“Have never been disappointed dining at Oyster Rock, but tonight was exceptional. We all ordered one of the specials and loved our meals & appetizers. But what made this evening’s dinner so great, was our server Jarrett and one of the managers (sorry did not get his name but was so knowledgeable & personable). Jarrett provided excellent service and was the absolute best server! We usually reserve Oyster Rock for Special occasions but will not wait for one to go back.“

“We had a great experience. The ribeye and prime rib were delicious tender and cooked as we requested. We also enjoyed a crème brûlée which was also very good. The food all came in a timely manner didn’t have to wait long at all to be served. The waiter Pauly did an awesome job. He was very attentive and was did everything he could to ensure we had a great experience. We will DEFINITELY go there again and you all should give it a try. They did not disappoint.“

“I cannot say enough great things about this local spot. They did a top notch job with the company xmas party we held there. Jake our server was not only spot on with food & beverage. He had a fun personality. & made suggestions, & was super considerate to my specific needs as to what I was able to eat. Prices I feel are spot on, the place is clean, & as a dog mom...love that the whole place is dedicated to Copper, their beautiful pup. Had the honor of meeting the owners wife , she was awesome, personable & a hustler, but took time to speak to us . Food delicious, drinks same. “Tried the gumbo and shrimp salad first, both were excellent. Oysters Rockefeller were very good but the Grilled oysters are probably the best I've ever had. Owners appreciate your business. And the whole place is just a friendly setting. Not open many days or long hours so you better get there while you can. We are here for a month and will be back!! You will not be disappointed!!“

“We ordered fried shrimp with fries and hush puppies. Everything was delicious, the shrimp were large and the breading was excellent. The hush puppies were bite size and came with a delicious honey butter. The fries were the perfect texture.Very well priced.“

“Very nice clean and simple Calabash Seafood restaurant. Calabash is a style and way of cooking seafood that they do very well and my favorite. Waitress was fast and efficient at both lunch and dinner. I has the same waitress. Hostess was friendly and the cashier (for dinner you pay) up front was friendly. The cashier for lunch was rude and all he wanted to do is talk to his friends and very unfriendly. I guess he was unhappy with having to work. I asked him a simple question and he curtley said. I don't know. Wow. As someone who has hired thousands and managed them. I would have terminated him on the spot. He must be the owners son. This was on A Saturday afternoon. So come for excellent fried seafood and efficient waitresses. Maybe you will have a friendly cashier.Parking: Parking can be limited when it is busy. We had to park at Callahans across the street.“

“The Parson's Table is an amazing restaurant......menu choices are varied. . .seafood, pasta, beef, etc , and food is always done to perfection. Try my favorite, Rack of Lamb; you won't be disappointed. The servers are knowledgeable and friendly . Needless to say, this my favorite restaurant.“

“Went there for the first time tonight based on a Facebook recommendation. The White Ricotta pizza was great! Karim the owner came out from the kitchen and spoke to everyone in the restaurant which was very nice. His daughter waited on us and the service was excellent! Robertos had a good selection of pastas & vegetables on the menu, so we decided to try it.Overall, it was a good experience, and we would certainly recommend it.I especially want to compliment them on their house-made Caesar salad dressing. I like a strongly flavored Caesar, not a wimpy one, and theirs was excellent. Had a real bite to it - one of the best I’ve had in years.I thought the Salmon Rockefeller needed just a little more salt, and the outside was cooked just a little too crispy, but the flavor was good, and the inside wasn’t overcooked at all.The Limoncello Layer Cake was light and delicious, which was a nice way to finish the meal.“

“This was our first time at the Blue Drum. Had delicious She-crab soup, blackened Mahi and blue crab Mac and cheese. The Mac n cheese had hunks of crab, rich and delish. The enclosed patio is the perfect spot for a chilly evening. We recommend making reservations.“

“Very noisy place we went for lunch. The food was unremarkable, the noise level was almost intolerable. Our server was very nice. I guess I expected more, particularly the catch of the day sandwich but it was just not special in any way. The standout item to me was the coleslaw which is made with lots of pickle relish so it is sweet and refreshing. My sister in law had the homemade pie and reported that it was delicious. “First of all, we were walking in and there was a sweet lady parking her car… she knocked over a plant pot while parking and my amazing partner picked it up for her.Then we walked in, made our way to the bar anfter the sweet hostesses greeted us and received services right away. Then, a very sweet man walked over and thanked us for picking up the plant for the sweet lady. Already a wonderful atmosphere upon arrival.We then ordered an appetizer, I don’t remember the name but I know it was scallops, shrimp and some sort of rice dish… it was literally AMAAAAAAZING.For entrees I ordered the lobster ravioli, my partner ordered the shrimp and grits….. let me be the one to tell you, I HATE grits. I said i’d never eat them, never want them, i’m just not a fan… but THESE…… ABSOLUTELY! AMAZING! When we go back, I WANT those because it’s definitely a shinto and grits but GUMBO from the southern taste…. It’s sooooooo good! Forgive me, right now I want to scream because the photos I took are gone ??? but just know that this is literally now my GO 2 spot whenever we come back. The EXECUTIVE Chef Dan came and talked to us (the same man who thanked us upon arriving) asked us how the food was, chatted with us, gave us some insight on the food, like the whole experience was just absolutely AMAZING! This was MY very first time on the beach at all EVER so the experience was IMPECCABLE.. especially here. I did NOT take enough photos. I wanna go back so bad I loved it. “Decorated as a shrine to college football , easy , relaxed atmosphere. The fried flounder and fried oysters were melt in your mouth delicious. The fried shrimp was stiff and overly breaded, maybe was prefrozen. French fries were not straight out of the fryer and a little cold. I didn't care for the slaw but I can be picky. I would return for the fried flounder and oystersWent back for a second visit. Had a Po'boy shrimp sandwich. Delicious, shrimp was large, fresh and yummy“

“I’ve been here two times in my life and the food was really good every time the service was always amazing especially the hush puppies in the mozzarella sticks and the other stuff that I have ordered in the past but I saw that this place burned down which makes me really sad. “No frills dive by the beach, might get a little cramped though I’m sure they stay busy. We sat at the bar but they look to have roof top tables as well. “Always WONDERFUL food and service. Never tried the burger until the other night...this thing was bigger than my hand with my fingers outstretched!!! Hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had.
