I didn’t catch the trainee’s name but she was older twenties, dark hair…she was equally as nice and funny. They were the best part of our experience the good food was just a plus.”

“We came here on a Saturday evening at 5:30 and had made a reservation about 3 weeks earlier. When we arrived, we noticed the space was small and pretty full so we are glad that we made a reservation. Once we sat down, the waiter arrived with a bread basket and two waters. I thought that was a nice gesture to show up with waters without asking. We ordered the onion rings and I got a sweet tea. The sweet tea was not my favorite as it was not sweet to me. The onion rings tasted wonderful and I appreciated the two dipping sauce choices. We also got a lot of onion rings which made the price worth it. We both ordered Caesar salads and it was well coated with dressing and tasted fresh. My husband ordered the 9oz filet with the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was gooey and flavorful. The filet for him was good. I ordered the 7oz filet with a sweet potato.
The sweet potato was cooked well, but I wish I had additional toppings on the side. The steak was cooked well. Overall we had a positive experience and thought the pricing was fair.”

If you’re not in a hurry and you don’t care how your eggs are cooked or how long it is between the arrival of your eggs and hash browns until your ham shows up or your waffle makes it to the table then this is the place for you - but not at the bar counter because it hasn’t been wiped since the morning shift cleared out and the waitress isn’t happy about being asked to clean it. The food was good even though it came in shifts, the service was minimal as was the server’s personality and the prices were reasonable.”

One lady who looked like she was completely out of her mind on something going all through the dining room talking to herself, then she went outside and bought something from the girl with the backpack and left.”

She was so attentive, kind, and honestly made me want to go back only to this location in the future. Props to her and management needs to recognize her value! For reference, this was Tuesday 9/29 at 7:30pm, manager had a red shirt and orange/brunette hair in a bun.”

These folks were so nice to invite us on in and let us order. Whipped up our order quickly and was kind enough to let us dine outside since the dining room was closed which we had planned on doing because it was a beautiful evening. We got our food and let me tell yall it was absolutely out of this world! When we went to leave they even offered us refills on our drinks. Thank you to the staff at Real Q for taking us last minute and giving us a delicious dinner! We will absolutely be long time customers!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this business. This is my new regular spot! There is plenty of seating, with a variety of seating options. I adore the window nooks on a rainy day and the downstairs for when I may need to focus a bit more. This coffee shop has plenty of restrooms that make it especially nice for when it is busy. They provide board games and a chess board which I've used a number of times with a good selection of books as well. I must also express how welcoming it feels, Lot 63 being in Old Salem provides a true community feel that you can't quite get anywhere else in Winston. I've also realized just how freeing it is to be somewhere I feel comfortable leaving my things to pick up drinks or run to my car.

Their coffee is very consistently made. It is never too sweet. Their avocado toast is the only food I've tried and absolutely no complaints with that either. They have a wide range of hours open, which is hard to find these days.

This bakery does ‘Amish style’ baked goods so I was really looking forward to trying them but also peeking inside of their culture a bit while in the store. Even though the owners were there, they didn’t engage with customers or create the sense of community I thought they would have. The food is good, but the atmosphere is a little uncertain and uncomfortable, esp if you’re by yourself. I recommend this place to try, but it’s no where I would go twice.”

All in all it's a great restaurant, the seating is comfortable, the staff is pleasant and efficient, the food is great, and it's very clean. My only negative comments would concern the volume of the music in the background. When you go in for breakfast, or any time really, you don't need the music turned up as loud as it always is. My other negative comment concerns the fact that they are out of tea bags for hot tea quite often. If tea bags don't come when ordered there is a Food Lion right across the parking lot where a box could be purchased. These are minor items overall, and they won't stop us from dining there, but it would be nice to have these issues addressed.”

“We’ve eaten at taco mama numerous times ,they’re a little on pricey side but good! Never had problem until yesterday, we waited for them to open so we could place a Togo order for lunch. Ordered barbecue burrito meal , meat was over cooked ,dry had nothing but meat and a lot of meat in burrito they left everything else off that was supposed to be in burrito. Chips were soggy ,no salsa and no guacamole . Ordered shrimp soft & hard tacos they were soggy had two pieces shrimp in each taco no sauce ,they left off guacamole, rice was dry and plain. Idk if they just weren’t ready when they opened but food was not up to there normal standards! Not sure if we will be back for money spent for lunch def not worth it.”

“My husband and I went to the winston-salem, Hanes mall location. We were waited on by Iverson Brown. She was amazing , on point with everything. Always asking if we need anything , drinks refilled as needed. We never had to "wait" for anything, I recommended her to customers waiting to be seated , that if they requested her and they would not be disappointed. She is a 12 out of 10. I was very pleased with our visit tonight ( 2/19/22) The food was great as well.”
