She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. Really nice to see the team was in good spirits and invested with their work quality. Thank you Lexi!“

“I’ve seen this place all over Instagram, so I finally decided to check it out and see if it lived up to the hype. I found free street parking & I ordered on the kiosk it was quick and efficient. And the staff cooking in the back were friendly. My sandwich was made fresh to order, came out hot, and took less than 10 minutes to prepare.

I tried the Cry’N Eggy, personally, it wasn’t quite as spicy as I was hoping for, and I could have done without the arugula. That being said, it was still a really good breakfast sandwich. It was wet without being too messy, I really enjoyed the garlic aioli, pepper jack cheese, toasted bun, and fluffy egg.

Overall, I can see why people talk about this place so much. I’d definitely come back to try another sandwich and would recommend giving it a try if you’ve been curious about the hype.“

Jacob was the exception. kept the place very clean, kept and made conversation while working on an online order and my own, and my sandwich was perfect. good kid and i really appreciated the quality of the service.“

“This is one of my favorite sandwich chains. Before I had food sensitivities, I used to love getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup cup combo with chicken and dumplings soup or cream of chicken wild rice soup. I can no longer have wheat, so I like that they have a pretty good GF bread here. This store location has very limited hours, and I felt the food was quite overpriced ($16 for sub, chips, drink combo with a mediocre tasting sub), but I was pleased with good customer service as the worker agreed to serve me 2 min before close and was quite quick making my sandwich (very simple order at least.) I enjoyed the outdoor table.“

“In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“

“I have been there 5 times and left 4 of the 5 because of the lines. With that being said, last week I stayed and waited almost 2 hours between ordering and getting my food. I try to support all black owners business however you all have been opened for a few weeks now, you see what kind of lines you have and yet you still only have 1 cashier and 1 person on personal phone calls and passing out food. While I waited in that line for over an hour just to order, after I ordered a friend of the girl who does nothing but talk on the phone and pass out food came in and she allowed him to bypass everyone else who was waiting and gasp she actually rang him up. “My office is nearby so I order from the app to pickup from here a lot when I need something quick. It is always ready when I get there and is always made well. Those are the only two things that really matter when you pick up food. The one thing that could be better is that hot subs never seem to be toasted quite long enough, but overall it is one of the better Subways.“

“I visited the Jimmy John's after meeting up with a family member. I was so happy that it was near where I was. I was so hungry. I walked in a very clean environment a young lady was at the counter said hello to me(that means a lot these days) her name was Cheyenne.
I appreciate Cheyenne being nice to me. I wasn't sure what to have( I normally get the turkey tom)
because customer service in certain places have just gone out the window she had a beautiful smile and was just so willing to help! I ended up getting a sandwich that she loves to eat there.
