“Food was nicely presented and tasty. The dessert was fantastic. Didn't have any non-alcoholic options to pair with dinner.
Biggest negative was how loud it was in the dining room. We felt like our servers were yelling to present the dish. It was uncomfortable how loud the room was with only 20 or so people in there. I felt it really made the dining experience rather chaotic. My companions and I were unable to have an awesome experience due to the noise.”

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. No matter what plans you have this is the spot to be! A huge thanks to Lake and Irving for all they did for us and a massive thank you to Chris the chef! That meal was better than we could have ever expected!”

“Dexters is the best! I came in last Monday right after they opened, and shortly after a very large group swarmed the bar. Mariah and Vivian seemed to handle this large group with ease while still paying attention to their other bar guests. Highly recommended the elote burger and a cocktail of the moment!”

“My husband and I had a splendid lunch date at the Himalayan Restaurant. The seating outdoors is so beautiful and is decorated with many flowers. The atmosphere inside for lunch was quite peaceful, which is my ideal type of restaurant.
We ordered dumplings as an appetizer. My husband enjoyed the extra spicy sauce. I liked the sauce with tomatoes and spices.
The main courses are made to the spice level you prefer. The chicken tikka masala and the mixed curry were absolutely delicious. The naan was seasoned well with garlic and herbs. The white and brown rice were fluffy and cooked perfectly as well.
We are hoping to eat here again soon. Highly recommend!

In my reservation memo I explained how it was my anniversary and didn’t want to be near an entrance/where traffic is. Unfortunately we were sat in the corner where some workers were, and was bumped numerous times by workers while trying to eat. Our server was very nice and apologized when she bumped into me. She gave us great service and was fast as well. Thanks again!”

“Milly’s is an absolute gem in Minneapolis! The wine selection is impressive, with a great variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options that catered perfectly to our group. The food, especially the charcuterie boards, was delicious and beautifully presented. Don’t miss out on the French onion soup! Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. A special shoutout to Timothy, the sommelier, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect pairings for our meal. And the owner, Brandon, was so welcoming and personable, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!”

Upon arriving we were attempting to take a selfie photo outside and one of the employees opened the front door and asked us if we would like him to take our photo. Tyson so kindly took several photo angles and opened up the door for us as we walked in. It truly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s warm and inviting home. Our sweet waitress helped me select the most delectable glass of wine I have ever tasted. Words cannot explain how delicious the pasta was… we lapped up every single drop and were in absolute food heaven. To top it all off… we were treated to a free dessert of our choosing along with two chocolate cocoa truffles on the house!! After we finished our meal we went across the street to their storefront to purchase some pasta and sauce to enjoy at some point in the coming weeks. We will definitely be back for all special occasions and certainly for our two year anniversary. If you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience and meal this is the place!! Enjoy!”

“Shout out to Christos Greek Restaurant and love to Gus, a truly amazing person who has kept this wonderful landmark alive and well for so many years! We have never had more delicious food anywhere! My choice was the lamb shank which was cooked to perfection, so tender it fell off the bone and didn't need a knife. Dessert for me was the mousse au chocolat (always) and having tried it at every restaurant that offers it, Christos will never be outdone. It should be mentioned that the salads are always made with what our daughter calls "happy veggies," always fresh and beautiful! the soups are all wonderfully special and "home made" as well. No one comes even close to the love and care that goes into this dining piece of heaven. Enjoying your delectable meal at Christos feels as good as a warm hug from your mom. Salut to happy tummies! :)”

“Being a Chicago girl. It was everything I remember. Yes yes yes. The burgers were hot, cheese melted, onions yes, pickles, flavors with the bun merged perfectly. They are doing it right at white castle.”

“Sometimes crowds form around the building, making it hard to get in. The staff shouldn't be required to secure the premises, third party security guards should be responsible for that. Sometimes the staff are too stressed out when they have to deal with abnormal situations that, although usually immediately addressed, can distract them from their jobs and customer service sometimes is hindered for it.”

“Stopped in for breakfast and coffee — the coffee is definitely the highlight here, consistently hot and flavorful. The food is solid overall, about an 8 out of 10, with the hash brown being a personal favorite. That said, for nearly $3, it’s disappointing when it arrives cold, which has happened on occasion.

They're currently running the Monopoly game, but unlike some locations, this store uses game piece cards instead of placing stickers on the packaging. Because of that, the staff sometimes forgets to hand them out — something to watch for if you're participating.

Despite those minor issues, the overall experience at this location has been great. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is well-kept. Easily the best McDonald's in the area in my opinion. I’ll definitely continue coming back.”

