“The Juice Branch has amazing smoothies, bowls and sandwiches. Everyone in our family loves eating there including our kids (who are 1 and 4). George who runs the place is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet and gives the place a great welcoming vibe. “We were out and about in Hudson today and we were a little hungry so we stopped into kitties and I had probably one of the best egg sandwiches I ever had. I highly recommend the egg sandwich with sauerkraut. The vibe in there was very comfortable iced coffee Was nice and strong. They had a great bakery selection and a lot of local products. So if you’re coming out of the train station in Hudson, I say swing by kitties you won’t be sorry.“

“We went for the first time yesterday. We had fun. My only complaint is there were way too many children. Been to a lot of breweries and this one was the worst for kids . It won’t put me off coming here again but it’s nice to go out and not be surrounded by families with kids. I understand families are allowed to go out to breweries etc . But a lot of breweries are not like this one.“

“Great Jamaican Food!!! This hidden gem in Hudson/Greenport is the place to go for authentic Jamaican dishes. The owners, Randy and Anne are delightful and really care about the quality of the food they serve. I've had every dish on their menu and each one has been delicious. Portions are generous with both lunch and dinner sizes at reasonable prices. My personal favorites are their traditional Jerk Chicken, Curry Goat, Curry Chicken and Oxtails. All served with rice and peas, plantains and veggies. In colder weather they offer a hearty soup with traditional Jamaican Spinner dumplings. Whenever they have a "special" dish I always give it a try and have not been disappointed. Just yesterday they offered a special Barbeque Chicken which was sweet and savory. I certainty hope this becomes a dish they offer regularly.They are open on Wednesdays and Fridays and are my go to place for take out Wednesday dinner. They serve out of a stationary food truck with plenty of onsite parking. Food is packed for take out and there are picnic tables with umbrellas if you'd like to eat there. They are located up on the hill overlooking Fairview Ave just a bit south of Bagel Thyme. Stop by, check it out. You will not be disappointed.

Of note in particular is Maria. Maria always has a smile on her face and greets guests with a warm and inviting welcome. She isattentive, extremely hard working, and makes the BEST cocktails at the bar. She socializes with guests all while being prompt and efficient. Of note as well is Carly. Carly is kind and has always gone the extra mile to accommodate any requests I may have. Both Maria and Carly demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and greatly contribute to the success and high quality of this hotel. If I owned my own business, I would 5/5 want employees such as Maria and Carly on my team.The Wick is very clean, and has comfortable beds with up to date modern decor. They also allow dogs if traveling with a furry friend.Being away from home frequently isn’t easy but staying at The Wick has made it easier, especially thanks to Maria and Carly.As a Marriott Bonvoy member I highly recommend staying at The Wick if traveling to Hudson.“

“I went in here last night and sat at the bar. At first, the bartender was a little bit rude. But he came around and was fine after that. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza. It was huge. It could easily have fed 2 people. The pizza was very good. Not the best I've ever had, but very solid indeed. The wine pour was also very generous. The prices were very modest My only negative was that it's very noisy. Maybe a few properly placed plants, but a good experience all in all.“
