“Just ate at the 78th and State location. Food was delicious. I had the 8 piece whole wings special for $8.99 and side order of livers. The breading is not heavy and both the wings and livers were nice and crispy. The wife had the tenders combo and the tenders were a good size. She liked the taste and lite batter. Will definitely go back. I need to try the fish. Other customers raved about the fish. Staff were very nice and friendly. They cook your food to order so expect to wait. Definitely worth the wait in my opinion.“

“I tried the spicy Philly cheesesteak here and it was 🔥🔥—packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and just the right amount of heat. The meat was tender, the cheese was melty, and the bread held everything together really well.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The lady working there was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. She made sure my order was right and had such a positive attitude that it genuinely made the experience better.

“We dined in. First off, there were friends of the employees in the restaurant, not eating, but preventing the employees from assisting customers. After standing there for several minutes we were finally asked if we had been helped. Our order was taken and these visitors were staring at us because apparently we interrupted there visiting. The food was good, but the customer service needs work.“

“I normally wouldn’t go out of my way to review a fast food chain, but this Sonic is the best in town. The staff is always genuinely friendly, shout out to the gal with all of the butterfly tattoos and the Asian friend with super long hair (sorry, I wish I had their names). The food is always great and FRESH; the grilled cheese at most locations is kinda flat so I’ve come to expect that, but at this location they are crispy like I’ve made them in my own home. The drinks are also great! Sometimes at other locations they taste kinda sewery, like their lines haven’t been cleaned; that never happens at this location. There’s a Sonic location a bit closer to me but it’s pretty bad (Blue Ridge) so I’m happy to go a bit out of my way to get much better food and service.“

“I came to Arby’s for the first time to get some curly fries. I went through the drive through, and TATUM was the sweetest. She was super friendly right off the bat, and also offered me a water. You don’t see a lot a younger workers having good customer service, so good for her!“

My wife (who can be a complainer LOL) somehow really enjoyed everything. My daughter and picky son liked the food, too. We also had some laughs when we overheard the cook singing his heart out in the kitchen. They earned this 5-star review!“
