“I’ve tried multiple times to order from this location at 8:30 and they are never open. Door says they close at 9...maybe consider changing the times so people don’t waste time goin there. Love the sandwiches, but not being open during posted hours is a drag.“

“So I went to Jersey Mike’s Subs and I’ve got mixed emotions… like my sandwich had commitment issues but still showed up.
First off, the sandwich itself? Absolutely solid. Bread had that perfect “I was baked today and I’m proud of it” energy. Meat was piled high like it was training for the Olympics. The guy behind the counter was basically a sandwich DJ—slicing, stacking, and seasoning with confidence I wish I had in my life decisions.
Now the 4-star part: I blinked and suddenly my “regular” sub was $17. I didn’t even argue because the sandwich made direct eye contact with me and I panicked.
Also, I asked for extra mayo and I think I got enough to moisturize a small village.
Final verdict: I’d go back tomorrow, but I’d bring a financial advisor and maybe a support group. Still worth it. Just don’t look at the receipt too long.“

“It's a QDoba! You know what you're getting into! Very tasty, well made tex mex-americanized food made to order!
You can't have your food made a number of ways here. If you don't like americanized tex-mex this may not be for you!
But I happen to love QDoba. I like this location as well as it's always clean and easy to get to!

“I can’t say enough amazing things about this wonderful Chick-fil-A location! I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? “The burgers from Five Guys are always delicious. I really look forward to visiting and getting a bacon cheeseburger with cajon fries. Especially loaded up with my own toppings.

I have to deduct a star because the cajon fries last visit were undercooked, soggy, and limp. I ate 3 or 4 and that was enough. I took my food to-go, or else I would have let someone know and given them a chance to fix it on the spot.

They also have the worst atmosphere of any burger chain. It doesn’t help that they have old articles on the walls saying how “good and affordable” they were, while shelling out nearly $30 for one cover. We all know this place is decently pricey, but it is undeniably tasty… when the fries are cooked properly, that is.“

“We were in late yesterday to pick up a couple subs for a late dinner.we noticed how polite & helpful daman made my sub.Even made us laugh a bit. “I've always loved Arby's!!! One of my favorite fast food places since living in California and now to Michigan. Their ham and swiss sandwich along with the roast beef dip is still the best. Their fries too of course are delicious!“

“The beef and cheddar was as good as ever. But the curly fries were an odd combination of stale and soft but I'm not expecting the French laundry at 1:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning. Staff was very friendly. Good customer service is appreciated.“

“The quality of the food is very good. One of the better Arby's branches in GR when it comes to that. The service and staff on the other hand, not so much. Sometimes they are super nice and professional (usually the new college student) but I've had several incidents where the staff was quite rude for no reason.“

“I'm very grateful that this location just opened much closer to my home. As I prepared to head into work I placed an order online for pickup. Walking through the door I was reminded just how friendly and inviting the atmosphere is here. The staff was even more welcoming and personable. I was able to pick up my order promptly. “I had a rather unique pizza order and the Pizza Hut staff was full willing to make it! They check the pizza with me before I went home to make sure that my order was done right and it truly made a difference! Love the staff and can’t wait to come back! “A new and better pub burger! The fries were better.

- Colby Jack Pub Burger (Double) - $9.79: Much better than the Pretzel Haus Pub Burger I had a year or so ago. I liked the A1 Pepper Mayo a lot. I thought it was a great compliment of flavor to give it that zesty and savory pub-like flavor. It was rich, but not over-the-top. The soft Everything Bun’s dried garlic and onions were great and complimented well. I think the pretzel bun would have really sold it better, but it was still great.

- Sourdough Melt (Single) - $6.39: A good melt representation. It might have benefited with a little more cheese, but it was still within the norm.

- Original Chicken Tenders (2pc Basket) - $10.09: The tenders were a bit off compared to other restaurants. I am not sure if this was a fluke. It was more like a breaded fish texture and was a harsher breading.

- Crinkle Cut Fries (comes in basket): I’ve had their fries before and they seemed to be ordinary, but this time they were extra-ordinary. They were a softer and even creamier texture on the inside and not overcooked on the outside while still being nicely crispy. I am not sure if the whole chain changed something or it was just cooked correctly this time, but it was amazing and they are on my radar for fries again.

- Service: Quick and helpful. We stopped for a fundraiser they hosted (Mon. 5-8pm). We showed up 10 minutes early and it was quiet. At within minutes, the crowd showed up and they had a huge staff prepared to take it in. It still took time, but they had a good system. I love that they do fundraisers like this!

- Atmosphere: A standard Culver’s setup with tables and chairs as well as booths. It was a touch warmer with wood tones than others.

- Conclusion: Culver’s is one of my favorite burger chains and this one has always been my favorite (20 years and counting now)

“I gave this particular McDonald's 5-stars just because of the cleanliness and service. It is still a McDonald's so the food and atmosphere are relatively the same as everywhere. One of the better McDonald's experience I have had.“

“It's fast food. It's been hit or miss with service and accuracy of ordered, but I go here frequently and most of the time more order is pretty close to being correct. Ordering through the app vs the drive-thru definitely seems to help.“

“Wetzel’s Pretzels has a great selection of freshly baked pretzels. I always grab one or two (don’t tell my diet on me) on my way through the mall. Now with two conveniently place locations (upstairs and downstairs) the options of when and where I get my pretzel in the mall are about endless. Having a freshly baked pretzel really helps improve my overall experience at the mall. The associates are always friendly and provide great service. The warmer they use always keeps the pretzels warm and fresh. I have seen them rotate them in and out so you are always guaranteed a fresh pretzel. I do how however wish they offered delivery or catering orders. If this service was provide I could get my pretzel fix any time of the day.“

“I really like having the option to get panda express when I'm craving late night Chinese (all the other options close like an hour or two before panda express does). The options are somewhat limited maybe but the items they do carry are just as good as the other places, sometimes better in fact. It's also slightly cheaper than my other takeout go-tos so I enjoy eating from there.“

I thought they came with chili and ordered wrong when I called from down the rd they kindly explained the misunderstanding to me. They were so nice considering they were getting ready to close. I'm talking like 2 minutes of closing time and they let me come back and grab a cup of chili to add to my fries. Absolutely didn't have to do that.
