“All the dishes were fantastic, but my favorite was the tandoori lamb kebab, it was absolutely delicious. The exterior was perfectly crispy, yet the meat remained tender and juicy. If you love lamb, you definitely need to try it. I ate an entire pound on my own. The guyru laghman was also great, with rich and flavorful seasoning. While the other dishes might not have been as remarkable, they were still well above average. The only thing that didn’t suit my taste was their dessert. The dessert was overly sweet, almost excessively so, though that might be their signature style. As for the service, it seems like only their daughter speaks English, but her voice is quite soft, and it feels like she’s contributing to the family business out of obligation. However, this doesn’t affect anything, I’d still go back again.“

“Do recommend! Happy about this new addition to the Newport neighborhood. The interior is gorgeous with beautiful decorations. It is clean and spacious. We were excited to check it out and were not let down!! Fantastic experience through and through. Service staff was friendly and polite, attentive (frequent water refills and clearing of table was great). Food arrived fast and in proper order - first appetizers, then main course. Ordering via app helps accelerate the process, and what it also does: it gives the customer the option to decide when to aak for the check. Mind = blown! Awesome feature because you can always go back to order more at any time. Our dinner XP was extremely positive.
Recommendations: cold eggplant w special sauce appetizer (see photo) made my taste buds dance, Zha Jiang Noodles an indulgence. The Pork Pancake was crispy and good as well.“

“We were in town from Wisconsin to see Metallica. The day after the concert , we were looking for something good to eat and found Dumpling Dojo. Looking thru the menu , we knew we had to try. AMAZING!! We had one of the best meals we have had in a long time and my husband and I like to eat. We go to a lot of high ends places, but as I said , this place was extraordinary. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had the fried pork belly , tangerine beef , shrimp dumplings, fried shrimp and ramen noodle. And for desert , out of the world raspberry cheese cake wontons with whipped cream and fruit garnish. Nothing was too spicy but so flavorful. Again , you really need to try this place. Thank You !!“

“We’ve been coming to this restaurant for years, so it’s overdue for a review after a delicious lunch with too many amazing menu items to choose from for just one sitting. We have followed this family-owned and operated establishment since the days when they were a food truck, then they moved to a small place on a side street in Verona and now at the current bigger location. This is authentic Thai food of the highest quality, and it has never declined over all these years.

The pad thai has true flavor, not excessively sweet. If you want something sweet, the sticky rice is perfect. Pad see ew noodles are fantastic, as are the curries. Amazing veggie dumplings and spring rolls, and saving the best for last…the shrimp buns- lightly breaded and fried whole shrimp on a fluffy open bun with a lightly spicy mayo based sauce…you have to go just for these alone!

Also the ambience is great - big rounded windows let in plenty of light to contrast with the exposed brick. Plus the service is friendly. We really love this place.“

We had the steam pork buns, the fuzhou wonton soup, noodles with peanut sauce and the mei fen with beef tripe soup. I got the pan fried pork buns to go. It was super good and tasteful. (although the lettuce is weird sorry). the dumplings in chili oil taste super authentic and have a greattttt flavor. i loved everything here and i would order 10000 percent again. never change !! (besides the lettuce)

It was amazing, really one of the best places we have eaten and seemed very authentic. This is very much understated, a hole in the wall with a relatively simple menu. You pay cash, the food comes out. Piping hot for dining in or takeout, fresh, delicious, and when you are done you have already paid. So you just leave. Leave. There were many people came in while we were eating in which says to me that this is a favored neighborhood joint. Highly recommended.“

The rainbow roll and the crunchy shrimp rolls were very, very good compared to standard expected airport sushi quality.
