“Mezzaluna restaurant is a great place to visit. I live in South Carolina and when my wife and I travel to NY we always visit Mezzaluna several times a week. The food and service is always excellent as is our usual waiter, Nick. He is great at his job, very friendly, observant, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. “I saw the sign. Literally. While heading back to WI on I-84, we decided to give it a shot and Sooooo glad we did!

Pizza on par (or better) than Prince St. Pizza, a wonderful Sicilian Pizza with a very airy and light crust, juicy veal parm and stuffed shells like it's Christmas Day with family.

Forget the chains, screw your diet and who cares about carbs? You live once, so come in, sit down, eat like it's your last meal and leave with a full stomach and a not too empty wallet (its well priced too).“

“What a treasure! Sightseeing over the weekend and stumbled upon this gem. Luckily we arrived around 5:30. We were the only ones there - for about 5 minutes. Within 30 minutes the place was packed! The menu had a lot to offer and it all looked delicious. We had the calamari to start and it was fresh and tender. For our main, I had the veal fungi and I was so happy to see lots of fresh mushrooms! My spouse had the spicy hot scallops and he said they were amazing. Our waiter was very attentive even though the place was completely full. It was fun to see so many of the locals meeting up with their friends. The hostess recognized we weren’t locals and gave us some great ideas for places to visit while in the area. Either show up early or get a reservation. You won’t be sorry.“

“Just left a crazy Thursday night at IL Forno. What a fun and enjoyable evening we had. We walked in with no reservations and the manager snuck us right in and we even got to the listen to an amazing singer. We have been here a few times, this was by far the most fun we had. Everyone was laughing. The staff which seems to be plenty was having a good time. The manager and Owners kept walking around and making sure all was good and everyone was happy. Thank you for restoring our fun Thursday evening with no COVID fears.“

“Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with my sister, we started with steamed mussels in red sauce & divine bread. We ordered their Sunday sauce with Meatball,sausage,spare rib, bracelets on rigatoni W/a dollop of Ricotta cheese. Couldn’t finish all of it took the rest home. It was excellent!! served with crispy garlic bread. No room for desert. Service was excellent. Can’t wait to go back.“

“Lovely restaurant and staff are excellent. Food is also quite good; the lower rating was due to the zucchini parmigiana. I do not recommend this dish because it was merely zucchini, too much mozzarella, and tomato sauce. No ricotta cheese or anything else. Every bite was a struggle because the mozzarella is stringy once cooked. Zucchini was not soft enough to make the meal less difficult to enjoy. So, if you go, do not have this, if it is on the list of specials.“

Waiter was not friendly, and had no interest in assisting us. Didn't even offer bread , only came after we asked during the appetizer. Food was average to above average which helped the situation. Ownership needs to school the waiters on better ettiquette with customers“

Drove up from the Bronx and even though it was enjoyable, I won't be going back. Why? Because I hate to be "nickel & dimed" ...I never question prices. I order what I want but when the check is upwards of $70 but I see I was charged for both cups of coffee, it's a turn-off! A little advice: let your customers be aware that there are no free refills on a cup of coffee instead of surprising them with a $10 charge for coffee. Good luck!“
