“I just found out about this gem from Harmon Cove neighbor who recommended this place, and they were right! I had the Sakai ramen and it was delicious! It was quiet on a Saturday afternoon, but, our hostess was tremendous!! The food came out in a reasonable time, and was delicious! I am going back to investigate more of the menu!!“

We were very hungry when we arrived, and the food did not disappoint.
We shared some spicy tuna sushi as a starter.
I had rice with chicken, perfectly cooked and well seasoned.
My wife ordered a beef ramen with noodles and corn, which was also excellent.

The place is very popular. The décor is simple but very charming.

“Our first time here (2 of us) for dinner before a Knicks game. I had zero pre-arrival idea of the model of service or seating. A pleasant surprise in and of itself. One of us chose the vegetarian ramen (non pork broth and zero meat (of course), the other is not veg and ordered the classic ramen. We added 1 bowl of rice to share. Everything was great... food, absolutely delicious. I/We will be back ... defenitely.“

“Ramen Misoya West Village. - there’s 2 locations, one is closed down and this Misoya is up and running and it’s great! my partner and i noticed this place and he wanted to eat here for his Birthday we enjoyed it.

Ramen was delicious, I think the noodles itself were one of the best or even the best I had in life (and I ate hundreds of bowls already). “Delicious ramen menu with very rich and flavourful broths. They have very distinct options for adventurous palates, like the Wasabi marinated raw octopus. I recommend all and any of their ramen with pork, chicken and vegan options. I used to attend 3-4 times per week during fall so I got to try all of them. They have seasonal ramen options as well. The service was always attentive and kind. They also have very tasty calpico.“

“Incredddddible ramen spot. I will definitely be coming back. I’m not vegan or vegetarian but ordered Captain Brooklyn III for the spice factor and loved it. It’s a sichuan style ramen with vegan meat. Highly recommend it.

Point Blank ramen was delicious as well, the broth is lighter than the Captain Brooklyn III and was a medium-spice.

Staff was friendly and service was quick. There are also cocktails / drinks. Ambience at night was nice and makes for a great place to bring friends or a date.

Recommend making reservations if possible but there’s also most likely room at the bar for walk-ins.“

“This place was very chill low key, I got a Spicy Pork Ramen and it was so good hands down ! On the walk in once you sit they give you tea which was very herbal and needed because it was Freezing outside and beforehand we did some running around so it immediately chilled the vibe! It wasn’t crowded and it felt very authentic to this place. Service was very accommodating and atmosphere was chill, it’s a smaller establishment so if there were more than 4 of us in a group it would be hard to sit same table, but nonetheless it wouldn’t have affected anything in my eyes.“

“I have tried the other branch in LA and I like the NJ one better. The line here is much shorter and the food comes out really fast. The noodles are firm and chewy and the broth is rich and flavorful. The tsukemen was delicious and the chashu was tender with a nice smoky taste.“

Got there around 8pm on a Tuesday night. Put your name on the strip of paper on the wall. Got seated at the bar in about 20 minutes.

Tsukemen both was savory and rich and loaded with veggies and pork. The splash of vinegar was perfect. Noodles were pleasantly chewy. Highly recommend.“

“I came here to waste a few hours until I got into my hotel. The staff were so lovely, found me a spot with a plug, and were just all-around lovely. The food was phenomenal- I had the maitake tempura, the garlic edamame, the chips with aoli, the Brooklyn bridge roll, the oinarisan roll, and a pot of the sobacha tea. We tried the kimchi (10/10) and the tots. My only complaint about the tots was that they needed more sauce, we asked for a side of Mayo and added their house made hot sauce and it was incredible!

“This is an amazing restaurant with great pricing. Their miso ramen is really flavorful and the ramen was cooked perfectly with a perfect chew. The egg has a creamy yoke, and I really like how they charred the chasu to enhance the flavour. I've been to so many other restaurants that don't do this and the char just adds a nice touch. The food came out really quick too and the service was really speedy. As soon as I started eating they took away our trash and wrappers and while we were eating they topped up our water when it was half empty. The restaurant is well designed too and fits the vibe of the food they serve.“

We also got the Shirley Temple to drink, and all the parts of the meal were absolutely wonderful. We stumbled upon this place by accident and will definitely be coming back whenever in town. The chef along with the waiter were super welcoming and even spent time talking with us.“
