“Loved this cute little place!!! My daughter and I were out and about, and wanted to get some coffee, but not from the regular “chain” coffee shop, so after a quick search, we headed to Metuchen. We were lucky enough to get parking right outside, and walked in to be pleasantly surprised by the esthetic vibe. Everything was super clean, and we were greeted right away by the super friendly employee. My daughter ordered a cappuccino and I got iced coffee. We also got a cheese and pesto savory pastry and a passion fruit and coconut tres leches dessert. Everything was delicious!!!!! Thanks for the enjoyable experience. We will definitely return.“

“From price quote, to cake pickup, to eating I had a phenomenal experience. I splurged for my 30th birthday for a custom cake. La Bon was affordable for what I wanted which was amazing. Their staff was incredibly sweet, professional, and all around pleasant. And the cake? Oh my God. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. I provided a reference photo and the result was an exact match. Flavor wise? Impeccable. I don't know what it is about these cakes but it was hands down the best cake I've ever had in my life. It was decadent but not too sweet (especially with black frosting, I was pleasantly surprised), perfectly piped frosting, and perfectly light and flavorful strawberries and cream filling. I will 100% be trusting all my future cakes to la bon from now on!“

“Brenda and Karen made my visit to Paris Baguette such a great experience! They were both so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. During my visit, I also witnessed a difficult interaction with a man, and they remained respectful and professional throughout the situation. I really appreciated how calmly they handled it while continuing to provide great service. Their patience and kindness stood out, Thank you, Brenda and Karen, for making customers feel welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Amazing Cinnamon Rolls. Perfectly baked dough, not over done. Extra Cinnamon, not the cheap stuff and plenty of sweet glaze for the top.“

“Excellent allergy friendly bakery! It is awesome to know that a bakery with such an amazing selection is safe to eat for my kids while everyone else is enjoying the same desserts. Their breads are amazing by the way!! Great job two fields!!“

“This place is officially my go to local bakery! Victoria and her mom Laurence have been nothing but kind and helpful each time I’ve went in. My friends and family raved about the triple chocolate cake i picked up for my sisters birthday and my best friend and i enjoy a quiet breakfast and cafe on the weekends! The decor is so welcoming and bright. It’s a great place to sit, and relax! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious pastries and French imports. It’s a piece of home for my mom, as well! 🇫🇷🥖🥐🥮🧁🎂💕“

“Their conchas are so delicious and beautiful! The workers are very friendly, too ❤️“

“One of my favorite bakeries from now on. Love the pastries, drinks and the crew service is very good as well.“

“We love the atmosphere, the delicious homemade soups, main dishes, and desserts at the lovely Friends Friend's Cafe :) the jazz evenings outdoors, the chess-playing and studying students & Mo, Josephine, and Hannah with the heart of gold for all furry friends who are welcome inside the cafe, and, of course, on the patio <3 <3 <3 Below is our Rover enjoying his doggie meal and a comfy bed at the cafe :)“

“Our counter person was not very pleasant, but it was after 6pm (so we gave him a pass for most likely being tired)

However, the cake was absolutely phenomenal! It was for my wife's birthday and she said it was the most delicious Strawberry Shortcake she ever eaten!
Our guests also sang praises about the cake and inquired where it was purchased!
Yummy, Yum, Yum, Yum!“

“I ordered a graduation cake online. When I picked it up and saw it, it was so beautiful. It was the talk of the party! It was not like a typical dry bakery cake. It was so moist and delicious! It was ALL chocolate. I would highly recommend splurge bakery for your customized cake needs!“

“Excellent bakery. Strawberry shortake is my favorite. On some weekends they have focaccia. Heat it up and it is really good. I like their icings, especially on the orange cream cupcake.“

“5 star for Philly Fluff alone! Aside from that, the staff was so friendly and helped me find just the right dessert for my T1D husband. KETO CHEESECAKE. It too was a big hit and had NO EFFECT on his sugar level. It is good to know that we can keep a fresh baked dessert on hand to keep a T1D satisfied! Thank you Natale's!“

“Great food and friendly service!!!“

“I've tried a couple of mochi donuts here and they are all amazing! Not too sweet and the flavors all hit the mark. I've recently stopped by and noticed they had Christmas themed donuts, which is think is so cute, they would be great to bring to a party or to gift to someone.“

“Awesome bake shop with delicious goods! I ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday. They were fresh, classic and tasted nostalgic. I haven’t had a chocolate fudge frosting this yummy in a long time. I also got a slice of German chocolate cake for myself, it’s one of my favorite cakes but it’s hard to find. Their version is so delicious. I’ll dream about it! The staff was helpful and nice. So happy we found this bakery!“

“We cannot recommend Fleur de Sel enough! A big ‘thank you’ for catering my daughter’s bridal shower this past weekend. The food and presentation were outstanding. Patricia and her staff were extremely kind and accommodating when we needed to postpone this event at the last minute in July. We are so grateful to have this wonderful bakery in Chatham!“

