“I come to this Chick-fil-A at least once a week, and every single visit is fast, friendly, and consistently great. The food is always excellent, and the team does a fantastic job.

Today, though, I had an experience that truly stood out. I encountered one of the friendliest, most positive employees I've ever come across at any fast-food restaurant, and he absolutely deserves to be recognized.

Trevon took what would have been a normal mobile drive-thru pickup and turned it into an extraordinary customer experience. His smile was genuine, his attitude was contagious, and he made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I pulled up. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Trevon went above and beyond without even trying—he was simply being himself.

“So I went to Jersey Mike’s Subs and I’ve got mixed emotions… like my sandwich had commitment issues but still showed up.
First off, the sandwich itself? Absolutely solid. Bread had that perfect “I was baked today and I’m proud of it” energy. Meat was piled high like it was training for the Olympics. The guy behind the counter was basically a sandwich DJ—slicing, stacking, and seasoning with confidence I wish I had in my life decisions.
Now the 4-star part: I blinked and suddenly my “regular” sub was $17. I didn’t even argue because the sandwich made direct eye contact with me and I panicked.
Also, I asked for extra mayo and I think I got enough to moisturize a small village.
Final verdict: I’d go back tomorrow, but I’d bring a financial advisor and maybe a support group. Still worth it. Just don’t look at the receipt too long.“

I am not a review writer ever but wow, I’m a sucker for good customer service and the manager at this location goes above and beyond. John G. Embodies customer service to a tee. This man told my friend and I with our kids a couple weeks ago about the kids eat free Tuesdays and the following week we were there. This man took the time to bring our kids stickers, after his shift took a few extra mins to check in and make sure we were enjoying our food and then he said the line that every single mom wants to hear, as we were all staring at the mess our kids made this man says “don’t worry about cleaning up, that’s why you come here right? We got it.” Done, sir, you have a customer for life in me! Thank you again for making our visit so so special!“

“I give this Pizza Hut location a five star rating. It is my favorite place to go when I want a good pizza. I always have a great experience here. This Pizza Hut is always neat & clean. They welcome you when you arrive. If you are a regular customer, they will call you by name. The order is accurately placed every time. “The quality of the food is very good. One of the better Arby's branches in GR when it comes to that. The service and staff on the other hand, not so much. Sometimes they are super nice and professional (usually the new college student) but I've had several incidents where the staff was quite rude for no reason.“

The options are somewhat limited maybe but the items they do carry are just as good as the other places, sometimes better in fact. The Subway restaurant on Baldwin (in hudsonville) must be under different management... they always are out of ingredients (including bread options) and the service is so so. I would only visit the Baldwin location if presured for time.“

“Wetzel’s Pretzels has a great selection of freshly baked pretzels. I always grab one or two (don’t tell my diet on me) on my way through the mall. Now with two conveniently place locations (upstairs and downstairs) the options of when and where I get my pretzel in the mall are about endless. Having a freshly baked pretzel really helps improve my overall experience at the mall. The associates are always friendly and provide great service. The warmer they use always keeps the pretzels warm and fresh. I have seen them rotate them in and out so you are always guaranteed a fresh pretzel. I do how however wish they offered delivery or catering orders. If this service was provide I could get my pretzel fix any time of the day.“

“Not usually a big fan of their food but had to try the fries. The cheese and bacon. I thought they came with chili and ordered wrong when I called from down the rd they kindly explained the misunderstanding to me. They were so nice considering they were getting ready to close. I'm talking like 2 minutes of closing time and they let me come back and grab a cup of chili to add to my fries. Absolutely didn't have to do that. That was probably the best service I've had at fast food in years. I will definitely make it a point to go back to that place that location“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“
