“Best pasta in the Twin Cities?????? Cavatelli with Rabbit Sugo was marvelous. We swapped and tried each others and I was equally floored by all of them. Wonderful service. Our server was friendly and helpful. Delicious drinks and cheesecake for dessert (ate immediately, not pictured). Absolutely will come back- hopefully soon!”
“The staff are incredible and the food is outstanding I've never had anything like it, not to mention the bar is so gorgeous I could look at it forever. My husband and I have been here three times and we will be back again, soon I hope! This is the perfect spot wether you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary, or just want to try incredible food some place new! I will be back soon with my mom just because I think it's so magical everyone must experience it. Bûcheron is a must!”
“My friend and I had an incredible time at Owamni. My compliments to the chef. Truly one of a kind experience. The food was outstanding from start to finish ( presentation, flavor profile, texture, all natural and full of character). There’s not a place that’s more unique than Owamni in Minnesota, in my opinion . I highly recommend this establishment, and I wish you prosperity and success.”
“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. No matter what plans you have this is the spot to be! A huge thanks to Lake and Irving for all they did for us and a massive thank you to Chris the chef! That meal was better than we could have ever expected!”

“The food was spectacular, fairly cheap, it came out quickly, and the service was no nonsense. Would definitely recommend!
Vegetarian options: Large well labeled vegan selection as well!
Dietary restrictions: Great vegan options that are well labeled”

“Monica, Nina, and Maxi were incredible! The staff is also top notch, we had an AMAZING time. Wonderful atmosphere, great entertainment. We’re in town visiting, and you can bet next time we’re here, we’ll be back! It’s not letting me add pictures but I tried lol”
“The pizza was good, very thin crust but large slices. Very helpful and entertaining employee! We are visiting with The National Veterans Wheelchair Games and it was a good place to have a quick lunch.”
“The most fun place! The Eggs Benedict were among the best I've ever put in my face, and the atmosphere is just the best. Convenient to many hotels. A little spendy but they don't skimp on food or cocktails. LBGTQ+ friendly. 24 hours. Equally a home for chill or fancy.”
“We hosted a small work dinner of 8 people and our group had such a good experience we decided do to a larger event at All Saints. We had a group of 20, the team at All Saints was excellent work with in planning this dinner. Again, our group had an excellent time. The food, drinks and service were incredible. We will be back!”
“So good! Excellent customer service and the food is to die for! 100% recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family!”

“I tried the 4 hand rolls meal - loved it! I got spicy salmon, spicy tuna, eel, and scallops. They were all good, scallop was my favorite. Miso soup was tasty. Service was wonderful and sweet. This is a great place to get a filling meal on a busy day or go on a date.”
“Milly’s is an absolute gem in Minneapolis! The wine selection is impressive, with a great variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options that catered perfectly to our group. The food, especially the charcuterie boards, was delicious and beautifully presented. Don’t miss out on the French onion soup! Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. A special shoutout to Timothy, the sommelier, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect pairings for our meal. And the owner, Brandon, was so welcoming and personable, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!”
“We all enjoyed our meals. The server was polite and the service was very quick. I ordered the Caesar Salad; I am usually an extra dressing kind of gal but this salad had TOO much dressing. Also, you can see in the photo the chicken I added for $7. It is quite a small portion for the price!”

“Great restaurant! Booked it in as a last minute birthday celebration. Had the avocado toast & added poached eggs on top. Loved the tent seating as I felt warm especially with Minnesota weather. Also ordered myself an iced latte, which was great. My sister had the seasonal French toast & loved them! Definitely recommend this as a quick, affordable brunch spot.”

“Incredible birthday dinner last night. Everything was perfect, starting with beautiful, interesting cocktails. We loved the mezcal old fashioned, finished with beautiful smoke from burning corn silk. Extra special is the bone in birria, which I will be dreaming about for many months. Super beefy silken meat, loaded with flavor. Don’t pass on the pork shank if you love roast pork! We had the nicest guy as our server, who was so enthusiastic about the food he brought us and happy to handle our big table complete with kids. I will go back!”
“This review won't inform potential future diners because we ate there on Young Joni's final night of service, Sept. 12, 2025. Fantastic meal and ambiance. We arrived for our 4 pm reservation, first of the evening, and Ann Kim walked the 50 or so people-long waiting line thanking us for coming. It was a heartfelt greeting and the beginning of a very special meal. The pizza's were outstanding - with chewy, wood-fired crusts. My wife had the Old Reliable, a simple marinara pizza, and I had the La Parisienne, which was prosciutto, goat cheese, arugula and a tasty pickled mustard seed compote. We also shared an appetizer of chicken wings. Plenty of food for the two of us, but we indulged in two wonderful desserts as well: Dad's Favorite Carrot Cake - a ginger-spiced, rich version of the old classic - and a fruit crisp with a unique combination of peach and blueberry. The wait staff was very attentive, especially given the emotion and fanfare of a closing night. Thank you Ann Kim and your wonderful staff for a great 10 years at Young Joni and we'll see you soon at Pizza Lola...and more!”
