“My grandma and I always go here and get pad Thai with mock duck. The food is heavenly! Anything good you could say about the food is true! The duck is crispy on the outside and buttery melt-in-your-mouth on the inside, and the flavor of the sauce is just incredible! The glass noodles are light and have a perfect texture. The regular noodles are filling and also perfect. Oh- and the peanut sauce that comes with the salad is the best peanut sauce you could ever imagine! It’s so addicting, and has a tad kick to it (I think you can only get that at lunch though). My grandma and I only ate there in person a couple times, but the service was great, considering how crowded the restaurant always is (I think the fact that it’s always stuffed to the brim is a sign of a good restaurant :). They had good vibes and a really chill aesthetic. We always get the food delivered, and it comes in a really short amount of time. My grandma also loves this food; we get food that’s not spicy, because we are both sensitive to spice (but if you like spice, they have dishes with that too). I wanted to think of something I didn’t like here, but I can’t! All in all, eat here!! (Also, hack for more duck; when asking for extra mock duck, ask for it in a separate container; that way you can see just how much you’re getting, and they can’t skimp! The logic behind this is when there’s an already full container full of food, you can’t add that much more duck; so when you have a separate container, they can fill it all the way up!)“

“I can’t say enough good things about this place. Firstly, the food is knock out good, my husband and I literally moan with each bite; that’s how good it is. Everything is homemade with such care. The two owners are the sweetest people in the world; I feel seen and so welcomed every time I come in. My husband and I head all the way here from Astoria, Queens! “We came here on a Sunday early afternoon and had one of our best recent dining experience. We live close by so we went in hoping it would be a gem and it absolutely didnt dissappoint. The garlic naan might just be the best we’ve ever had. The mussels were very fresh and not sure if it’s the season but the flesh was super fat. The sauce it was cooked in was also very very good. Dipping the naan in that sauce was straight heaven. We also ordered the rotisserie chicken, which we thought was a bit pricey at first but man, it was cooked to absolute perfection. Crispy skin, JUICY all throughout, with grilled lemons and a decent sauce. The service was also phenomenal. Our server had great energy, and provided us the perfect balance of attentiveness and space.
The vibe of this place is also top notch. The modest exterior is only hiding the spaceous, modern, and elegant interior.
Overall, we could not be more thrilled about this find and will definitely be coming back to try their drinks and sea bass dish! Highly recommended for an absolute treat.“

“Juqi was a nice dining experience. Most of the dishes when served were presented in a way to elevate one's dining experience. I was there for a birthday dinner and we were seated in a room. The table felt small at first but the waitstaff knew what to do that it never felt too crowded. Besides the food being good the waitstaff were consistent with changing plates and bringing the next course. Some of the dishes that stood out was the beef and tomato soup, the duck, the black rice that is set on fire (the aroma was pleasing where you're not sure what ingredients were put in) The soups were presented in a small ceramic bowl and tea lights were put underneath to keep it warm. This was a set menu and because there was a lot of food it was hard to keep track. Overall a good dinner out and a nice place for all group sizes to celebrate a special occasion or just a nice evening out.“
