“Really enjoyed my first visit to this Panera Bread location. The staff member who helped me was genuinely kind, respectful, and welcoming. Since it was my first time at this location, I ordered through the app and wasn’t sure where to pick up my order. He immediately noticed and kindly showed me exactly where to go.

I also asked for a cup of water, and he simply handed me a cup and said, “Here, have some water.” It was such a small gesture, but it really showed how thoughtful and friendly he was.

The location itself is beautiful, the surrounding area is nice, and there is always plenty of parking, which makes the whole experience even better. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy.

I honestly had a great experience and I’m happy to say this Panera will probably become my regular location. Great service and a great atmosphere!“

“Recently I watched an episode of “Comedian in Cars Drinking Coffee” with Jerry Seinfeld and Sabastain M. On this particular episode they went to Faicco’s Itailian deli. They talked about how good the sandwich was. Since we were heading to NY from Chicago, thought this would be a great place to stop . Let’s just say it didn’t disappoint. We had the Italian sandwich - it was so amazing. People should put this on their list to visit when coming to NY.“

I love their creative breakfast sandwich options, and the vibe was pure NYC energy. I got the pastrami, egg, and cheese on a challah bun, and it was exceptional. Perfectly balanced, rich, and just messy enough in the best way. 10 out of 10. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Discovered this cute spot while on my lunch break, and I walked in and automatically fell in love. It immediately took me back to living in Europe. The authenticity, the freshness of the sandwich, the espresso… everything was so lekker.

The owner happened to be training a new employee while I was there and was super helpful with the menu. He was also shocked by the little Dutch I knew 😂 We ended up kiki-ing about how great the Netherlands and Belgium are, which honestly made the whole experience even better.

It was such a highlight of my day! I STILL dream about the sandwich with the truffle butter.

Small place but seriously mighty. No fluff, no gimmicks, just unreal, farm-to-table food done right.

The meatball sandwich? I think about it daily. Perfectly seasoned, rich, and messy in the best way. The kind of sandwich you don’t forget. And the Burrata sandwich was just as incredible, packed with flavor and made with so much care you can taste it in every bite.

You can tell the ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully sourced. It makes a difference.

“I do not live in NYC, but I was trying to find someone who could provide food for my daughter's baby shower in the city. After researching a few options online, I contacted The Picnic Basket. I am so glad I did. The shower was to be in Central Park on a Saturday, and I was concerned about getting everything there safely and reasonably easily. As The Picnic Basket is closed on Saturday, I knew we'd need it Friday as late as possible.
They were so helpful, providing suggestions and a menu online with a lot of great options. I was able to order enough food for a party of 20 at a reasonable price. When my son-in-law arrived to pick it up, it was exceptionally well-packed and labeled. It all fit in their small apartment fridge, and we were able to get everything to the shower easily. Everyone absolutely loved the sandwich variety as well as the large kale salad. Everything was excellent and we were able to easily re-pack the leftovers for later. Great food, great service, great communication and budget-friendly. Would not hesitate to use them again! Thanks, Picnic Basket!“

I’m a bit particular about how I like my sandwich made, and instead of rushing me or seeming annoyed, Kumar listened patiently to every single request and made sure he got it exactly right. He even offered a couple of suggestions for combinations I hadn’t thought of, and they turned out to be perfect. The sandwich itself was honestly the best one I’ve had.

You can tell Kumar actually takes pride in his work rather than just going through the motions.