“A beautiful addition to the culinary landscape of Minneapolis, in a neighborhood that is becoming a top dining destination. Minari is a stunning restaurant offering a new dining experience that involves a delicious discovery of new flavors, beautiful presentation and a sense of community. Being able to view the chefs in the open kitchen and interacting with those offering the dim sum adds to the experience. Enjoy courses on its own, dim sum on its own or mix it up with a combination, along with banchan...allows a new experience each time you dine. Persimmon Salad, Squid Ink Dumpling, Pearl Meatball, Crab Ramyeon, Banchan Platter, Mapo Tofu and Korean Fried Chicken are on my recommendation list!
Parking: Parking lot available across the street.”
“Creative menu, delicious devour-able food, friendly staff, fun, laid back atmosphere. And totally gluten-free!”

“Stop there today because I was in a rush and was pleasantly surprised, a young man, i believe his name was allen, what's so refreshing compared to some of the younger workers at these fast foods, he was quick witted, mature for his age, very friendly, yet professional. I love
burger king chicken sandwiches , and this one lived up to my exdictations”
“Workers seem to be all Hispanic. The app in general isn't user friendly and then add a language barrier. Kinda sucks but it's ok, as the wanted deal was received. Took about 8mins of 2 ppl taking my phone and speaking Spanish between each other and looking at me... Lol
Parking: The lot is a one-way around the restaurant. If using drive through, some parts around the building are narrow”
“It's Taco Bell. You can't really mess it up. Unless you do it intentionally. Play It's always seems to be busy and often has cars wrapping around the parking lot. The food is decent if not a bit overpriced for what you get. They seem to be spreading themselves a bit thin. With all their new and weird meal options.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's right by the front door.”
“Oh Happy New Year to me. The line today was unusually long. But I got a bonus today. Thanks. I ordered a breakfast meal. I got it, and an additional sandwich and hashbrown in the bag. Thanks. How did you know that I was hungry this morning? This is a great place.”
“The orginal (1921) hamburger chain, far predating McDonald's by decades, and my favorite burgers of all time are White Castle 'sliders': little square hamburgers with a small hole in the middle. We used to call them 'gut-busters' and 'grease bombs.' My dad said that when he was a kid in Chicago in the 1920s, they cost 5 cents a piece. \nWhen I was in high school in the later 1960s, they still were only 12 cents each. I'd get a bag of 12 and be in burger heaven. No more: it's now about $1.40 for just a basic slider. How times have changed. \n\nYou either love them or hate them. My wife hates the smell of them, but I still love them.\nSadly, White Castles' locations are pretty much limited to the central Midwest, Northeast, and Florida. (A similar chain called Krystals is in the deep South. They are good, too.) But none are located close to Omaha, NE, where I now live. You can get frozen White Castles at grocery stores, but it's not quite the same.\n\nSo I had not been to a White Castle for...25years? When on a visit to Minneapolis, I made a special pilgrimage to satisfy my slider craving. Aside from the sticker shock, they are still pretty as I remember them: still great and I'm still in love with them. \nNothing else is like a White Castle slider! All other burgers chains are generic in comparison. (aside from their twin in the South, Krystal)”
“My husband and I chose to celebrate our one year anniversary here today. It was both of our first times dining at Broders’ and we enjoyed everything about this wonderful experience! Upon arriving we were attempting to take a selfie photo outside and one of the employees opened the front door and asked us if we would like him to take our photo. Tyson so kindly took several photo angles and opened up the door for us as we walked in. It truly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s warm and inviting home. Our sweet waitress helped me select the most delectable glass of wine I have ever tasted. Words cannot explain how delicious the pasta was… we lapped up every single drop and were in absolute food heaven. To top it all off… we were treated to a free dessert of our choosing along with two chocolate cocoa truffles on the house!! After we finished our meal we went across the street to their storefront to purchase some pasta and sauce to enjoy at some point in the coming weeks. We will definitely be back for all special occasions and certainly for our two year anniversary. If you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience and meal this is the place!! Enjoy!”
“We had a large party and were seated upstairs. It was over 90° outside and very hot in the area. Fans didn't help much. We were given water but had to finally ask for ice. The food was delicious and the staff were very cordial, helpful and accommodating.”