It’s the fungi pizza with goat cheese, Fresno peppers and green sausage added. It’s sooooo good. Wow! Our server, Moses, created it and it was a table favorite. They should put this version on the menu! Not joking - so delish.

The cauliflower appetizer was a bit cold, which wasn’t the greatest, but it was definitely good. I could see why it is a favorite among patrons.

The Nero with extra hot honey is also a great choice and the Caesar salad is fabulous! The mound of Parmesan is outrageous, but necessary.

“Went in 10a on a Saturday expecting the usual line. Place is popular. Waited a total of about 30min in line and waiting for our food, which was impressive for the volume they were doing. Found seats inside and saw open seating outside, too. Split 2 breakfast sandwiches and both were incredible. Coffee was great, touchy coffee is delicious and love the ethos behind the brand. Beyond all this, I saw 6 people working and all presented to me as pretty femme, which I love to see as a woman in F&B, and the vibes in the open kitchen/front counter space were immaculate. I live around the corner and regret waiting so long to check this place out.”

I shared the cauliflower tacos and hummus plate and we each had a glass of wine and took the yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy cheesecake home (the cheesecake seemed expensive at the time; but I will purchase it again and again. Every taste was Yum Yum Yum Yum.). a lot of times when I go out to eat I think; I could’ve saved money and just ate at home. However, I truly felt my money was well spent! The food was fresh. Very tasty. The arugula salad was phenomenal, even though it was very simple. I need to come back here way more often. Thank you very much for your dedication to healthy, tasty, vegan food. Also, their dedication to quality continues year after year. I think that’s wonderful.”

He told us they have a variety of original house salsas with different degrees of heat to choose from, we tried 2 and they were both very tasty. Everything had a true Mexican flavor! Very clean, it was full of Mexican and Latinamerican customers on a Sunday afternoon. It is a small restaurant inside a supermaket with a great team and genuine Mexican food. They have special discounts every weekday. I can’t wait to come back!”

The comedy acts were funny, except for the second to last guy, that totally bombed, as part of his act was to call all women bitches. He was poorly prepared, and otherwise was not funny at all, and should not be invited back.”

I am sad I only had time to eat here twice. Breakfast I sat alone at the bar and there was live music - so great. The bartender Ness gave me great recommendations and I’ve never had a better breakfast in my life. Huevos Rancheros, Virgin Bloody Mary, and a side Lemon Ricotta pancake (thanks Ness, I DEF needed to try it) Dinner time I was still full from breakfast (even though I couldn’t eat it all - portions were great) so our server Adam helped me decide which dessert I would have. The caramel pecan roll was out of this world! The atmosphere was top notch, love that it’s employee owned and just had such a great, uplifting and cool vibe. I told my daughter this morning that if I ever came across a dirt cheap flight to Minneapolis- I’d go JUST to eat here again. Flawless….”

“I finally made it to Matt’s bar to check out the “Original” Jucy Lucy. Hamburger was great, as expected. Fries were shoestring and were perfect and delicious. Service was great. I went on a Monday afternoon and we sat down right away and were eating in about 20 minutes.

This really is more of a restaurant now. Because of the food, there is a LOT of turnover and it’s mostly food tourists. Even on a Monday. IDK if the kitchen closes, but maybe it turns more into a bar after that. The signs posted everywhere basically say “Others are waiting to be seated”. While there wasn’t a line when we were there, I’m sure there is when it’s weekend busy.

Good prices. They could be charging much more based on demand.

Lastly, cash only. There is an ATM on site with a $2 charge if you forget.

“What a positively lovely space and place to get a delicious coffee 😊 Biking over on a sunny Sunday morning in November, my first visit here left a dazzling impression. The baristas were very warmly welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was buzzing! Laughter, conversation. It was on the louder side on a Sunday morning so keep that in mind if you’re looking for someplace more subdued. There was a bit of a line but it moved quick. I got a light roast, black, and it was super savory if you can call it that—very drinkable, smooth, round with a ever-so-slight lean into the sourness of acidity, which I like. I wonder if it was their own brand of bean, which they carry. Overall, energizing vibes with the warm-colored walls, dark green mosaic tile, and vibrant Uptown clientele. I can’t wait to be back to try more of the menu and absorb the vibes here, whether it’s while working, meeting a friend, or just hanging out. I’m so glad to have them here in Uptown. Thank you Mosaic! I’m gonna be biking this way more!”

“I am not a huge fan of Mexican food but this changed my mind. The Raman is one of the best meals I have ever eaten. It is a little odd being inside of a BP station and you order on a kiosk. A fellow came out and explained absolutely everything to the newbies and made recommendations. 100% will be back there and they have spoiled other places for me :) Great job, great food and really a friendly helper.”
