“I had the blackened fish and it was really good.Fried rice and seasoned potato slices as sides. Fried rice was uninspiring. Potatoes were good.How they do sides for combos is weird. The choices for combos are only lo mein, potatoes, fried rice.I asked for plantains and they tasted fine.Its mostly chinese food. Chopsticks, chinese sauces. Its all chinese food too. Im chinese so it worked out.“

“I had a nice experience this afternoon. The food was fresh and tasteful. The pepper steak was done just the way I like it, meat tender and veggies crisp. The service was swift and pleasant. I would definitely go back again. The plantains looked tasty. I hope they look like that on my next trip there! “We were celebrating a birthday with a group of six and the food was absolutely delicious! My personal favorites were the Soy Butter Bigoli, Mochi Bombolocini, Scallop, Rigatoni, and the Apple Pie. Most of the food was amazing. The service was fantastic – everyone was so attentive, helpful, and friendly. The atmosphere is super relaxed. I really loved the Umami in the Kenmare cocktail.“

“Holy smokes, I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant where everything was so good! Genuinely shocked and just filled with happiness at every bite. Me and my partner got the fresh calamari, Thai spicy wings and beef stir fry noodles and also some oysters and gawd dam they were all good!!!!
This was my first time trying oysters and the flavor of everything just left me baffled. Usually I don’t think a spot is truly a 10/10 but this was above and beyond, super friendly and got free ice cream! Definitely will be coming back and if you read this far on my review then you should already know that you’re going to be coming here. I highly recommend everything here.“

“I always had a delicious lunch special dining experience at this Thai restaurant! Not only their lunch special is affordable, the portion was generous and their service was prompt. The chicken green curry was rich and aromatic, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. The pad Thai had a wonderful mix of sweet, tangy, and savory flavors, while the beef with basil sauce was incredibly fragrant and satisfying. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated with a charming, flowery decor that created a warm atmosphere.“

“There was a shortage of staff when we arrived. The woman notified us that order would take longer than expected, but we got our order in less than 15 mins. She was very attentive.

“I got take out - Chicken with broccoli and oyster sauce with Hakka noodles from their express lunch menu. It came with momos, chicken satay, soup and salad. Everything was extremly flavorful and fresh, the vegetables in the noodles and salad were fresh and crisp; the salad dressing was a perfect balance of sweet, sour and spicy. Simply excellent. I found a new favorite place for Indo-Chinese food.“

“A fully vegan Korean restaurant situated right in the heart of Manhattan?! My west coast heart is pounding in jealousy and longing to return once again. It's often very hard to find restaurants that serve fully vegan Korean food so the fact that this exists is truly special. A lot of items will be vegetarian at best so to be able to have an extensive menu to order from is a treat. My friends and I came here for lunch and were seated fairly quickly in their hip restaurant. I ordered a couple of things: - Combination Pancakes consisting of sweet corn cilantro, scallion & spicy kimchi offerings. This was their take on traditional Korean jeon and I didn't realize they'd bring out so many small pieces for the table. My favorite was definitely the sweet corn cilantro. - Crispy Korean Chili Tofu Lunch Special, which included a soup and salad of the day as well as two additional banchan (including a pancake!) The tofu was fried to sweet perfection and the chili sauce was top notch. There ended up being more than enough food just from this alone. I hope this spot sticks around because I'll certainly be coming back to fill my Korean cravings without needing to play around with the menu at other restaurants. “Truly my favorite place to eat. I live a block away so go there all the time on the weekend and for dinner, sometimes take the train from my office in midtown down to Chelsea for lunch. This is truly the only fast-casual place where I feel the food is of high quality - it is clear everything is not mass-produced. The brussel sprouts are hands down the best I have ever had and same with the sweet potatoes. To be honest - everything is absolutely delicious. What makes it so special is you can truly tell that care was put into making everything that is served. Even the way it is displayed shows the amount of effort that goes into the preparation. The food is not over-seasoned or trying too hard to do something different - it is simply cooked well and with good ingredients, mixing which for some reason seems to be rare these days. The steak is honestly as good as steak I have had at much fancier restaurants. This is what fast casual should be. I am the biggest fan. I highly recommend. You will be full after - but the good kind of full!“

“I got takeout the other night—braised beef & noods, eastern cukes, congee and the cabbage special. I have no words. Well, I guess I do—happy dance mouth explosions. The cukes even got better as a pickled snack the next day. The staff was kind and fun, and I had the pleasure of meeting the chef, who deserves 5 stars as a human. Anyone who skips this place while in Dumbo should reconsider their life choices.“

It seems that nearly everything is prepared to order, and as a result if coming here you should be prepared to possibly wait longer than most restaurants for your food to be ready.
I do wish there was a way for the restaurant to communicate this to avoid problems with new customers who may be expecting quicker service.“

“My husband and I stopped in on our way to an event in the area based on reviews. It's a very small place with no indoor seating. However the service was friendly and quick and the chicken bao was very good. If we are ever back in the area, I would try more items from their menu.“
