“The Lady is mean not the daughter but the mom, I don't what's wrong with her she always grumpy at me and the rice they don't mixed well when is fried rice you can see lot of white rice spot because they don't mixed well, I like the food but because of her attitude my head hurts alot when I go there ,that's right I don't buy often is really rare that I order food from there, she needs to change her attitude to get more customers.“

I don’t know if the octopus or the truffle dumpling was my favorite, but I know I’m getting both when I go back. The whole fried snapper had a delicious light breading. “I like authentic Chinese food and this place has dishes that are very similar to what I had in China. It’s really hard to find Chinese restaurants in the states that aren’t “Americanized.”

“Above and beyond anything I've had food-wise in DC. First of all, the prices are incredible for the area and the portions are also solid. The beef rice bowls I are PERFECT. The vegetables are delicious, the meat is well-seasoned, the rice is cooked to perfection, and it has just the right amount of both sauce and spice. I'm also a bubble tea fiend and the matcha bubble tea is consistently tasty and mixed very well.
The staff I've spoken to are very personable and sweet, too. Service is incredibly efficient, but not so jarringly quick that it's clearly just taking stuff out of the back and throwing it into a bag. They take the time to prepare your food well. This little place is so, SO worth it.“

The soup dumplings are perfectly juicy and flavorful, the spicy beef noodle soup has a rich, satisfying broth with just the right kick, and the mango bubble tea is refreshing and not overly sweet. Everything tastes fresh and made with care. The place is cozy, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. Definitely worth a visit! “The ownership of this restaurant has changed, but the food did not disappoint! Ordered Fried Rice, Egg Roll, Chicken Broccoli, and Lo Mein. First of all, Fried Rice was not too soft or mushy. It was still really warm even after bringing it home. The egg in the Fried Rice looked fresh, being better than the last owner’s. The Egg Roll stayed the same, which was still really tasty! The Chicken Broccoli tasted great. Not too much sauce and the broccoli was not too soft or hard. The Lo Mein was well cooked with the right amount of sauce! The son working at the counter was also really kind while taking and giving me my order. Will be ordering again!“

Spicy potato noodle soup with beef. my friend gave it a 8.5 very spicy he was sweating but he said it had tender noodles, tender beef that was season well.

“I had dinner with my friends at this place for several times. The food is good. i am not happy about the recent mooncake order. My assorted flavor order (6) contains only purple yam and mix nuts. Purple yam flavor is not listed in the original order website. The most similar one is purple yam and egg yolk. My expectation would be one cake for each flavor with one / two duplicates. Then I made the call for confirmation, I was told that the assorted flavor order are picked by mooncake master. It would more helpful to specify such information in the website. Otherwise, a little disappointed after one month wait.“

Came in today and my order included 5 wings split. Tina made it a meal and I didn’t notice till I got home. There was a bit of a misunderstanding when I called in regarding it but she took my name and number and will provide a credit next time I’m in so that was resolved. This review is to keep them accountable for the next time I’m in the restaurant since I don’t know when that’ll be next.

“Not only is every dish delicious, but the service at Isshin is so warm, so welcome and so lovely. Secret menu item is the handmade dumplings (they have two types so ask for these specifically). Their miso soup is very rich but not overly salty, which can be difficult to find, yet it is here daily and for a good price. I’m particularly in love with their udon noddles, which I get vegetarian with tofu, and the veggies are perfectly crisp. Their sushi rolls are fresh and I never get the seaweed burps. I had the soup dumplings and Peking Duck Buns for my appetizers and they were exceptional! I had the Dan Dan Noodles for my main course. It was also delicious. In fact, they were the best Dan Dan Noodles I've ever eaten! The portion is also very large as I had some difficulty finishing it.“

“Stepping into this place felt like I’d been teleported straight into Hong Kong—no plane ticket, no jet lag, just pure dim sum magic. The décor? Authentic down to the teapots. The air buzzes with people chatting in Chinese, which immediately told me: I’d stumbled into the real deal.