“AMAZING SERVICE, WONDERFUL atmosphere, well priced, FANTASTIC FLAVORS, serving portions as expected for tapas. Two of us ordered about 8 dishes and shared gor dinner, we were stuffed - could have had only 6 but wanted to try so many bcuz they were so tempting by descriptions, and they met all expectations!! They accommodated our dietary restrictions without hassle. If we lived here, we'd be regulars!!”
Takeout Restaurants
“Stopped in for a late lunch on the patio. Was interested in a bitters & soda and the server recommended mixing the rhubarb and cardamom, which was delicious and refreshing. Followed that with the Chix Correa sandwich and a side salad. Wow! Really creative flavors and well-executed. Could tell everything was made from scratch and with high quality ingredients and care. Also the decor was fun and hip, the music top-notch, and the staff kind. I look forward to coming back soon!”

“The birria ramen is in a class by itself. I dined at the Uptown location and the food was excellent and the service was great. Even with a language barrier we worked it out! Good service is at an all-time low so it was refreshing to be treated w such kindness and consideration. Thanks and we'll be back!”
“Fantastic experience and the food is exceptional. The Chile Con Queso, Sikil Pal, Papas Machas, Pollo Yucateco and Camarones Al Diablo were all delicious. Great service and ambiance. Highly recommend.”
“First off, I would highly recommend this restaurant. The value is great. With that said, the wait staff was very pushy; if the chef left this place wouldn’t be worth a thing.”

“I am sure many reviews begin this way, but it’s true here: I rarely write reviews. We visited the Rochester location on 5/18, and we were immediately pleasantly greeted. The entire menu looks so tasty, so I ended up ordering a Wedge Salad, the Five Cheese Macaroni & Cheese to split, and a 60/40 with Truffle Fries. I LOVE Wedge salads, but this one, this one was special - the most delicious wedge salad I’ve ever eaten. The addition of the dill was unexpected but soooo welcome. The macaroni portion, even as split, was so generous and very tasty. The truffle fries were very flavorful, and the burger - I am ashamed to say I can’t attest to it because my eyes were much larger than my stomach & I had to take it to go. The rest of the crew with me all agreed their food was also delicious. If we ever have the fortune to travel back to the area, we agreed we would all come back to Red Cow. Our service was also top notch, I wish I could remember our server’s name. She was very sweet!”
“Geshmak! Idk if this bakery is Jewish, but it definitely reminds me of my fav bakery in NY. Absolutely delicious. I never thought I’d find such an amazing gf bakery. The apple turnovers are probably my favorite! Buttery, flaky and so flavorful. We are beyond impressed and the staff were super nice. Thank you for dedicating yourselves into making a wonderful place for us gf peeps <3”
“The best bakery in the whole world.
As one of the best bakeries in the whole world, and one that my family has loved for years, it was a no brainer to order from them when it came to provide food for my grandma's funeral.
I remember walking in to pick up our (very large) order and realizing that I had the wrong pick up time. The pastries were far from ready. Given the grief of the day, I am confident I wasn't a pleasant customer, and I'm confident I didn't take responsibility for my mistake. And yet, rather than send me on my way, the owner and her employees took basically every pastry they had on the shelving and gave it to me, likely at the expense of their current business and their current customers. They then helped me bring my order to my car, and when I offered to help them carry some boxes, the owner told me she didn't want me to get my suit dirty. She said she was sorry for my loss and then went back inside.
The pastries were a hit, but they wouldn't have been possible without Black Walnut's kindness. This review is a thank you and an apology. Thank you for your kindness. I am sorry I was so out of it.
Given the extremely high quality of their food and taste at a more than reasonable price, Black Walnut is an extremely easy bakery to fall in love with. Coupled with their kindness and warmth, there really is no place on Earth that compares.”
“Cultivated skill of fine dining meets dive bar. Bull’s Horn is something in between. Reasonably priced for dishes created by a culinary chef who makes his very own house made bologna and cheeses. His subtle cooking techniques results in extraordinary taste and texture that the unrefined tastebud may miss. Great food coupled with great service drove my family to stop here twice during our weekend trip to Minneapolis. Here are our must tries: Cheese Curd: Lightly battered and geniusly paired with thousand island dressing which breaks up the acidity of the cheese and brings out the rich creamy cheese flavor. Bologna Sandwich: Not from your childhood! This homemade recipe marries a blend of spices that makes your tastebuds dance. Lightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside…assembled with homemade American cheese, a slice of crisp white onion on toasted white bread… the best I’ve had in my life! Chicken Gizzards: Technique, technique, technique. I can only wonder the effort and preparation on the front end that makes these gizzards so, so tender. Lightly battered and minimal frying time leave these gizzard with a “cut with a folk” and “melt in your mouth” texture that I have never experienced before.”

