We walked in with no reservations and the manager snuck us right in and we even got to the listen to an amazing singer. We have been here a few times, this was by far the most fun we had. “I very seldom order take-out - but I tried LaFamilia for pizza when they first opened in Pound Ridge - and was not impressed. However, a few weeks ago I found myself without side dishes for Sunday dinner - and I ordered salads, broccoli rabe and a few other items and they were excellent. Drove up from the Bronx and even though it was enjoyable, I won't be going back. Why? Because I hate to be "nickel & dimed" ...I never question prices. I order what I want but when the check is upwards of $70 but I see I was charged for both cups of coffee, it's a turn-off! A little advice: let your customers be aware that there are no free refills on a cup of coffee instead of surprising them with a $10 charge for coffee. Good luck!“

All her cousins, sisters, brother, son, granddaughter and spouses had plenty to say about the food - All pleased. The servers were great. Everyone was so responsive to our needs. “I left an emotional review the other day when my online pizza order was incorrect- user error apparently, I don’t know how to remove it, so I wanted to give an update. The OWNER of the business took time out of his day to come to my house to explain and apologize for the mistake. I guess I clicked on the cheese on 1/2, when I thought it was extra cheese (as it was a large cheese pizza). Honest mistake for the pizza maker who also answered the phone and was a bit overwhelmed but a very sure housewife, asking why the pizza was naked, w an angry 6yr old asking me “how could this happen??? I looooove Bronx house…” Drama. So, I take it back- and am so happy we can keep ordering from this establishment. My kid loves the pizza, and it’s super quick and conveniently located by the hockey rink… lesson learned, just call. Us dinosaurs are no good at online ordering.“

There prices recently for pasta went through the roof almost no difference between getting a pasta dish or a chicken dish. I would definitely lower the pasta prices, come on pasta is free. “A real gem just over the New Canaan CT line in Vista NY, a tiny hamlet in the town of Lewisboro in Westchester County. Family owned and operated for decades, this restaurant serves a great selection of meats, fish and Italian food, all perfectly prepared. Sons are the waiters with perfect attitudes and personalities and very attentive performance. Indoor/outdoor dining and a fireplace enhance the experience.