“This place was recommended by someone at the Warren Flea Market. I ordered a Taylor Ham, Egg and Cheese on an everything bagel. Came with 3 thin slices of Taylor Ham. Plenty of egg and cheeae throughout the sandwich. It was slightly above average based upon others throughout the state. Service was fantastic and both inside and outside areas were great to eat. I would go back again if in the area.“

“I think the azúcar buffet is great. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The food is amazing I love the service and the people who work here. Angelina and the other staff members are great. I love how they are always greeting me and everyone else saying good morning and good evening and make my day. I think the drinks are great. The buffet is really clean and neat. It’s one of my favorite buffets to go to. I would definitely recommend to go with family members it’s child friendly and there is no problems at all. Shout out to the manager who keeps this place going!“

“Great addition to Madison. The scones are beyond delicious and the owners delightful. Welcome!!“

“I love having a Dominican bakery so close. Everything we’ve had there has been FABULOUS!!! Honestly, some of the best coconut macaroons I have ever had and that includes ones I’ve had in DR. I had a coconut tree leches cake, and a strawberry short cake cup, which were both out of this world. The cold brew is so good, and the pumpkin sauce is on point. They’re also super friendly. Next time I need to try the pastelitos (empanadas).“

“Was passing by looking for a good coffee place and find this one. The service was beyond excellent. Their desserts are vegan and sugar free and are insanely good. It is now my new go to place!“

“I recommend all sandwiches but my favorite one is the chicken Caesar ciabatta sandwich. A salad but sandwich style. It’s so good it’s a must get. Workers there are friendly. I come here often for the corn muffins there the best I’ve ever had.“

“Had a Fantastic experience with customer service, as i was looking for some suggestions on a fairly large order for a kids class presentation. The owner and her staff member, who was on a break, kept giving great suggestions as to how to best package the items i was thinking about. The cookies and pastries were very tasty, a total hit with the school! --- Will be coming back for more for sure.“

“Delicious Latin food in town.“

“Great bakery with a wide variety of fresh pastries, cakes, and snacks. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious, and the prices are reasonable. The Masala Puff is my favorite item and they even have religion friendly items. The staff is friendly, and the bakery is always clean and welcoming. Definitely one of my go-to spots in Edison!“

“Many Colombian eateries in the area, and an equally diverse mix of bakeries. However this is the one I visit the most because it's delicious, consistent (!), inexpensive, and clean. Don't be put off by any lines inside, they move quickly. A+ all around!“

“The BEST in Stirling for anything from amazing Stromboli that cannot be beat - fresh doughnuts, bagels & the tastiest desserts... You can't go wrong here. PS: Meatballs are to die for!“

“Not a bad spot for a quick treat! I never realized how big these cookies were. Incredibly dense and filling. I loved the classic chocolate chip and also the oatmeal cinnamon thin cookies. Would definitely check out the new flavors next time!

Now for my standard comments. Location is small and well kept. Nestled by the Honeygrow with open parking.“

“I couldn’t be happier with the cake Anthony & his team at Bake created for my Sister’s 50th Birthday! Since I live out of state, planning everything from a distance could have been stressful, but they made the entire process so easy. I used pictures from their Instagram as inspiration & was able to text them along with specific details regarding what I hoped the cake would look like. And they nailed it! Truly a pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, incredibly accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure everything came together perfectly.
The cake itself was absolutely stunning—more beautiful than I had imagined—and it tasted just as amazing as it looked! It truly made my Sister’s milestone birthday even more special
If you’re looking for a bakery that delivers exceptional customer service, beautiful custom cakes, and incredible flavor, I highly recommend them. Thank you, Anthony and your team, for making this celebration so memorable!“

“great customer service! Just roll up before the gates and run inside with your paperwork. Even if the order is not already picked, they will tell you to back up to door number one, or two, and then they'll pick the order quickly! Very little waiting here! A pleasure!“

“We contacted Kaela to create a tornado birthday cake for our son’s 6th birthday. She made the process seamless and enjoyable. She was transparent and so easy to communicate with. The final product was amazing and our son loved it. The golden Oreo icing is so different from other flavors we have tasted and delicious!! We recommend Kaela for your next cake/event, you will be very happy with your choice. My son said the cake was impressive.“

“My favorite bakery. Love egg tarts, love Boba, love the unique breads from the tuna roll to the raisin twist that tastes like a Trinidadian currants roll but with the addition of coconut.

Just a very satisfying bakery to eat and relax in.“

“They are the best ever!! I received them from my daughter for my birthday and requested them again for my next birthday!! I don’t ever eat icing but, this icing is amazing! Yes, I ate it!!!!!“

“Bakery is my long time favorite for years no matter where I move I will always come back for my cookies and our Birthday cakes Blessings to the owner“

“I am so grateful for this place. I’ve been so sick and wanting homemade chicken soup. Normally I make it myself but am too weak with no inspiration . My son went out and got me a quart about an hour ago and I feel so much better even after a little bowl. Thank you angels ❤️🥰❤️“
