“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“Best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. The Grape Nuts ice cream is genuinely great and the Coquito ice cream turned my girlfriend feral. Special shout-out to the VEGETARIAN MARSHMALLOWS. My girl loves marshmallows but usually can’t eat them because of the gelatin. We were extremely pleased to hear the toasted marshmallow topping doesn’t contain gelatin, especially because it tastes much better than most store-bought marshmallows.“

“The new ressee ice cream thing (forgot the name) it’s like a sundae/blizzard combo sorta, you eat with spoon… it’s shown as brown ice cream (not vanilla) which it is, just vanilla soft serve with peanut butter syrup.. I thought that it was peanut butter ice cream (which would have been better) it was still pretty good though but pretty expensive for a small cup of averaged ice cream.. $8 an some change ?‍♀️?‍♀️“

“It’s small but it’s very nice and clean. It was my 1st time there and the young man at the counter took his time and suggested many options. He was very patient. This was about two weeks ago almost. “Matcha soft serve has such a rich matcha flavor. Very satisfied! BUT the ube flavor… I don’t recommend because you barely taste ube and it just tastes like vanilla soft serve. We also ordered a matcha latte and it really soothed our soul. I wouldn’t say it’s the most high quality but was good enough! I would go again for sure for their matcha.“
