“Horrible experience at Chick Fil A tonight. I ordered my food on the App. I went inside to retrieve my order, my name was on the bag with the correct. I get home and the order is completely wrong. I drive back to Chick Fil A and tell them about the wrong order. They REFUSED TO GET ME THE correct order without the BAG!!!! I had the receipt and order on my phone. My husband had to bring the bag with the wrong item. I’ve never felt so disrespected!!! Horrible experience!!! They deserve 0 stars.“

“Biscuitville continues to be the best southern style breakfast you can get from a chain store. sure, small locally owned diners might have an edge, but if you want the familiarity of your local Diner where the regulars know you by name without the benefit of being in your actual Hometown at the time, just look for a biscuitville. they may not know you by name but they know how you like your eggs and your grits and your biscuits because they make them better than anybody else. you can't stand in front of the counter at McDonald's and watch them roll out their biscuits by hand combining the three simple ingredients to make the perfect southern breakfast food. you can't do that at Bojangles or Cracker Barrel or anywhere else except biscuitville. the only complaint I have about Biscuitville in Greensboro North Carolina is that the location closest to my house at 2311 Battleground Avenue has closed their dining room and is only available for drive-thru. a mild inconvenience at best.“

“Service was decent but they got 2 ordered after mine ready for some reason. Very limited seating but my main two issues with all of these locations is parking and only one bathroom. At this one I'm Greensboro, their parking lot is tiny and with only one bathroom at a time, it makes needing to go very difficult.“

“My recent visit to La bamba was a mixed experience. While the service was excellent—attentive and friendly from start to finish—the food unfortunately fell short of expectations.

I ordered the steak tacos with a side of rice. The most significant issue was the complete lack of flavor. Both the meat and the rice tasted unseasoned, as if no salt or pepper had been used. The meal was simply bland and lacked any depth.

The salsa was equally disappointing. It seemed to consist of nothing more than blended tomato and onion, missing the key spices and herbs that give salsa its vibrant flavor. It was just as bland as the main dish.

Ultimately, while the great service was a positive note, the quality of the food was a dealbreaker for me. Based on this experience, I don't see myself returning in the future.“

“My husband came in on 3/30/24. He said the staff were very nice and were a little busy. He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! “Had a catering order here and made the mistake of ordering for AM instead of PM. The manager on duty was very kind and helped resolve the issue even though it was our fault. The staff all took good care of me while I waited. I visit this restaurant about once a week and everyone there is very kind. The food is given hot and delicious.“

“Man my wife recently introduced me to Jersey Mikes since she loves their BLT. I was happy to find they made Cheese Steak Subs and it was DELICIOUS (this was all ordered via delivery)

Every week I craved the #17 and we finally went in person to order some food since it was on the way home from my wife’s workplace.

Man it was a delightful first experience. Greeted as we walked in, immediately attended to even though there was a line and the long awaited sub was in my hands in no time. Damn good food and service!

(We came again a few weeks later and saw the same crew working through the glass doors and I literally said “yes, same people! This food gonna be soo good! And spoiler alert: it was)“
