They’ve got all the classics plus some wild, creative combinations that somehow all work—and taste amazing. “I highly recommend this restaurant! The food is amazing! You must try the buffalo wings if you love your dishes with a spicy kick and the buffalo cauliflower bites that simply melt in your mouth! The Chef's V Steak is a rich and flavorful you should try it. The service is wonderful and the ambiance is very trendy.“

“I make a habit to go to Seitan’s Helper every time I’m in New York for work. I get 4 sandwiches , to also have with me for traveling back on the train.
As a vegetarian , getting a good sandwich is hard … but these 2 take sandwiches to a new level and make them above and beyond.
On top of the amazing food , the 2 owners are lovely people, and are always jamming out to some 2000s pop-punk
Highly recommend to anyone , vegan/vegetarian or not!!“

“I’ve been to another Che Li location a few times and visited this location for the first time back in May. The restaurant’s design is always lovely — each dining area is built like a small wooden oriental courtyard, which matches the Zhejiang cuisine theme perfectly.
We ordered quite a lot, and every dish turned out to be enjoyable. The crab roe noodle was especially delicious, better than the version I make at home lol. The soup dumpling were also quite good. Overall, a very refined and satisfying meal.“

“Great take on Lu rou fan (minced pork and rice), excellent scallion pancakes and awesome dessert (Tian miantuan) that was like a sandwich of sweet fried dough, golden sesame ice cream and condensed milk (plus cilantro and butter dried peanuts)! Great beverages as well such as the slightly sweetened Jasmine iced tea and Sanzo (lychee & calamansi) sparkling water products!“

“what a fantastic place!! the manager was so sweet and always checked in on me and my boyfriend. super considerate of all his guests, and even treated us to complimentary rice pudding at tne end of our meal.
we recieved papadam as a small and delicious appetizer, then ordered wonderful samosas, amazing butter chicken and rice, and sweet and mango lassi. everything was beyond excellent, and i definitely reccomend stopping by. theres so much on the menu, and you won't be disappointed!“

“A few years ago, I was hired to write a series of articles about regional Italian cuisine. Since then, I have been looking for traditional Italian gelato. Until yesterday, I have been consistently disappointed. But this? It was absolutely EVERYTHING I had dreamed about. The prices weren't ridiculous, the bathroom was PRISTINE, the staff were helpful and friendly and it was incredibly, amazingly delicious. My only complaint is that I live too far away from your stores to get it very often. But about that? My hips are less upset about the distance. :) I will definitely be back, though!“

“Five of us had a party on Saturday evening. The tavern was quite busy which reflected on service (our waiter wasn't present all the time). But I can understand that.
The space itself doesn't look like a typical Greek tavern, but high ceiling, good furniture and an appropriate lighting are definitely worth mentioning.
The food is good, but some portions are too small. For example, Greek salad is very tasty, but the portion is way too small. The same goes for grilled saganaki. In addition, our lamb chops were served well-done, although we asked for medium. On the other hand, our red snapper was great.
Restrooms are too small for a restaurant with this capacity.
The wine list should be MUCH better.
Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. And the prices are very reasonable to be honest.
However, if I compare the food and portions with some other Greek taverns in Astoria I have to admit there are better options.“

“I was driving around the Brooklyn neighborhood looking for a really good shoe shop and believe it or not they can be really hard to find however, I was extremely elated when I found imperial grocery. The fruits offered the service and the atmosphere was exactly what I needed something to remind me of my Caribbean upbringing And nourish my body spirit and soul with familiar fruits and vegetables that I enjoy I would highly recommend.“
