“The morning staff here is so sweet. Makes going here every morning a complete joy. The drinks are not always consistent, but I know it gets busy. That is a big bummer, but honestly I love Dunkin' and the staff in the AM is sooo sweet. :)“

“First off, the donuts and pastries are mouth-watering delicious. The Kroffle with whipped cream and fruit are to die for, especially with a speciality ice coffee in your hands. I love the matacha flavors; so true to the authentic kind used in Japanese treats and made me feel like I was back in Kyoto.Service was and is amazing! DoorDash was struggling to find the correct drop off address so the owner personally delivered it to me and adjusted the price. Couldn't have been nicer about the whole deal and went the extra mile to ensure I had everything.If you haven't gone yet, go! It's worth the drive and Waltham doesn't do meters so park and enjoy a slice of homemade donuts. They don't make them like this and for kids of the 90s, get the Fruity Pebble donut with a tall glass of milk or bask in the joy of a waffle with cream and fruit and Oreo cooking sticking out! ?“

“The donuts are huge and delicious! We also recommend the breakfast sandwiches which can be served on a "donut bun" aka a toasted unsweetened donut. They are also delicious and pretty unique. Service was fast and friendly and the takeout option looked pretty popular as there were lots of orders ready to go in the contact-free pickup area. Very clean and well organized too. Go here for your breakfast needs for sure.“

“Very nice place to eat! Me and my family have ordered from there a bunch and only once or twice have they gotten our order wrong (and even then the order was very similar and still good). The staff is friendly and the donuts are fresh! A good place to eat for sure.“

“I stop by this location at least once per week because they're so consistently good in every way. First my lattes, hot or cold, are always perfectly made. The breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwiches are always excellent, and finally, their customer service is always exceptional. They're family owned and if I'm not mistaken, they've owned this franchise location for a decade or two. If you're looking for a better choice than Starbucks or Dunkin', this is it!“

“It’s good there but I would wise if they work on the way they prepare their hush brownies. I think they make them in the morning and keep them by the time you come to buy them they are already hard like a rock.. please change the way you prepare them because my kids like them“

“I've been trying to get here for awhile and I was finally able to. I was not disappointed. They have a lot of different flavors. We got a box of 6 for almost $25.00, but it was worth it. I tried the fruity pebbles donut first and it literally melted in my mouth. I'll be trying the matcha and caramel later but I'm sure those will be just as good. I will definitely be back“

“The Franklin St Dunkin’ in Framingham, MA is a good one. It’s an updated location, it has a good amount of parking, there’s a convenience store next to them, and it’s small, so there’s not a lot of seated commotion from locals. Although pleasant, sometimes a grab-and-go arrangement is best, like this location. There are a few tables though. Coffee and donuts are typical for a Dunkin. The staff is very friendly here. I’ll be back!“

“Went through the drive thru line this morning & ordered a delicious mocha latte with some cinnamon hazelnut syrup and oatmilk! It was made perfectly, quickly and the cashier at the window was so kind. Kindness and a smile goes such a long way when needing a quick pick me-up coffee, so I was so happy with our interaction. “In a service station. 2 Brazilian Staff had trouble underage my order and made mistakes entering it. We took our time amd verified and corrected 3 times since i was the only customer. “Another Dunkin’. This one is renovated and open late. Fine for a quick coffee or a snack.Dunkin’ as a corporation is no longer an especially good food/donut maker. But an early morning mixed dozen on the way to the office is still sure to bring cheer to the morning. Sometimes an egg/cheese croissant with hash browns are in order. Though be warned, shrinkflation got them a long time ago.This location has a great staff. They usually invite you up next to order, are friendly, say thank you, etc. Good folks. Enjoy!“

“Was okay great service. I happen to like this Dunkin and the people thatci have encountered seem very nice. But I was here yesterday at approximately 2p.m. and the language was not what I would expect from people whom deal with the public. The person whom I assume is the shift supervisor or maybe not (short women with short hair dyes red) dropped the F bomb about 20 times over someone complaining that they had to get out of the car when they had curbside pick up. I left because I was sick of hearing her foul mouth. I went for coffee and something to eat not a lesson in learning how to use the F word I'm happy I didn't have the children I watch with me.“

“This DD has wonderful customer service. I just switched DD’s recently and I’m really happy I changed to this location. Hsu has been a delight! She is so patient and positive. It’s really nice to go to a place where the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. “Staff is always super friendly. If you eat at Dunkin a lot in New England you know not all Dunkin are the same. Somehow certain ones always have better coffee and better food. Well this is one of those Dunkin's. Food is always great, the coffee is always fresh and again the staff are fantastic.“

“This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts location in the area. There is a Koi Pond outside of it, and the area is very picturesque. The staff are friendly as well. The only downside is that they only have a few tables for seating inside, but I mostly do takeout.“

We drove out to Hudson from Boston and we're looking for a drive through coffee vendor. *bucks was not open (it was still being built) and decided to go to Dunkin' in the same shopping area.The lady who took our order was so very nice and hilarious. “I just wanted to take the time to give appreciation and recognition to Alex who works at this Dunkin Donuts. He is always making sure his customers are satisfied even in hectic busy situations. My orders have been messed up a few times and every time I went back inside, Alex fixed my order and then some. He always throws in extra hash browns or a donut to make up for the mistake. Whenever he is working my food comes out the best. He is a very kind guy with great customer service and I think he should be recognized for this. He always has a big smile on no matter the circumstances. I noticed a lot of new employees and I can see where that can be stressful but Alex keeps his composure. I come here almost every morning and he always makes my day.“

“This is always been my favorite Dunkin in Ashland as it’s so convenient to stop on the way to work, but lately my drink has been missing the extra espresso shot I always order. I’ve mentioned this to an employee, and they said I should order an espresso shot, but did not notice that I did, and always do. It’s really a bummer because it’s so disappointing to see a milky drink and the ratio is off completely. It wasn’t bothering me the first few times but now it’s super frustrating and I think I’m going to stop coming here in the mornings. The people are lovely and it does seem like they are just overwhelmed with the amount of drinks coming in. I don’t know if they need more staff or whatever but I totally understand if that’s the case. Although I am empathetic, it’s just really annoying and I don’t want to stay. It ruins the morning, but it definitely is a huge bummer.“
