“-Vinai MN- My friend and I wanted to try Chef Yia's restaurant due to being homesick and wanting hmong food. We were met with such great service and sat where we could see the work area. Chef Yia was so kind and started us off with a complimentary appetizer, rice Curry balls. We ordered and the food came so fast. As soon as I took a bite, my eyes started to get teary because it tasted like food from home. I started fanning myself to not cry which Chef Yia saw and asked if the food was too spicy. We then started to explain that we were not from MN and were feeling a bit homesick and how the food reminded us of home. Chef Yia then said, here let's do this. He returned with a pot of beef soup that consisted of mushrooms, bamboo shoots, beef and green onion and white rice and shared that this dish was one of those dishes that we would eat at gathering and events. We we so shocked and so at loss with his kindness and compassion. We both took a bite and immediately lighted up. It tasted like my mom's cooking 💓. As we were nearing the end of our meal, Chef Yia told us not to stuff ourselves too full and surprised us with a complimentary dessert which further awed us. We were so lost at words for Chef Yia's kindness, generosity and comfort. We chose the Lava Cake and it was soooo good! I normally don't like sweets but we devoured this 😋. 1000/10 would recommend.“

“We had a fabulous dinner with another couple. Food was great, table was great, service was very good. Disappointed that no staff told us that 26% charges were automatically included. My fault for not inspecting the itemized bill closer i would have expected staff to share that a 21% gratuity was already included (not to mention an additional “administrative “ fee was also included) before I added an additional 20% gratuity.“

“Went to Yard House with a big group and it's basically the perfect spot for that — huge menu, huge beer list, something for everyone. I tried one of the local drafts I'd never seen before, and my friend got the giant nachos during happy hour which were loaded and honestly a great deal. We also split a pizza and some street tacos, both solid. It's loud and lively, more sports bar energy than intimate dinner, so heads up if you want a quiet conversation. Service kept up well even with our big table. Great choice for a casual group hangout with drinks.“

For starters, I showed up probably 10 minutes early for my pickup time, and they were ready. Definitely seems like their kitchen operates quickly!

We got the Ghost Pepper rubbed chicken wings and the Bibimbap bowl. I'm always skeptical that something advertising ghost pepper will only be a little spicy, and it's just an advertising gimmick. But these wings packed a really nice kick. The bibimbap was a nice combination of balanced flavors as well, for a really satisfying meal.

We enjoyed a beautiful outdoor wedding on the terrace and then guests enjoyed the lobby, bar area, ballroom and terrace for an evening of fun, laughter and dancing. Guests commented it was the best wedding food they had ever had (appetizers and meal) and that the portions were large. We’re still hearing fun stories of the day from family and friends. “In Fargo, service is not great. i had one bite of my meal and told waiter he could take it. He never asked why, if anything was wrong, just grabbed it and walked away. You're sitting on this pretty cobblestone street right on the river with the skyline across the water — honestly one of the best views in the city. We split the flatbread and the cucumber salad, both really fresh and light, and the cocktails were solid. Service was a touch slow when it got busy but the vibe more than made up for it.
