“Horrible experience at Chick Fil A tonight. I ordered my food on the App. I went inside to retrieve my order, my name was on the bag with the correct. I get home and the order is completely wrong. I drive back to Chick Fil A and tell them about the wrong order. They REFUSED TO GET ME THE correct order without the BAG!!!! I had the receipt and order on my phone. My husband had to bring the bag with the wrong item. I’ve never felt so disrespected!!! Horrible experience!!! They deserve 0 stars.“

“Who doesn’t like Chic-fil-a? This one was standard good with very friendly staff, fast service and the predictably great chicken. I went for breakfast and had their chicken biscuit for the first time. Excellent. And their great iced tea - better than other places. There’s a lot of choice for breakfast biscuits in Greensboro and Chic-fil-a is a strong competitor.“

“Biscuitville continues to be the best southern style breakfast you can get from a chain store. sure, small locally owned diners might have an edge, but if you want the familiarity of your local Diner where the regulars know you by name without the benefit of being in your actual Hometown at the time, just look for a biscuitville. they may not know you by name but they know how you like your eggs and your grits and your biscuits because they make them better than anybody else. you can't stand in front of the counter at McDonald's and watch them roll out their biscuits by hand combining the three simple ingredients to make the perfect southern breakfast food. you can't do that at Bojangles or Cracker Barrel or anywhere else except biscuitville. the only complaint I have about Biscuitville in Greensboro North Carolina is that the location closest to my house at 2311 Battleground Avenue has closed their dining room and is only available for drive-thru. a mild inconvenience at best.“

“Man my wife recently introduced me to Jersey Mikes since she loves their BLT. I was happy to find they made Cheese Steak Subs and it was DELICIOUS (this was all ordered via delivery)

Every week I craved the #17 and we finally went in person to order some food since it was on the way home from my wife’s workplace.

Man it was a delightful first experience. Greeted as we walked in, immediately attended to even though there was a line and the long awaited sub was in my hands in no time. Damn good food and service!

(We came again a few weeks later and saw the same crew working through the glass doors and I literally said “yes, same people! This food gonna be soo good! And spoiler alert: it was)“

“It was so, I mean so busy when we were there but service was still fast. My only complaint is the parking\\drive thru at this location. The whole parking thing is so convoluted, I may not go back for that very reason. That's the worst I've ever seen“

“Service was decent but they got 2 ordered after mine ready for some reason. Very limited seating but my main two issues with all of these locations is parking and only one bathroom. At this one I'm Greensboro, their parking lot is tiny and with only one bathroom at a time, it makes needing to go very difficult.“

“My recent visit to La bamba was a mixed experience. While the service was excellent—attentive and friendly from start to finish—the food unfortunately fell short of expectations.

I ordered the steak tacos with a side of rice. The most significant issue was the complete lack of flavor. Both the meat and the rice tasted unseasoned, as if no salt or pepper had been used. The meal was simply bland and lacked any depth.

The salsa was equally disappointing. It seemed to consist of nothing more than blended tomato and onion, missing the key spices and herbs that give salsa its vibrant flavor. It was just as bland as the main dish.

Ultimately, while the great service was a positive note, the quality of the food was a dealbreaker for me. Based on this experience, I don't see myself returning in the future.“

“I just got a sub from here and I must say everyone was super nice and the sub was delicious. The only problem I had was, I got a gargantuan sub chips and a drink and my bill came out to $23. The staff was amazing. I think their names were Nick Alex, and there was a girl, but I can’t remember her name would come back again.“

“I just moved here from Jacksonville, Florida about seven weeks ago. It’s a really stormy day. I’ve been sick for several days now. I’m finally got my appetite back and I ordered an Italian sub salt vinegar chips. I asked him to make it neat oil and vinegar on the side, pickles and onions and my whole package was so neat and so nice. My sandwich is so fresh. Pepsi is so cold. “I have been eating breakfast at this Subway for around 17 years. On average I eat there 3-4 times per week. I have never had a bad experience at this Subway. Even when corporate changes their products or their supply chain shorts them product, they go to local stores or other Subways to ensure their customers are getting the best product for their money. It is ashamed that those people who just eat here when they have a coupon feel the need to provide negative reviews. Each franchise has the right to accept or reject coupons, after all they are not reimbursed by corporate for the free food. I am not the only patron who values this Subway, every morning that I am there, I see others there that have been coming for years.“

She got my order completely wrong. when I went inside to have it fixed, they were kind about it but ultimately the food I ordered and was remade was still not correct. “Jakhia at the Westridge Cookout in Greensboro, NC is amazing! My 16 yr old daughter and I were there this past Monday, 7/27 from 6:30-8:00PM to celebrate my daughter turning 16 years old. My daughter is autistic and Jakhia went above and beyond to acknowledge her and make her feel seen and celebrated. She also said that there was no charge for my daughter's shake, since it was her birthday. From now on, when we are in Greensboro, we will only go to this Cookout! Thank you so much for helping my daughter make a memory and feel respected and celebrated, when so many other places have just made her feel out of place and a burden.
