“I met a friend for breakfast and submitted two menu items for dinner.
The food tasted better than I expected, but while I was eating the soup I ordered, I felt a bit uncomfortable feeling the thin sand chewing on the rice.
I was halfway through eating it because I couldn't eat it anymore so I threw it away.
I enjoyed the dogani soup and beef stew, but while eating the soup, I felt the crunchy feeling of sand that I felt from the siraegi...
Ha... it was really bad.ㅠㅠ
I think it would be a good idea to wash the rice cooker more thoroughly.“

“Surprisingly good- I didn’t have a strong impression when I dined there near their opening few years ago, but decided to Uber lunch from there recently thinking they must be doing something right to still be around in the competitive fort Lee dining scene and because they were offering BOGO on a few selection of dumplings- so I got 2 beef dumplings for $7.
1. Beef dumplings (3/5, $7, App) - the skin was chewy and the right thickness. The filling could’ve been better in qty and taste but it wasn’t bad. Good value.
2. Shredded beef & pepper noodle soup (4/5, $15, Main) - The soup had nice homey taste and surprisingly generous with amount of toppings. Beef tastes great, chewy without being tough, and pepper has good bite. Only knock was that noodle quantity was slightly lacking.
Dumpling den redeemed itself and I’ll be ordering delivery again from them. I do wish they would expand their BOGO offering to include some other dumpling selections so that we could try more variety.“

“😍My very first time here. I was served by Jason, food captain. I guess I was spoiled by his hospitality because I tell you, WHEN I return, if I not being served by him, I'm not going. Every now and again you come across a server who truly enjoys making people fell comfortable, that's Jason, in a nutshell. The food was extraordinary, complimented by spectacular recommendations and hospitality!!!!“

“No ramen will ever be as good as ichiran ramen. The customisation, the noodles, garlic, spice. Everything is perfect. I like my ramen at 8 spice level with extra garlic, rich base and firm noodles.
I wish I could eat this daily.
PLEASE open up in London, you’d be a massive hit here. The best ramen I’ve ever had and I would travel to New York just to have this ramen alone.“

“I'll definitely visit here every time I'm in and I highly recommend you do the same I can't recall the drinks I ordered but they were amazing (taste and strength). I walked into the well-lit establishment and the first thing I noticed was the music playing in the background. A wide range of music was played throughout the night and everything fit.“

“Lobster roll is small but good for the price ($18 including tax). They didn't have the shrimp corn chowder so I tried the clam chowder. It was watery but ok, a little too much carrots for my taste. I would give the lobster roll a try, but due to the high price, I wouldn't buy it again (To be fair it's $22-24 in my home city and it didn't have as much lobster like this one). I would give a different type of soup another try though. I tried the lobster bisque - it was good! Worth a try!
Pay with cash to save 3%.“

“Great Uyghur food (similar to Uzbek/Georgian with a hint of Chinese thrown in). Highly recommend the laghman and pearl noodles (very chewy and flavorful). Lamb kebabs were perfect. Big plate chicken was spicy and tender, with more hand pull noodles dumped on top. Samsas were juicy and crispy. A great dish was the cumin mushrooms, highly recommend. Shout out to being open on Thanksgiving.“

“My plus one and I really enjoyed our time here. We had just gotten home from vacation and were in a mood for Ramen and this place did not disappoint.
Let me just say that this place has such a traditional Japanese vibe to it…the staff is warm and welcoming and the food was spectacular.
We had the ramen, both original and spicy and it was very delicious. We also had two Asahi beers and called it a day.
Overall, I will come back to this place more often.“

The service was also very attentive and friendly. We would definitely come back!“

“I love Thai food in general and I have had a lot of it a lot of different places. This is the best chicken pad see ew I think I’ve ever had. The view of 1st Ave is super cute and they played great music so I can’t have asked for a better atmosphere and vibe. The service was lovely and fast. Presentation of the food was also a step above and the place is super clean. I’d highly recommend and I hope I come back soon too. Only complaint was $6 for a sparkling water which I didn’t realize I’d be charged for. Oh well. I’ll skip it next time.“

“A friend raved about this place, so we made the trek across town to see what the fuss was about. It’s a simple spot with just a window for ordering, but the draw is undeniable. Their bone broth is legendary – truly the best I’ve have had. The menu boasts an overwhelming variety of options, making it tough to choose. We finally settled on the Tom Yum and Oishi Oishi, and both arrived quickly and piping hot. Simply delicious. A must-visit for Bone Broth enthusiasts!“

“This place....all I can say is yum! My first time in NYC and I wanted all the food that NYC offers. You guys killed it. Fresh, spicy (just like I like it) and you laughed when I asked for chili paste, but brought it to me anyway. 😆I'm glad I tried it first because all it needed was some fish sauce. I don't even remember what I tried, something with pork, but OMG, it was heaven. Super friendly staff and fast service. I will definitely be back to NYC and definitely will go back to PURE Thai Cookhouse.“