Fine Dining
“My friend and I were lucky enough to enjoy the Chef's tasting last night at Mara; what a fabulous time we had. The food was spectacular, the wine pairings were ON POINT, and the best part was the service. From the hostess who seated us all the way thru, we were treated to DELIGHTFUL personalities and kindness. Our server, Corinn (sorry about the spelling), was so knowledgeable and fun and her assistant Elizabeth was as well. the chefs all were so good at explaing the ingredients and techniques and just made great conversations. We commented to each other many times how wonderful everyone was, which elevated the entire experience. Bravo and High Fives all around! I certainly hope to return.”
“What a delightful evening this was! It was truly a dining adventure with the variety of dishes and flavors in such an enjoyable homey atmosphere. Mo was a gracious host and at once we felt at home in his home. There was time to socialize and meet the other diners but also time to enjoy your own privacy with the people you came with to dine. I have been smiling all weekend thinking about this wonderful experience; I will definitely be back and can’t wait to share this gem with others. 💜”
“Jenna the manager and Kristin our waitress made our 33rd Anniversary special and treated us like royalty. Thank You for making our evening out special and treating my wife like the princess she had always been and always will be. I highly recommend Ruth's in Minneapolis.”
“Great tour by Cade. Beautiful facility and even better whiskey. Can’t wait to go back!”
“Everything we had was great! Normally we enjoy steak but this was a great change that he and I both enjoyed! Friendly staff also at the bar!”
Cheap Eats
“We almost didn’t go because it was difficult to find parking, but it was definitely worth the walk! We were sat immediately and greeted with very kind service. We ordered boneless chicken wings with spicy Korean sauce, and we each ordered a spicy rice noodle bowl. Our server told us what to add right away and how to enjoy the bowl. Everything was delicious. We tried the sliced beef and brisket and both were great. Definitely a great Minneapolis spot for a warm lunch on a cold day! ?❄️?
Parking: We went on Saturday and got lucky with parking, but be prepared to walk a bit. Construction makes it harder to navigate.”
“We've been several times, food and service have always been excellent, recommend the mussels and the Cassoulet.”
“The venue is a little too “homie” for my tastes, but the food was amazing!”
“Phenomenal Panama Louisiana infusion! So delicious, I absolutely cannot wait to go back and try more menu items!! 🤤🤤🤤”

“🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥place & love the area I recommend everybody to get the experience”
“Good variety of dishes, options for special dietary needs. Atmosphere is pleasant and clean.”
“Extraordinarily good experience. The kitchen was a bit backed up and slow, hence the 4 stars for service, but the food and vibes were fantastic. We will definitely return.”
“I’ve never been disappointed at this restaurant. Interesting wines and great food.”
“The New Years eve night was absolutely the best. The food, service and atmosphere was great. We loved it!!!”
“We went for the first time yesterday and we loved it! The food was delicious and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Great service. We will be back soon!”
“Love this place. Kitchen is open late. Drinks are tasty. Food is excellent. Staff is so friendly. 😁”
“Red Cow has great hamburgers and fries. We got the turkey burger and a double barrel burger along with sweet potato fries with buffalo cauliflower. You can also order lunch items for dinner if you ask (but the kitchen hates it).”
“Great atmosphere! So many people having a great time. Ordered the Dragon's Milk Braised Beef Ribs with snap peas and mash. So good! So tender and flavorful! Gravy was chef's kiss!”
“I love the owner, shes really the sweetest person ever, but her new employees give horrible service. I wont be spending my money here again, till the owner herself is behind the counter, they wont have my repeat business”
“Thank you for superb service and wonderful food. Best lasagna I have ever had!”
“Amazing. Just go and you won’t regret it! Was a little skeptical about the Italian/Japanese fusion aspect, but everything we had was VERY good. I’m kicking myself for not remembering our servers name, but medium length red hair and beard. Knew everything about the menu, ingredients, cocktails, etc. One of the best servers I’ve ever gone on an experience with. Fantastic all around. Super fun culinary journey. Thanks team!!”
“The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. It's truly an experience. Make reservations far in advance! We are so glad we did. Service was excellent. I wish I was staying in Minneapolis longer, I would go back in a second!”
