So we went there and found his new favorite place to eat in the world! They had fresh cut fries which he raved about! Mimi, these are so good, way better than Mc Donald's! And those were his favorite fries , lol. He also got 1/4 BBQ chicken with spicy sauce, baked beans and garlic toast. I tried their Italian beef with peppers and onions. There was more food than we could eat and it was all delicious. The owner was very nice, helpful and personable but not intrusive at all. We required a to go container for my grandsons leftovers so he now had a full lunch for tomorrow as well. Food was very fresh and well made with large portions and the restaurant was clean and full of sports memorabilia. It's a delightful change from chain places and I highly recommend it.”

Jake, the owner, is there every hour, making sure things are running smoothly and checking in with customers. It’s rare to see an owner that hands-on, and it really shows in the quality of the food and service. Jake’s a great guy, and his passion for his restaurant comes through in every detail. “I don’t like doing one stars anymore. If someone has that bad of a opinion nobody forced you to go here . A lot of people crying over prices. Again nobody made you buy here . But on the other hand everything I ate wasn’t very fresh. To eat the French toast you need a cup of water to dip it in . Way to hard . I got hash here and was like rocks . The slushes are the best . But nice little snack area. Only thing two employees was talking and I walked up stood there for 30 seconds and they still didn’t say anything. So I said excuse me . Still nothing. So I walked away . They then tried to help me and I said nvm pay attention to your customers. With all this I still give a 5 star. Because it helps a manager talk to these people to fix the issues. If you complain about the price and give a one star , just seems crazy . Also with COVID I think they should clean the tables. Couldn’t find one clean table and they just stood there for most part”

I stop at this truck stop regularly, and I do believe being served the burger this way was an honest mistake.
After talking to Jeff, a new manager, he corrected the mistake and made me a new meal. He seemed very concerned and even stated that he is keeping a closer eye on the grill.
His eye contact and professionalism convinced me of his genuine effort.

So helpful, super understanding, SO accommodating, she promised to have the cake made & ready in 24 hours. I picked it up this afternoon and it was the PERFECT sonic cake! My son said “my cake is the best cake ever” after his first bite! I’d say that’s a win! It’s absolutely delicious! I’ll be coming back for my daughters birthday(and a just because cake 🤷🏾♀️😂) Highly recommend!”

Service was great and our bartender/waitress was great. Only issue was this loud drunk couple swearing and yelling loudly at the bar, throwing F bombs and loudly calling people pussies. I watched the bartender tell him to tone it down a few times but the guy was just a loud belligerent drunk. I am no prude but I don’t go to a restaurant to listen to that. This was at 7:00 not 10:30. Glad I didn’t bring young children with me as that would have been an issue. Loved the place other than that.”

Toyo was extremely thoughtful and helpful when communicating with me on what would work best for my retreat. She worked with me on quantity and variety of juices for my guest and provided cute containers for each juice. She above and beyond in helping my store the containers until I could pick them up the day before I left for my retreat. If you are ever in Kalamazoo, try to get one of their juices. I haven’t been to downtown in a long time (I’m a country hick), and these two treated my group like we were the only people in the restaurant. As far as those two were concerned, we were royalty. While they were “just doing their jobs,” they were amazing. If the rest of the staff is half as good as these two, do not hesitate to stop in. We could not have dreamed of better service. “Last night we tried Condado for the first time. We were instantly met with a smiling individual who sat us promptly. Breanna was our server and was an absolute delight. Breanna explained the menu and gave us fun info about the art work (which was one of my favorite parts!). All of the staff were cheery. The food was absolutely fantastic; the best carne asada I’ve ever had! Try the pineapple lemonade and smoked queso! We will absolutely be back and tell all of our friends! You guys are exceeding the industry standards!”

“Our family loves the backyard. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing and they are always hosting fun events. The food is very good quality and priced very fairly. The chicken wings are fantastic. The service is always great and the owners really put their heart into it. For sure five stars from us 🫶🏼”

“You were a first suggestion from a local hotel. We went with it and boy were we glad we did! First thing noticed was the delicate yet beautiful land scape. Upon entering we were greeted with many “good mornings” :) it felt good. The colors of the establishment really make you feel welcomed. It was not hectic or crazy or loud yet the machine was working so beautifully. Our waiter was incredibly kind and on top of the coffee refills! The food….. my goodness how can we forget that…. I mean y’all are a restaurant right!! I swear it felt like I was reviewing something for better homes and gardens…. The food was priced well below average I’d say. But the portions were over achieved. Both of us were over satisfied with our visit. Thank you…. Great/ impeccable service is hard to find! Way to go management/owner!!!!”

“Denisha was a wonderful manager and assisted me so efficiently and diligently when my order got messed up on my way to work in the morning and was able to replace it for me with no issues it's great to see a manager who actually handles the responsibilities well honestly this is one of the best McDonald's in the Kalamazoo area”

“It has large portions of delicious food. I liked how they provided pictures of each dish. It helped me visualize what the dishes were going to look like and helped me decide what I wanted. The food perfectly matched the photos in the book and were delicious. If you are looking for spicy dishes, delicious noodles, and perfectly cooked meals, I would recommend going here.”

“We decided to try and it was great. They were paying attention to the door, we got sat right down our server was a guy I forget his name but he was awesome, we had a small issue and a manager came right out and helped every way he could.”

“My family and I love this place! Hint; If you plan to go for dinner you will want to arrive between 4:30 - 5:00 pm as that is around the time they clean up the lunch items and bring out the dinner items, fresher than you'll get anywhere else. I recommend the sushi bar and fresh veggie sous chef area if you're into eating fresh & healthy. Tip your chef well and when you're done, tip your server well even though it's a buffet the servers work hard and are awesome at getting anything you need and of course they also clean up after you and your family so I always tip them at least 30%, they more than deserve it and after all the money you saved by eating here, you can afford it.”