“Had a belated birthday dinner here last night with my gal friends and it was everything I could’ve hoped for.
This was my first omakase experience! From the hot towel, to the ambiance and service, I felt cared for.
We each did the $65 omakase and it was more than enough food. The sushi was so fresh and creative.
My friends really enjoyed the sweeter sakes and next time I’ll be partaking in a glass myself. The Yuza sake is so delicious.
I will be back and highly recommend this place! Thanks for the hospitality.“

“Classic mom-and-pop style Pho spot. Although there’s a lot of elevated viet restaurants in NYC, sometimes I just prefer the laidback atmosphere and traditional dishes a mom-and-pop shop offers. “Dweji-gomtang (pork bone broth soup) is really smooth and clear. You could taste the richness of the pork while drinking the broth. The pork is slicing into really thin slices and it goes really well with the gochu-ji. The spicyness balances the greasy taste of the pork. The side dish kimchi radish is crisp and balanced the whole dish. The restaurant is a little bit small and doesn’t have a lot of space, but definitely worth a try for its pork broth soup“

“Quite the Chinatown experience! The menu offered an over abundance of Chinese cuisine. I ordered the Sesame Chicken. The portions are large, matches the price. ? If you visit at a busy mealtime, expect a wait, it’s a small restaurant. CASH ONLY.
Parking: You’ll have to find a parking spot on the street. It may be difficult due to the location in Chinatown.
Kid-friendliness: It’s a small restaurant so not much room for a stroller or high chair. Casual atmosphere“

“I’m not vegan, but my visit to Cuffie Ridge Vegan Café in Brooklyn was an absolute treat! I tried the Jamaican sweet potato pudding, and it was beyond delicious. The spices were perfectly balanced, giving it a rich and authentic flavor that left me wanting more. The ackee patties were another standout – they were incredibly fresh and flavorful, made with real ackee. I only wish I had bought more to take home! And the vegan soups? Truly something to talk about. I never imagined soup could taste so rich and satisfying without meat, but they’ve managed to perfect it here. Cuffie Ridge Vegan Café is a must-visit spot for vegans and non-vegans alike. The food is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Highly recommend!“

“A couple months back, the ladies and I decided to check out Seoul Bystro for happy hour.
Cool spot with great service. We were seated immediately, and perused their menu. The HH menu is small but mighty with $1 wings in your choice of soy & garlic or hot & spicy. We decided to try them both. I was extremely please because they were cooked well with a good crunch.
At the time SB only had soju cocktail options because they were awaiting their liquor licenses. We tried the Seoul High Ball and the Soju Coladas. The coladas were fan fave along with the seafood japchae that we opted to share.
Overall a good HH experience, looking forward to returning.
Just A Note:
Their regulate menu is worth a look and a return visit.
Parking: Municipal paid parking under the elevated train.“

“Dare I say it... some of the best soup in NYC? The counter service is quick, courteous and professional. The soup selection filled with 6-8 classics. They all taste exactly as they should, consistently every day. “Ichiran is a paradise for true ramen lovers! As a ramen enthusiast, I can confidently say that their ramen is exceptional in both flavor and texture. The rich, flavorful broth and perfectly cooked noodles create an unforgettable taste that keeps you coming back for more.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to savor authentic Japanese ramen. Ichiran sets a high standard, and as a devoted fan, I’ll definitely be back!

“If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Was here back in November, we popped in as we seen it while we were walking past. We ended up coming back 2 or 3 more times as we loved it. “One of the best Pho I've had in Jersey. The beef combo pho is excellent. The tendon is so soft it melts in your mouth. The grilled pork chop was ok. Nothing to write home about. If it came with garlic rice and egg it would be better. Just prepare for a long wait if coming here during busy time. Seems to be a famous place.“

“This hole in the wall spot serves mind blowing flavors!!! FYI- it’s a small spot so expect to wait a little. We came without a reservation and were seated after 10-15 minutes of walking around the block. From past experience with Burmese food I knew we would get a salad or two, since Burmese salads are the most exciting taste and textures. They had run out of a few dishes (beef skewers and tofu salad) which was a bit challenging but luckily with a vast menu it was easy to replace parts of my initial order. We went for the tea leaf salad, the chicken noodle salad, the chicken curry, a chicken skewer, and the banana cake. The tea leaf salad…WOW. It may appear a little “ugly delicious” with the dark color of the tea leaves but holy moly. The crunch and flavors (garlic, baby shrimps, peanut, etc) made every bite delectable. My second favorite dish of the night was the chicken noodle salad. There was beef or chicken options but we had a Hindu friend with us so opted for chicken. WOW! The creaminess of the dish stood out. Served room temp like a salad. The chicken curry was bone in, but nothing too special a typical curry with basmati rice. Highly recommend the banana cake if you love bananas and coconut. Perfect couple bites of sweet that wasn’t too heavy. The menu also shows what magazines recommend like the New Yorker or Eater so it’s easy to pick out the star dishes. FYI almost all these pics are after a few bites of eating.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of dairy free and gluten free options.“

“Happy to be able to walk in and get seating on a Saturday night. Food was overall good. The place makes their own tofu and I loved the one that comes with their basic appetizers.
The service was a bit lacking. We had a bit of back and forth with the staff on small things that I feel like detracted from our experience.“