“Amazing atmosphere and the food was incredible. I had manciotti with the homemade meatballs and they were outstanding. Amazing food and service”
“Wow, I have been looking for a great Indian place in the area, and I've found it! I had ordered takeout from here a few years ago and thought it was good, but Chef Latish obviously has done a lot of work to improve the scope of the menu and the flavors. As a vegetarian, I also appreciate their very large selection of options. My buddy and I ordered the aloo mattar (very good) and the malai kofta (truly outstanding!) and we can't wait to go back! Thank you for the delicious food!”
“I, quite literally, had the best meal of my life here! We shared the samosas, grilled scallops, grilled salmon, butter chicken, and a ginger chaitini. The flavor in these dishes was something I have never experienced at any other restaurant. They genuinely have a menu that caters to everyone’s likes and tastes. The service was wonderful and the owner was incredibly kind and eager to share his passion with us. I will 100000% be coming back and I highly recommend you go as well!”
“We had an amazing time! The drinks alone were so good. Our server taught us how to eat the food correctly, and the vibes all around were amazing. We didn't eat much but what we tried was delicious. Brought the rest of the food home for dinner. Definitely a 10/10. The restaurant was also very clean and has nice decor as well. Perfect for a date night.”
“The Miso was delicious, the menu is not specific enough or maybe I don’t eat enough sushi to know. When I read “7 assorted sushi” I think the typical ones like a sushi roll, no all huge slices of raw fish. It wasn’t the servers fault so I just gave it to my friends, paid the bill and left. I think if you’re super into the raw fish texture you’d love this place, it was the largest slices of fish I’ve seen served that way.”
“We had a fabulous dinner with another couple. Food was great, table was great, service was very good. Disappointed that no staff told us that 26% charges were automatically included. My fault for not inspecting the itemized bill closer i would have expected staff to share that a 21% gratuity was already included (not to mention an additional “administrative “ fee was also included) before I added an additional 20% gratuity.”
“very fresh from decor to ingredients. large vegetarian menue and also almost any other style from Indian Masalas, Kormas, Curries, and BIRYANI rices all can be Fish,Shrimp,Chicken, beef and lamb. very very large menue options! 4 different kinds of nann and even deserts& Lassi"s”
“These folks have known how to do fine dining for decades. One of my favorites growing up and now I take my own kids.”
“Dan, our server, provided excellent service. Everything was delicious.”
“Highly recommend, incredible fine dining experience. Especially when paired with wine selections. We go at least twice a year and have never been disappointed.”
“Unbelieveable experience and a must try. Freshest and tastiest food I've ever had.”
“The food was incredible and our server Emily was amazing! Do not skip the guac!”
“Food, atmosphere, and drinks were all fantastic. The Owner/Chef Joel has created something special at this gem nestled in a Minneapolis neighborhood. We had a large party for a friends pre-wedding dinner and the staff handled it great. From the apps to the desert, you can’t go wrong with anything you pick off the menu. We were all tasting each others food by the end of the night wanting to try EVERYTHING! Some have stated a smaller menu and prices, but then say the food blew them away…I for one like to pay to keep amazing food and ingredients an option. Can’t wait to bring my wife and other family members in the Twin Cities to do it again.”
“We've been to Lynette a few times now and always leave happy. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The restaurant is kid-friendly but it's also a great date night spot. A few standouts for us have been the pizzas, carrots, hummus, dry rub wings, fries, and the apple crisp, which was one of the best desserts we've had in recent memory.”
“we have a great family dinner here, great service and great food!”
“This was my first wine tasting experience and I must say it did not disappoint! The atmosphere is excellent, and I definitely plan on coming back when there is love music. Staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Tried the "Making America Drunk Again" flight and really enjoyed both the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Pinot Noir.”
“Great menu for GF, Vegan, and Vegetarian as well as for meat eaters. Fresh and local ingredients. Open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Friendly staff. Parking lot and located off a bus line in a walkable and bike friendly neighborhood. If you liked the food truck, then you will love this.”
“Our server was first rate. She was attentive and responsive, and she offered menu suggestions in response to our questions. The food was delicious and authentically Turkish. Would definitely go back!”
“Great seafood, steaks, and service! Even has children's portions! Took 6 yr old to Beauty & the Beast after dinner. They were very accommodating to our needs & timely dining. Great wine menu/tasting too!”
“Excellent service! Abbi W was our server and she made the dinner so much better! Good food doesn’t matter without good service. We will definitely be back and ask for Abbi!”
“2024 (Behind in posting):
Wonderful space to match the food and the service. Let the pictures speak for themselves.
Tip - Back out the Health and Wellness surcharge BEFORE calculating the tip (part of the sub total).”
“The food was excellent! Probably one of the best! and the service provided by Brian and Riley were over the top superb. It was obvious that they loved working there and took such pride in doing it. So refreshing!!!”
