“Wonderful experience for our family’s Christmas dinner today. Everyone from the hostess, servers and managers was so attentive to all of our needs and requests. My first time at this SGD location and the food was delicious and the Mango Bingsoo did not disappoint.“

“If you see a sign that says Tomo Sushi, it's the right place. I was confused because I came for Hama Korean, but I talked to the owner of the restaurant and she said it's Hama Korean. I almost went back home, but I am glad I asked the owner.

I absolutely loved food - especially bibimbap - at Hama Korean and so good.

The sign may say Tomo Sushi, but when I asked the restaurant owner, he said it was Hippo Korean. The owners are the same and the food tastes just as good ^^“

We were craving for some ttukbokki and kimbop, decided to try for a new place.

Their kimbop is delicious, great fillings and well seasoned seaweed.

Ttukbokki came out nice and hot. Rice cake was nicely cooked and seasoned. But come on, look at the boiled egg, it’s not one of those overcooked yolk!!

Ramyun and udon was also delicious, noodles were done jussssssst right. I will admit that I was a little thrown off by mixed greens on ramyun.

Donkatsu was one of the best as well. Pork was just the right amount of thickness and crispy.

I also don’t feel like crap after eating the food there, not over seasoned with high sodium or MSG.

People were also great there, highly highly recommend it!“

“Really enjoyed the food from Bloom Chicken.

The small boneless chicken was honestly huge and the chicken was super crispy. The spicy rice cakes were way better than I expected — especially since I don’t usually like rice cakes.

The only thing keeping this from a 5-star review is that it came with no radish, no dipping sauce, nothing on the side.

For $14 for a small order, I’d expect at least some radish, I’d also give up a few pieces of chicken for radish.

Also, it’s definitely more of a take-out spot — the covered patio is nice but not heated, therefore I ate my food in the car since it was cold.

Overall though, really solid food and an easy 4-star meal.“

“So clean! I walked in and thought I had walked into a dental office! The owner is very friendly and told me his 15 year experience making dumplings by hand. For home made quality abd taste, the prices were great. They even steam the dumpling for you on the spot so you can have hot, steamy dumplings. I got pork, kimchi pork, and beef chive dumplings and they were perfect. Definitely coming back to pick up frozen ones to enjoy at home!“

“This place has been around for over two years, but I finally got to visit. Honestly, it’s been a long time since I’ve had a Korean spot where even the kimchi impressed me this much. The fresh kimchi tasted just like something my mom would make!

My friends ordered the clam soup with kalgusuk, and the noodles are at a perfect texture and the serving size was a lot. I would say good to share! I ordered the mandu soup with rice on the side, flavor was perfect! The fried dumplings was also nice, and it was great to share. Great kimchi as well!“

“By far my fave kbbq spot. The meats are high quality and the servers are always very friendly. Their marinated short ribs and house special spicy pork are my absolute faves. Love how the charcoal flavor gets into the meat. Their mool nengmyun (buckwheat noodles in a cold broth) compliments their bbq meats really well, and their broth is the real deal. The Korean-style beef tartare (over seasoned sushi rice) is phenomenal and my must-eat every time I go.“

“Absolutely fantastic taste, we already had lunch then saw this bbq chicken we thought of buying it for evening dinner, when the food came its smell/taste made us eat the whole order. Like I said unbelievable taste. Same taste they have in South Korea. Spicy Sweet combination is craving feature.“

“While eating bossam here, I asked to take the leftovers to go. At many places, when you box food after starting a meal, they usually only pack the main dish.

But here, they thoughtfully packed everything that goes with bossam — the garlic, peppers, ssamjang, shrimp paste, and even the kimchi. It may seem like a small detail, but it honestly meant a lot to me.

“It’s pretty awesome to devour unexpected high quality of donkatsu (pork cutlets) in a food court setting.

There’s only one other restaurant that makes better or similar donkatsu in NJ. That would be Katsune in Fort Lee. Katsune simply knows how to fry cutlets crispy without being greasy. While maintaining the juicy and savory protein inside the fried bread crumbs.

I highly recommend Katsune Donkatsu if you are visiting Little Ferry Hmart and looking something to eat.“

“I really love Dakgalbi, and this is one of the restaurants I went to in NJ. I would say that they do get really busy and it’s worth the wait. I usually spend over an hour here on each visit due to the wait times the food. But they give a lot of complementary dishes like corn and cheese, steamed egg, and a salad if you go during lunch times. I went during dinner and didn’t ge the salad. I love getting the cheese Dakgalbi with rice cake, minari, and sweet potato fries. I love how they give ricr after or have fried rice after. In the photos it was for three people. Very nice atmosphere, super comfortable. The food is delicious and menu is affordable for the quality of the food you are getting. My husband and I had the Agedashi Tofu, Pork Sirloin Katsu, Tuna Kimbap, and Potato Croquette. For dessert we had the Mango Bingsoo.

The bingsoo is probably the best in the area! Full of delicious mango, and syrup. It’s very tall too, so it’s a good deal.

The owner is very nice. Always provided a quick hot water refill.

It’s really very comfortable here. I could see myself sitting here for a while to just decompress. Will come back!“

“I CRAVE the food here. My friends and I took Uber from Manhattan to Fort Lee just so we can have the duck soup and the soy marinated crabs. It was beyond delicious. I had duck soup before and I had marinated crabs before, but here just tasted different. They were so good. The portion was amazing with the price.

This place did not disappoint and the high reviews left here are worth the hype. Ordered the spicy soy garlic + fries combo and it was deeeelicious. Fresh, hot, with the perfect amount of spice and the wings are bigger than what you'd get at a chain fried chicken restaurant.
