“The girl that prepared my order the last time I visited was an absolute gem and I told her so! I've been going to this Subway location since it opened and I have never been waited on by a more upbeat and pleasant individual anywhere. She genuinely seemed happy to be there and showed care in preparing my sandwich. Definitely not something I encounter at other fast food restaurants. I find that I am usually greeted by indifference, inconsistent foodservice quality, and an attitude of disdain which basically comes down to staff that doesn't want to work, poor management, or no manager on site.“

“Really glad that Mama's Market is in the neighborhood. The sandwiches are well made with slightly spicy mama's sauce. I really liked the green smoothie, though it was a little sweet. I also liked the range of groceries and household goods available there. Prices are low to medium. They have bags of plantain chips on the shelf, bulk and 2 lb. bags of yellow split peas (vatana dal) and red lentils (masoor dal). They have many more grocery items that constitute African and America cuisine.“

“I’ve seen this place all over Instagram, so I finally decided to check it out and see if it lived up to the hype. I found free street parking & I ordered on the kiosk it was quick and efficient. And the staff cooking in the back were friendly. My sandwich was made fresh to order, came out hot, and took less than 10 minutes to prepare.

I tried the Cry’N Eggy, personally, it wasn’t quite as spicy as I was hoping for, and I could have done without the arugula. That being said, it was still a really good breakfast sandwich. It was wet without being too messy, I really enjoyed the garlic aioli, pepper jack cheese, toasted bun, and fluffy egg.

Overall, I can see why people talk about this place so much. I’d definitely come back to try another sandwich and would recommend giving it a try if you’ve been curious about the hype.“

“In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“

I am from WAY out of town and couldn't find the pharmacy in U of M maze, despite having a gps & address. The crew went above and beyond to get me in the right direction. “I don't get here often, because so many of the stores have closed. I like their sandwiches. Had a Narmer (turkey, provolone and avocado) on wheat. The bread was fresh and tasted good. The sandwich was well made. The shop is unremarkable and seemed clean.“

“I have been there 5 times and left 4 of the 5 because of the lines. With that being said, last week I stayed and waited almost 2 hours between ordering and getting my food. I try to support all black owners business however you all have been opened for a few weeks now, you see what kind of lines you have and yet you still only have 1 cashier and 1 person on personal phone calls and passing out food. While I waited in that line for over an hour just to order, after I ordered a friend of the girl who does nothing but talk on the phone and pass out food came in and she allowed him to bypass everyone else who was waiting and gasp she actually rang him up. This is horrible. I will not be back but I do wish you much success“

There's this Lil Todd cat who can sling a mean sandwich, flip rolling mayo bottles like a scene out of the movie Cocktails and dudes got a great attitude ( must have a wonderful mother), but all and all best service and great food.“

She made sure our sandwiches were correct and apologized for the wait explaining that she was working alone. Props to Meghan who showed up, and worked hard all by herself through a holiday weekend lunch rush. She deserves all the praise.“

I had also threw away the receipt, which I needed and several days later they were able to send me a digital copy of it when I asked. All through the phone! Those are the only two things that really matter when you pick up food. The one thing that could be better is that hot subs never seem to be toasted quite long enough, but overall it is one of the better Subways.“
