter was friendly and the food (cookie, croissant & moxie bun) + espresso drinks were delicious. The cafe is petite with a cozy feel. Looking forward to trying the shaken moxie; the frozen one was *amazing* but prefer a non-dairy option. Will be back!“
