“I needed to order a cake for a birthday and ordered less than 24 hours before I needed to pick up the cake. I called and spoke to Mohammad. He was super helpful and told me he could have the cake ready when needed. He walked me through the steps I needed to take to order the cake online and still have it ready when I needed it. I ordered the pink floral stripe cake and it was perfect; pretty and delicious! Mohammad even texted me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied! Customer service was top notch!“

“My purchase was very fast. I ordered a Big Mac and a lemonade. It took 7 minutes for my order to be delivered. The presentation of the food was very organized. The lemonade was perfectly measured and in perfect quantities. The food was very organized, of good quality, and at an excellent temperature for human consumption. “Wow! What a fantastic place! I didn't expect much coming in for a business meeting, but both the atmosphere and food was just amazing!
Interior design is so well done - all the details are impressive, as well as a general look and feel.
And food... mmm.. food was 10 out of 10. 2 light dishes, dessert, tea and cocktail - everything was simply delicious! All the tastes in each dish are perfectly combined!
Service was average, but the other two components compensated fully for it.

“Cannot speak more highly about this place. When I came in, I introduced myself to the owners and they treated me like I was an honored guest. I saw them give the same treatment to other patrons.

They were very helpful in getting me to choose from the menu. When they heard I came from out of town, they advised me to try the cro’gel (croissant bagel) that you only get in Maryland and recognizing my interest in different foods, recommended me the kouin amann. They also guides me through my matcha choice and advised on the best temperature for it.

If I lived in the area, I would surely be a regular here!“

“Rue has been my go-to cafe for the last year or so, so I decided it’s way overdue for me to give them a review. I literally love everything about Rue - the coffee is delicious and I love all their seasonal drinks (though it’s always so hard to decide between getting the seasonal and my go-to lavender latte), the food is fireeee (get the avo turkey with spicy mayo! it’s so good 😭 oh and the parmesan/leek pastry is stupid good, as are like all their pastries), and all the staff are just beyond kind and wonderful. The space is also super cute and cozy. Absolutely my favorite cafe in the neighborhood and will be my go-to always.“

“Incredible tasting bubble tea with very competitive prices for the area. This shop is in Rockville and there’s practically a bubble tea spot on every corner, but this one is worth your time and money. Kevin, the owner, is a super sweet older Chinese man who takes true pride in his teas. You can taste the love and effort. If you need good quality boba at least once a week like me, then this is the place to go! Thanks Kevin!“

“Nice ambience, friendly staff and vegan croissant and pumpkin/carrot cake that actually taste nice. Let’s not get carried away, it’s not as nice as a really good French croissant made with butter, but that’s probably impossible. Several other vegan options for breakfast like avocado toast and breakfast bowls. No English breakfast tea or soya milk, but they did have Earl Grey and several other types of non-dairy milk. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area.“

Coconut Bowl and mangonada are my favorite; Pina colada smoothie was not overly sweet which I appreciate. Had he green smoothie which I would have liked some ginger in there. The flavor was off the charts and the presentation of the food was so clean and organized. The spice level was just right. The prices are very fair for the portion of food. The customer service is top-notch and the lady at the counter and in the kitchen will treat you like family. If you’re in the DMV area, you need to come here and bring friends. “The chai here is outstanding; possibly the best in the DC metro area. You can taste the ginger and cardamom, and there's a hint of heat. It's great! Someone said the concentrate is Metolius, which tracks, because that's one of my favorites, but it's rare to find in the East Coast. It's phenomenal. I do wish they had almond milk in addition to oat and soy (and whole), but this chai is so good, I'll take it however I can get it. And they filled my to-go cup with no issues. The parking is a little tight, FYI.“

“Java nation offers a u due array of food options ranging from traditional breakfast to Latin fusion and even smoothies, with a standard array of coffee types. The food was tasty - I’ve had the breakfast sandwich and pancakes before and today we got a a chicken shawarma-type pita special. Filling, tasty and unique! Also got a crepe and pancakes for kids, who enjoyed them. The main issue was the pricing of some menu options and how they get you to just pay for it if you don’t check them. I was asked if I wanted French fries or chips - I preferred the fries but then noticed when she rung me up they cost $4! Which was absurd and not made clear. I also picked up a Diet Coke can - a 7.5 oz one (the only Diet Coke option) only to find out that would have been $4.50! That is even more absurd- it wasn’t even a full 12 oz can. I opted for the $5 cold brew, which seems like the going rate (maybe in the slightly higher side). The food was good and I’d return but would be kk soul of what I’m ordering.“
