The breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwiches are always excellent, and finally, their customer service is always exceptional. They're family owned and if I'm not mistaken, they've owned this franchise location for a decade or two. If you're looking for a better choice than Starbucks or Dunkin', this is it!“
“This tiny small store in Newton Centre serves up several variations of what is now my favorite dessert - mochi donuts. As I was never a big fan of (overly) sweet delights, I've never bothered to try them despite hearing about it until recently at an event. I was truly surprised as I didn't just take a bite BUT finished the whole thing in less than a minute (once again, a pretty big feat for someone who doesn't prefer sweet treats). It wasn't overly sweet like normal donuts and the texture is far more delightful and chewy as much as it was moist. The flavors were potent and quite addicting. “The donuts are huge and delicious! We also recommend the breakfast sandwiches which can be served on a "donut bun" aka a toasted unsweetened donut. They are also delicious and pretty unique. Service was fast and friendly and the takeout option looked pretty popular as there were lots of orders ready to go in the contact-free pickup area. Very clean and well organized too. “Our experience with Chef Noire Boston was outstanding!Starting with being an amazing human in general, she was a top-tier professional and executed our collaboration flawlessly but made it so fun to be a part of. When she said "full-service" that was an understatement. She arrived with her team promptly, more than prepared and accommodated the unique and flexible needs of our event as it evolved and that's even before I've even talk about the food-- a grazing table so beautifully presented that no one wanted to even touch it, let alone eat it and then once they did eat it they couldn't stop. We even had guests asking for "bigger plates" so they could enjoy more of her delicious food. The food was so thoughtfully curated and, in every bite, you could tell Chef prepares every dish and element of her menu from a place of love. “Even though Dunkin Donuts is only a short bit farther down this very road, I was running late one of the mornings in a week that I was attending a course in Ashland, and that one minute or two was the difference between myself being late and on time. So I stopped here. In general, I actually like Honey Dew Donuts better than Dunkin. The difference in this case is that the Ashland Dunkin Donuts is so sparkling new, pretty, and nice, in comparison to this older and more run down place, that going to Dunkin just seems better. Nevertheless, this place is also a fine stop and not somewhere I would oppose going to in the future. Barely ever crowded, maybe one other car in the drive thru ever.... at most. Staff are marginally friendly, but more importantly do the job accurately and fast. Service is always quick here, and even though DD is so popular; I find the sandwiches, bagels and other food sold is tastier from HDD than Dunkin. Wouldn't be opposed to returning and was super convenient when that extra minute or so saved me from being late (one of my all time pet peeves). 5 stars.“

“I've been trying to get here for awhile and I was finally able to. I was not disappointed. They have a lot of different flavors. We got a box of 6 for almost $25.00, but it was worth it. I tried the fruity pebbles donut first and it literally melted in my mouth. I'll be trying the matcha and caramel later but I'm sure those will be just as good. I will definitely be back“
“I love this Dunkin'. Orders are always ready on time—*do* note that I exclusively mobile order—and the stuff tastes good (as it should), but what really sets it apart from other Dunkin's I've been at is that it has this really comfortable interior. Lots of tables. Some seat two people, whereas others—like the one in the pic—can seat a group of three or four. It feels cozy, but not in a "god, this place is small" way. Sometimes, I'll place an order, come collect it, and just eat in.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance area after you pass the first door is a ramp with a railing to grab on to. No steps, as far as I noticed—and the inner door at the top of the ramp is kept open. The outer door is closed; not sure how wheelchair accessible it is because there is no button (that I saw), but it has a door handle on the outside instead of a knob, and a bar handle on the inside for someone heading out, so people leaving with drinks in both hands don't have to pull. If you've got someone to open the outside door, you should be fine? (Disclaimer: I'm not a wheelchair expert.)“

It’s an updated location, it has a good amount of parking, there’s a convenience store next to them, and it’s small, so there’s not a lot of seated commotion from locals. Although pleasant, sometimes a grab-and-go arrangement is best, like this location. There are a few tables though. Coffee and donuts are typical for a Dunkin. The staff is very friendly here. “I just wanted to take the time to give appreciation and recognition to Alex who works at this Dunkin Donuts. He is always making sure his customers are satisfied even in hectic busy situations. My orders have been messed up a few times and every time I went back inside, Alex fixed my order and then some. He always throws in extra hash browns or a donut to make up for the mistake. Whenever he is working my food comes out the best. He is a very kind guy with great customer service and I think he should be recognized for this. Tiny parking lot with only six or seven spaces,The shop is located on US-20 (Boston Post Road) just before the offramp to I-95. To access it from I-95 is supposed to require that you drive for a bit to make a U-turn but the guy in front of me was able to make the turn across the double yellow into the lot.
