“I usually visit this lovely place with the same friend. This was our first visit since Covid and we look the wrong turning. But, it was comforting to finally get there and find the same welcoming atmosphere. A delicious Cubano sandwich with salad and a cup of coffee, was the reward. Another thing to like about this Bistro is there is something for everyone. Omnivores, vegetarians or vegans can find something delicious.Vegetarian options: Black bean burger, salads, veggie pizza, soup. There are Also fish dishes for vegetarians who eat fish.“

“Unconventional dinner has amazing food and such a wide variety to choose from.One of my favourite ones is their chicken and waffles. However this is not your regular chicken and waffles. They are corn bread chicken and waffles, with a sweet and spicy sauce.But that’s not all, their salads are amazing also. Great ambiance, and amicable staff.“

“Had dinner before the Oh He Dead concert on Saturday December 17, 2022. We arrived a little before our seating and immediately were greeted and taken to our spots. Ian was outstanding! He was attentive, descriptive and helped create a good experience. Dan, our bartender, was magnificent. He created delectable cocktails and we also chatted along the way (we had bar seats which I highly recommend). This was very reasonably priced, we left very filled and happy. I want to give the highest possible compliments to Ian and Dan. The entire experience was perfect, largely because of the great food, but they took the experience well beyond a 1 star evening!“

“Lovely spot in the Dupont Circle Hotel. I don't usually choose hotel restaurants but this was a perfect spot for a quiet lunch with a friend. Our server, Miguel, was fantastic - very helpful, thoughtful, and just the right amount of time spent at our table. The GM (don't have his name) was also very nice - funny and attentive from start to finish. The food was very good, I had a salad with salmon on it, and my friend had the crispy salmon lunch. Highly recommend if you need a classy, quiet spot in downtown DC.“

“We were celebrating a birthday, and asked for a quiet table, and we were seated in the Wine Room, and it was perfect. We shared a calamari appetizer, and had halibut and crab cakes for the entrees. We shared key lime pie for dessert, and the restaurant provided a special birthday dessert. Service was excellent, and the food was delicious.“

“5 out of 5 stars, this three story restaurant is interestingly unnoticeable but I’m glad I was invited here to experience it. It sits next to an open air lot which is definitely needed on H St. The food was amazing, I had the sea bass, plantains, salad, and cassava fries (can’t remember what they were called) and everything was so good. The staff was efficient and friendly and the chef came out to speak with us and it amazing to see that he’s native DC and young he is. I definitely recommend this place for dinner. I wish I paused to take pictures but maybe next time.“

“Wonderful place, best falafel ever. I hope they read this because I would suggest they describe the bread it is on in more detail. They apologized for not having traditional pita bread for it. Instead the should say they have put a new spin on it using their own homemade ??? bread. I don't know what type it is, but it was absolutely delicious!“

“I had my birthday breakfast at The Greenhouse in DC. I ordered the Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes. ? These were fluffy, not too sweet, not too 'chocolately', and the banana on the top was glazed with crystalized sugar ..mmm.. Just right for me. The staff was friendly, too. Overall a pleasant experience. ??Kid-friendliness: I saw a few tables with families/grandparents and children sitting together.“

“Loved dining at Nina May’s for Easter Brunch! Made the reservation quite last minute but we were still able to snag a table for two at one of D.C’s best restaurants! We were also late on our res. due to easter traffic and finding parking around the place but the host was very accommodating and nice. We got the chef’s choice and everything was amazing! Super fresh and the flavors all worked really well together. I also got the cucumber mocktail which was really good! Our server was attentive and really went the extra mile to fix a small mishap (we got to try the amazing carrot cake, on the house!!! it was splendid!!!!). Will definitely be back since they have a seasonal menuParking: Parking is quite limited as most of the streets surrounding this restaurant are restricted/limited to zone/permit holders which seems to be a theme in D.C. Be aware and plan to arrive 15-20 minutes earlier so you have time to look without getting late. Though a host did mention there is a grocery store nearby that you could park at though!“

“Buzzy place, quite busy for Sunday brunch. The cronut was fresh and delicious. The gravlax mezze plate was unusual which is why I ordered it. The food was good. But the music blasting spoiled the experience for me - and I was solo so wasn't trying to chat, which would have been impossible to hear anything!“

From the start, the team was quick to answer our questions and was open to having us bring in a stroller since we had a newborn with us.Our server Ryan was absolutely exceptional and phenomenal. He did all he could to make the night special for us. “This is a total K-Street lobbyist bar with nice drinks at insane prices. The room is dark and swanky with great artwork of politicians from both sides of the aisle, upscale bar snacks come with your table, and you’ll pay $35 for an ounce of Woodford - but you may spot a member of Congress, too. This is a spot frequented by corporate accounts and special-interest types, but it’s a cool, old-school DC room and perfectly executed.“