“If you need your party catered, this is the place to go. Staff: Easy to work with, on time, good prices, friendly and very accommodating. Food: Gorgeous/amazing presentation , fresh, hot, professionally packed. I ordered from Red Rabbit in Saint Paul for my work holiday party. Everyone LOVED the food and the portions are generous. I was able to easily and beautifully display it. The timing was perfect and everything went smoother than I had hoped. This is your one stop shop for all of your party food needs. Hats off to the chefs and management for making our party wonderful.”
“Eating out is expensive, 2 adults, kids meal 2 drinks an app and tip $90. First time here, outside seating, well behaved dogs, enjoyable dinner everything was very good.”
“Wonderful atmosphere, staff, music & cuisine! Highly recommended for a night out.”
“Fantastic meal, I had the pollo Gorgonzola plate, and the pear salad. The key lime pie was incredible as well.
The owners are wonderful people who made the dining experience such a pleasure.”
“The beer is outstanding and the ownership is committed to celebrating the vibrant diversity of their community. The staff is filled with industry pros who are amazing people. HaHa Pils is world-class.”
“The calamari was super! The presentation of the sushi is very nice. It did take a bit of time for the entrees, though they were very busy at the time. The appitizers came over very quick.”
“I loved the food Ms.Grace was really nice and I loved the painting I would highly recommend this place”
“Fun! I got a shrimp roll, karage and Miraculum. Yum, yum, yum!”
“Steady Pour is great for any event! They have such a wide verity! Thier bartending team is wonderful. I also love to just purchase thier mocktails to take home and make out own.”
“If you love old world supper clubs. The "Lex" is for you. Sadly I can not give it 4 stars until they up their game and get an espresso machine. Imagine a beautiful brass Espresso machine sitting behind the bar! Anyone who remembers the old Williams Cafe in Uptown knows what I am talking about. I can't think of another restaurant in their price range that does NOT offer Espresso in the Mpls-St. Paul area.”
“Wonderful dining experience for a birthday celebration with a foodie. Our server was extremely well educated about the menu and the sommelier's wine suggestions were spot on! Everything was delicious, the service was impeccable and the restaurant is lovely. Loved it!”
“This is one of the best pizzas around! Similar to Jets but better reminds of Pizza Huts big foot pizza from the 90s”
“Everything at this restaurant was delicious the guacamole was the best I’ve ever had there were four of us and each enjoyed our meal. The service was excellent look forward to coming back”
“After a long day at a work conference, my wife and I were looking for a memorable dinner experience—and Fhima’s delivered in every possible way. From the moment we walked in, we were transported to a different era. The 1920s Art Deco interior is absolutely stunning, with glowing chandeliers, velvet textures, and a bar that could easily be a movie set. It’s classy, cozy, and quietly buzzing with charm. We started with the sampler appetizer—an incredible way to warm up our palates with bold, layered flavors. My wife ordered the Chicken Tagine, which came beautifully presented and full of rich, comforting North African spices. I went with the Wagyu NY Strip, which was grilled to perfection and paired with saffron rice that was as fragrant as it was flavorful. The rosemary chimichurri on the side added a nice kick. For drinks, my wife had a well-balanced Cosmo, while I couldn’t resist their signature Call From Istanbul—a dramatic and smoky twist on the classic Old Fashioned, served with flair (and actual fire). What made the night even better was the attentive, personable service from Eli and Will. Their recommendations were spot on, and they made us feel welcome without ever being overbearing. Whether you’re a local or a visiting foodie, Fhima’s is an absolute must for date night or any occasion that deserves something special. We’ll be talking about this meal for a long time—and already planning our next visit.”
“Stopped in to get to go meal while at a conference at the hotel next door. Staff were welcoming and accommodating of my request, even let me have a water and tea while waiting. Food was excellent. I live in Saint Paul but will be making town hall a new place to stop with friends!”
“Great food. Homemade taste. Locally sourced. Affordable. Friendly, efficient service.”
“My wife and I stopped in for a cocktail as part of her birthday celebration. Bartender Jessica was one of the most polite and professional bartenders I’ve ever met. We loved the atmosphere and the Kefi cocktail was delicious!”
“I have been coming to Little T’s since it opened. It has never missed. This is a place you day dream about. The food and cocktails have always been so delicious and spot on. My three favs are the burger, chopped cheese and scallion pancake wrap. Lil T’s is an unforgettable place!”
“The food was good but a little muted. The timing and pace of service was slow. Overall, they are not quite up to their price points, but drinks are good and the double garage door patio will be nice in the Summer.”
