“Independence, MO...was so glad you came back! Best tacos ever!!! HOWEVER, my last two visits I've noticed 50% less beef. They have tons of cheese, but please put the amount of beef that should be there. Its ridiculous and a slap to customers.“

“The employees last night were so kind, fun & going above & beyond doing their job, even interacting with both my kids throughout our visit. They had no idea my son is on the spectrum & this was his first time ever asking to or wanting to go in & eat somewhere. They absolutely made his day. The staff is so friendly and strives to make sure our orders are perfectly correct with a smile. Yesterday I placed an order on the App for lunch at home that contained food orders for 5 different people. Not only was the food ready exactly when promised, but the order was 100% correct and served with a smile. Not only were the details there, such as lids on the blizzards and napkins and condiments in the bags, but the food was as hot and delicious as when we order to eat in the restaurant. This is a top notch restaurant, with delicious food made by an amazing customer oriented staff! Keep up the good work everyone!“

“Went through the drive-thru and I was impressed with the service. My order was read back to me at the menu board and once again right before I paid. I like that, makes me think you care that I get the correct order and gives me reassurance that you have it covered on your end. This lady was trained right. My food, it was fresh and made correctly. My drinks were yummy, my daughters ocean water was a little over filled but that's where dad tax comes in and gets to drink a little of that delicious 😋 all good. “I walked into the restaurant. A young man was walking away from the register carrying something. He turned his head and acknowledged me "Welcome". He laid down what he was carrying and turned and ask how he could help me. I have not experienced that kind of courtesy since the last time I was at Chick- fila. By the time I put the lid on my drink, the young man brought me my sacked order. He told me he placed Arby Sauce, horseradish, ketchup & Berry sauce for our jalapeño poppers. He ask me what else he could get for me! He had checked all the boxes! As I walked out another man who was cleaning tables paused, waved & told me come back and see us! Excellent service. Wish I had got the name of the server. This was today 2/21/2025. I think his tag said shift manager!“

“My red velvet Blizzard didn't have enough red velvet flavor at all. Lots of chunks of something chewy in there but overall disappointing. My grandson was disappointed in his salted caramel truffle blizzard, preferring Wendy's salted caramel Frosty. Waited a very long time for his blizzard. Was shocked to spend over $21 for 3 medium blizzards.“

“Ate here with my family last night. Spent about $50 and got a LOT of food. Large portions! I was happy with the taco burger I ordered. The fries were GREAT! The okra was really good. My wife (who can be a complainer LOL) somehow really enjoyed everything. My daughter and picky son liked the food, too. We also had some laughs when we overheard the cook singing his heart out in the kitchen. They earned this 5-star review!“

“Food is fine. $9.46 including tax for a chocolate milkshake and a large curly fry, so a bit pricey for what it is. Milkshake was okay, not bad but not notable. Curly fries were good and they gave me a lot with the large. Most of them had fried together to themselves or other fries, so not the space between the curls.“

“I love whataburger. I live somewhere where they don’t have any. I first had it as a child, 30 some years ago, in Texas. Found this location on our annual trip to Colorado and it brought me right back to ten years old. Exactly the same. So good. Now I go every year.“

I don’t usually leave 5 star rescues unless it’s deserved but this Taco Bell truly impressed me from start to finish. First off, the place was exceptionally clean, everything from the floors to the counters looked spotless and well-kept. You can tell the staff takes real pride in the environment they’re working in.

I was greeted promptly, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed without delay. My order was prepared quickly, yet the attention to detail made it feel like it had been crafted with care. The food was hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared, every item looked just like the menu photos (which almost never happens!).

What really blew me away was the presentation of the order. Everything in my box was neatly arranged, no sloppy packaging or missing items. And someone with a serious eye for detail (maybe even OCD in the best way) had arranged the sauce packets in the trays on the condiment counter with perfect alignment, up and down, side to side. It honestly made me smile!

Big kudos to the team at this location. Fast, clean, and delicious, this is how fast food should be done.“

“This McDonalds is outstanding. I work by this location and it's by far the best location I have visited in years. I live towards kansas side and it is far better than any McDonalds where I live. Thenstaff is ALWAYS very nice and efficient. Food is always fresh and hot. I would recommend this location for any time of day! “Wish this page would allow me to send a PM. But it doesn't so . . . I'll copy and paste what I posted to another page. Today I went to McDonald's across from Chouteau Crossings. My card was declined. Which puzzled me. I don't keep much money in my account, but there should have been much more than enough to cover $6 and change. (Figured out later that it was because they put a hold my last deposit - even though it was drawn on their bank - AND - there was a big funds freeze from a recent small gasoline purchase.) I was surprised and embarrassed and apologized. I was about to pull away when the young man looked at me and said: "Don't sweat it. I got you." Pulled out his wallet and swiped his card for my meal. People are good. I'm going to do something to make that young man glad for his act of kindness soon if I can. If you happen upon him (his mask was a modified neck gator (had ear straps, but also covered the back of his neck) with a sort of blue tribal print on a black background and came to a point on his chest, somewhat like a bandanna would - tell him thanks for me.“