“The food here is AMAZING. I'm actually glad this place is far from me and on the expensive side because if it was closer and cheaper I'd be eating here constantly. My table got the waygu egg rolls, Mac and cheese, broccolini, Hawaiian steak, jerk crab cakes, and the jerk lollipop chicken. All of it was on point. Drinks are pretty expensive for what you get. That was probably the only disappointment. Music is a little loud for my liking but it is a minor nit in an absolutely amazing experience.“

“Came here for dinner with my wife. It was better than I expected. I like the variety of cuisine options. We ate the Filipino fried chicken. It was delicious, three meaty pieces. However, you may still be hungry, so may want some sides. The belgian fries with garlic aioli and truffle were nice and crispy. My wife had the Madam VP heritage bowl. That was great too. “Great simple food. We had the mussels, chicken wings and potstickers. The staff is friendly and manager is attentive. My daughter ordered Ceasar salad with grilled salmon but they made a mistake and served it with chicken. They apologized and asked her if she wants to eat the chicken while they cooked her salmon. “Cute spot located very close to union station. Came in for dinner on a week night and the place was decently busy. The server was kind and attentive. For food, I had the lamb shawarma which was very tasty and actually the perfect amount of food, although the pita bread that came with was pretty dry. My friend got the lamb sliders which also looked pretty good!“

“We had 10:30 brunch reservation. The meal consists of several amazing courses. Delicious and beautiful presentations. Vegan and non-vegan members of my party enjoyed it very much. I liked how the servers paused between courses so that we didn't feel rushed. They gave us a menu in case we wanted to refer to what was being served. They weren’t wrong, our experience was great!We came at around 8 PM on a Friday and they were a little busy but we got a table. Our server was super friendly. We started with the calamari as an appetizer which was tasty!As my entree, I got the Margarita Flatbread. Overall it was good! The toppings were tasty and it was cooked perfectly.Overall, if you’re in the Foggy Bottom area of DC, Circa is a good spot! I’ll be back.“

“Had dinner on a Saturday night - party of 4. A plus service and food. The service was very attentive and knowledgeable. Very helpful in wine selections within certain price points (and the recommendations were fantastic). But the FOOD!!! there was a special lobster appetizer that was phenomenal. For the regular menu the little gem salad was large and refreshing. I had the root vegetable soup and it was also great. For mains we had the tuna, pasta and steak. There wasn't a bad choice in the bunch. Highly recommend this for an elegant night out. All in we were at 150 per person (and that was with plenty of wine). The price was a bargain for the experience. GO!!!“

“I love this neighborhood gem or a bar/restaurant. Great vibes and elevated food. My only suggestion is to take the Triple H sandwich off the menu. There's no honey flavoring and for a person that loves Nashville Hot Chicken this was incredibly hot to the point of being nauseating. Unless there's some insane hot chicken eating contest this is not for regular human consumption.“

“Yes! I love the concept. I love how it’s a hand made patty and the burger was cooked perfectly. In addition, you have an option to add items to your burger if you do the build your burger option. You can also choose their preselected choices which look really good. I chose to add sautéed onions, bacon, and Italian sausage. I will say although the Italian sausage was good, I wouldn’t add it again; it didn’t hurt the burger overall. You choose your seasoning (I chose basic), sauce (house bbq), lettuce and tomato. I also ordered the seasoned fries (garlic parmesan). I was curious so I asked for the spicy ranch. It was pretty good.“

“Idlywood is a favorite spot for dinner. The service is excellent, with a good selection of wines and an atmosphere that permits conversation at normal speaking levels. We tried a couple of new dishes as well as a favorite appetizer (shrimp ajo) and salmon Caesar. We haven't been disappointed in any of the salmon selections. The branzino is also a favorite. The chicken parmesan, a new item , was especially good. Highly recommended.“

“We tried Harth last night and are glad we did. It's in the lobby of the McLean Hilton so it's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking. It was not very busy on a Friday night, unlike every other restaurant in Tysons which are overrun with guests. My guess is it's because few people are aware of its existence....and that's what makes it nice (I prefer peace and quiet to crowds when dining). It's a great spot for a date night. The ambiance is wonderful, the service is top notch, the food presentation is stellar, and it was all very tasteful..no need for salt/pepper/condiments. Even the chairs are super comfortable (which is great for my bad back).I think Harth is lovely. We will be back!“

“The food is always good. I’ve been on a lamb burger kick lately. There are good options for brunch or dinner. There’s also events some evenings. I attended an open mic night for poetry a while back and it was great! So much talent in the space and encouraging of emerging and established artist alikeWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is fairly accessible. There are double front doors and no button to open them so it may be difficult for electric chairs and larger chairs. The back event space can be cramped but I was able to be seated comfortably. Though I could see if being tricky trying to leave for a bathroom break once folks pack in. There are stairs to access the stage so that would be a big barrier for open mic nights“