“Shout out to Christos Greek Restaurant and love to Gus, a truly amazing person who has kept this wonderful landmark alive and well for so many years! We have never had more delicious food anywhere! My choice was the lamb shank which was cooked to perfection, so tender it fell off the bone and didn't need a knife. Dessert for me was the mousse au chocolat (always) and having tried it at every restaurant that offers it, Christos will never be outdone. It should be mentioned that the salads are always made with what our daughter calls "happy veggies," always fresh and beautiful! the soups are all wonderfully special and "home made" as well. No one comes even close to the love and care that goes into this dining piece of heaven. Enjoying your delectable meal at Christos feels as good as a warm hug from your mom. Salut to happy tummies! :)”

“What a nice, comfortable, and enjoyable place. We were staying close and wanted a burger for dinner, and the were over the top, fantastic! You gotta have the waffle fries, they’re worth stopping in on their own. The service was spot on, timely, and polite. Olivia was our server and she made us feel like we were her only customers, and the place was busy. Great place to bring the family. Two thumbs up for Team POG, Minneapolis!!”
“This place is not inexpensive; but the food is worth every single penny. It’s unique, it’s vegan, it’s delicious, and it’s healthy. The atmosphere is very comfortable. (although the music was a little bit loud for conversation). I shared the cauliflower tacos and hummus plate and we each had a glass of wine and took the yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy cheesecake home (the cheesecake seemed expensive at the time; but I will purchase it again and again. Every taste was Yum Yum Yum Yum.). a lot of times when I go out to eat I think; I could’ve saved money and just ate at home. However, I truly felt my money was well spent! The food was fresh. Very tasty. The arugula salad was phenomenal, even though it was very simple. I need to come back here way more often. Thank you very much for your dedication to healthy, tasty, vegan food. Also, their dedication to quality continues year after year. I think that’s wonderful.”
“Excellent food and service! We ordered torta de pollo (chicken sandwich) and veggie burrito, both were delicious. Javier, the boss (el patron), took the time to chat with us. He told us they have a variety of original house salsas with different degrees of heat to choose from, we tried 2 and they were both very tasty. Everything had a true Mexican flavor! Very clean, it was full of Mexican and Latinamerican customers on a Sunday afternoon. It is a small restaurant inside a supermaket with a great team and genuine Mexican food. They have special discounts every weekday. I can’t wait to come back!”

“I was in town at an educational event and a friend recommended we meet here for dinner. Well it was so close to my hotel that and the menu looked amazing so I went for breakfast after landing. I am sad I only had time to eat here twice. Breakfast I sat alone at the bar and there was live music - so great. The bartender Ness gave me great recommendations and I’ve never had a better breakfast in my life. Huevos Rancheros, Virgin Bloody Mary, and a side Lemon Ricotta pancake (thanks Ness, I DEF needed to try it) Dinner time I was still full from breakfast (even though I couldn’t eat it all - portions were great) so our server Adam helped me decide which dessert I would have. The caramel pecan roll was out of this world! The atmosphere was top notch, love that it’s employee owned and just had such a great, uplifting and cool vibe. I told my daughter this morning that if I ever came across a dirt cheap flight to Minneapolis- I’d go JUST to eat here again. Flawless….”
“Matt's Bar is a very cozy classic bar that has stories ingrained into the wood. The juicy Lucy deserves all the hype, I tried it for the first time on my 34th birthday and stuck my candles in the burger itself 😁 If you don't mind rubbing elbows with strangers, slightly sticky table surfaces, low lighting and the smell of grease in the air for an amazing cheesy burger experience then don't wait 33 years like I did.”
“Jenna the manager and Kristin our waitress made our 33rd Anniversary special and treated us like royalty. Thank You for making our evening out special and treating my wife like the princess she had always been and always will be. I highly recommend Ruth's in Minneapolis.”
“In Fargo, service is not great. i had one bite of my meal and told waiter he could take it. He never asked why, if anything was wrong, just grabbed it and walked away. I wasn't expecting anything other than for him to know why my meal was not hardly touched. He never came back to table until he brought us the bill.”
“First time there this weekend. Highly recommend. Great food. The best part was the waiter who serviced our table. It was so refreshing to have a person waiting on our table with patience, a sense of humor and a concern about how we were enjoying our meals. Dominic made the experience 100 percent better than what it may have been. Our group can not thank you enough Dominic to adding to an amazing time.”
