“We visited Whispering Vine with friends and everyone enjoyed their dinner. We each had tacos - Korean beef, duck and lentil - and shared the hummus appetizer. Everyone's food was delicious and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back!“

“Walked in on a Saturday morning a few minutes after they opened. Very friendly employee at the front told us she would be right with us as she prepared the previous customer's bagel and cream cheese. I'm not sure why they don't have 2 employees up front to handle orders because this lovely gal was stretched handling people's questions, taking orders, and making coffees. Because of this, it took 15 minutes to get our coffees. I watched my breakfast sandwich sit on a rack in the kitchen for the same amount of time. The scrambled eggs were brown, it was cold and extremely greasy but it tasted alright. The table we sat at was dirty enough that each time we picked up our coffee cups, we had to unstick them from the surface of the table.
Scheduling one more employee for the opening shift would've solved a lot of these issues.“

A little needy sometimes he doesn't seem to mind. The cocktails are so good and the butter sauce on the Muy Especial. Will have you addicted!!!“

Overall had a good experience but my only issues were the vending machines next to the ice maker was bare, and the lady at the desk Thursday morning had an attitude when I asked for someone to help with a blocked drain the tub. Shout out to Albert at the Guitar Bar, the ladies at the Keno desk, Dave and Matt with guest services too, very friendly and patient. Looking forward to coming back in the winter!“

“We love coming here, best pho broth in Reno maybe even in general. The beef stew pho is my favorite and perfect for a rainy day or whenever I don’t wanna cook dinner! The owners are so sweet and genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend the beef stew with egg noodles 🍜“

“I grew up in NYC and with that being said for the XLNYC the dough was good, but very thin. If you doubled it, it would still be thin and yet the right thickness. The Italian seasonings on top was way too much for a family pie, too much for even me. The average kid might not be able to eat it. Great and rapid service. Would I come back? Yes.

Parking: Parking can get tight when busy. Parking strips could certainly be widened a bit.“

“My favorite restaurant for lunch! You just can't beat the $13.00 lunch deals here. I simply can't resist their pad thai with shrimp with a small salad/peanut dressing. It is delish! Restaurant is small and cozy...super clean and the service is exceptional. Just writing this review is making me crave more pad thai.

I highly recommend this restaurant. A big shout out to Nash-who is one of the sweetest and most attentive servers I have ever encountered in my dining out experiences. Kudos to the chef and the entire team at Bangkok Cuisine.“

“All the food was very delicious, healthy, and bountiful. Only problem was the fried chicken with honey mustard was fried too long and the breading was thick and hard did not taste good, but the chicken inside was tender.
The teryaki bowls and salads were amazing. Tri tip and salmon was great.
Was quite expensive. Would say somewhat worth the money because of the quality.
Server was outstanding.
But when we came inside it was empty and that confused us.“

“We haven't been here for a few months but glad we came here today. Place is very clean. The staff were great! Special shout out to Shelly who gave 5 star service. We haven't seen this caliber of service in a very long time. The food was really good. We had the dinner size chicken fried steak, fish and chips, cheese pizza and their soup of the day (meatball soup-my daughter gave the soup 2 thumbs up). The fish was great-thin batter and tons of fish. Fries are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.The pizza had lots of cheese. The soup had lots of meatballs. My husband really enjoyed the chicken fried steak. Just a heads up the Cafe is short staffed, but the staff worked their butts off to provide a great dinner experience. We will definitely be back.“