“I wanted to take a moment to shout out an amazing restuarant located in minneapolis called Nolos Kitchen & Bar! As most of you know by now my girls and I had planned to fly out to california for my bachelorette party and winded up with a cancelled flight first thing in the morning at 4am thanks to microsoft. after we arrived to the airport and stood in line for 4 hours we were told that the next flight wasn’t available for another 24hours at 6 am the next day. We decided to go get breakfast while we figured out our next move and what we were supposed to do for the next 24 hours. We arrived to Nolos in pretty low spirits but that was quickly turned around when we met our waitress. Not only was the food PHENOMENAL, but they went as far as to make us my favorite cocktail (which wasn’t even on the menu!) As we sat and enjoyed our breakfast we talked about where we should go/what we should do/ and about how tired we were because we were only running on a couple of hours of sleep. We were at the point of even contemplating piling back into the car to take a nap when our sweetheart of a waitress approached us and informed us that they had a basement bar that didn’t open until 5 pm that night. She proceeded to tell us that since the basement bar didn’t open till later the owner offered us their full basement as a safe haven for the day for us to get some sleep/ hang out in until we were ready for our next move. The basement had a lounge room for all my girls to pile in and get a few hours of sleep as well as whenever we wanted a drink or snack we could go right up stairs and order as needed. AS WELL as it was fully stocked with arcade games and a photo booth to keep us occupied.Ontop of everything they even covered 50% of our food and drink tabs😭 Nolo’s genuinely saved us that day- and i could never be more thankful that we walked into that restaurant that morning. We were met with nothing but kindess and generosity. If you want to go somewhere with kind people , AMAZING food, fun cocktails , and overall an amazing atmosphere I would HIGHLY reccomend Nolos Kitchen & Bar in minneapolis. I promise you won’t be dissapointed ! Thank you NOLO's Kitchen staff for going above and beyond !!!!”

“Who doesn’t love flavorful fried chicken wings.. among other dishes. Accompanied by 90s early 2000 RnB! The service was fast and knowledgeable. Our server was kind and helpful choosing dishes we’d be into. Yum yum sauce 10/10 Wings 10/10 Definitely a fun spot. A great addition to Uptown.”
“Finally, a place respecting the art of a delicious gin beverage! Offering a mesmerizing selection of gins and a creative delivery of flavors and botanicals, Moonwater respects the art of making a great, craft cocktail. I even enjoyed the little touches on the gin menu that showed what glassware the drink would be served in! A great gin menu, friendly staff, and access to Luna and the Bear's food menu make Moonwater the place for an enjoyable night out!”
“I am not a huge fan of Mexican food but this changed my mind. The Raman is one of the best meals I have ever eaten. It is a little odd being inside of a BP station and you order on a kiosk. A fellow came out and explained absolutely everything to the newbies and made recommendations. 100% will be back there and they have spoiled other places for me :) Great job, great food and really a friendly helper.”
“I've had a chance to talk with the owner, and hear his heart about the love he has for the people and the community around this amazing establishment. Although George Floyd square and the surrounding community have been impacted in so many ways, they have shown resilence and what it means to stand together. Bichota Cafe is a prime example of great leadership that have purposed in their hearts, that through all that has happened they believe something beautiful can be birthed. Bichota cafe brings family, friends, different ethnic backgrounds which ultimatley speak unity and diversity. This place is growing and will be very succesful in the years to come. GOD BLESS YOU ALL..”
“Went here for lunch for two and spent around $45 for two rice dishes and a drink. Had no issues with the service or atmosphere. I would say the flavor of the dishes was good, maybe a bit heavy on the sauce. There’s also shichimi togarashi and sansho pepper spice if you want to add some to your order. The dish pictured is the miso katsu don which was $17. A bit expensive, but this is in Minneapolis.”
“The Force is Strong with This One.
In a time of culinary rebellion, deep in the galaxy of Northeast Minneapolis, a hidden cantina has risen — Stargazer. Brought to life by the rebel minds of Travail and Jedi mixologist Robb Jones, this cocktail outpost channels the perfect blend of sci-fi style and stellar drinks.
No stormtroopers here — just barstools, glowing blue light, a starlit ceiling, and a menu Darth Vader himself would approve. The QR code drink list transports you through a galaxy of cocktail categories, each more inventive than the last.
Add in a snackable menu to keep your mission fueled, and you've got yourself one unforgettable night. Three drinks and two menu items came to $82 with tip — a small price for a trip through hyperspace. Service and cocktails? Out. Of. This. World.”
“Our server was the sweetest. She was running the whole place, bar included, and did great while keeping her attitude positive (I’ve worked in the industry, that can be tough!)
The food was really yummy and surprisingly reasonable in comparison to where we’ve been thus far on this trip. Only complaint was that the salsa was like.. shockingly small. Like, I giggled when we received it. But it was good tasting!!
Had a wonderful visit, thank you!”
“Great food! Great service! Exceptional kitchen management!”
