“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“

“We had the pleasure of dining in your restaurant last week, We instantly loved the mediterranean style atmosphere of your place. We had the best server we could have asked for named, Martina, she was friendly and had a great sense of humor, Her menu knowledge was excellent, She recommended the Duck and Short Ribs, which were excellent. Full of flavor. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience with great food and nice, friendly staff. Lloyd Hartford“

“Good and interesting food. Crowded and noisy. Good and very efficient service. Cocktail selection good but mine was ok. Daily special of fava bean hummus was delicious Chicken liver with hummus reminded me of my grandmother. Half brick chicken was very dry and not crisped enough with a soury harissa sauce. (Was it 1/2 brick or 1/2 chicken?). Limited dessert menu“

“Had some great dishes, but didn't earn the 5th star for me. Go for the seafood. Those are the best dishes. The lamb was very average and the kebonah looks better than it was. Service was great. Also, save room for the chocolate cake dessert. Simple but phenomenal.“

“I was craving some middle eastern/Mediterranean food and this place did not disappoint! A great selection and the ingredients are all very fresh with the shish kebab made upon ordering. I had the build your own bowl and highly recommend. To top it off, the staff is very friendly and warm, even asking how the food was after!“

“Melissa and James create soul food with modern twist -- with big flavors! I visited P&C multiple times already, with family, friends and work colleagues and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to eat modern American with a lot of love. 🍷🍸🍹Their cocktails are equally amazing and delicious, they also have a fantastic wine selection and their freshly baked Pita is a MUST! Please do go and visit P&C to also support the local restaurant community -- they deserve it! 🥰🍾🥙“

“I am SO glad I found this place! The shrimp kebab seriously is divine, I think I developed an addiction. Also, they have happy hour every day until 7pm and their house wine is so good. The place is cozy and relaxing. On a recent Saturday night I was there for 4 hours... they never rush you, the staff is super friendly.“

“Kitchen 46 is a hidden gem in the heart of New York City’s Theater District, offering a fresh and flavorful take on modern Mediterranean cuisine. Led by Executive Chef Guy Kairi, the restaurant blends classic dishes with creative touches, all served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Guests consistently rave about the grilled octopus, salmon tartare, and vibrant salads, while the friendly service and cozy vibe make it a perfect spot for a pre-show dinner or a relaxed night out. Kitchen 46 delivers a consistently satisfying experience—and it’s a place you’ll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended.“

“A smaller space, but nicely decorated. Was able to walk in at 7pm on a Tuesday night for two with no problem. Food and service were both great. The mezze portions are great; really loved the labneh. The carrots are slightly sweetened and is served cold. Falafel hummus was plentiful and the falafel was great. Chicken shawarma was delicious; recommend getting a side of pita so you can make yourself a pita sandwich.“

“Go. Seriously. We went with a group of six for brunch and every single person was raving about it for days after. Hits every mark - food (first and foremost), service, ambiance. Only ding is that it's a bit hard to get to but if you're already making the trek to Greenpoint, consider Glasserie a must.“

“I’m a server at a restaurant in Prospect Heights. My guests have been talking about Hart’s every time I make a wine recommendation or ask them where they like to go. 7 months after first hearing about Hart’s, I was able to go on a night off. Not gonna lie, the service was impeccable; friendly; open concept kitchen and kindness. Elan was immediately approachable and the whole team took care of us immediately. We will definitely be coming back - and I’ll be sending my partner with his friends since he doesn’t have an industry job.“

“Very impressed. It’s not often that you go to a downtown restaurant these days and have good service along with good food and a good atmosphere. Everything was seriously delicious. We were bummed out that they didn’t have any Bronzino, considering our table doesn’t eat any meat or shellfish. We got the Dover soul as a replacement for the Bronzino, we all really normally like Dover soul, but this was not prepared well.
The chef was super accommodating and replaced the item for another salad. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great. They were super accommodating with large parties and I think overall this spot will be a staple.“

“Didn’t try the food but came in for drinks one night. The bartender told the best jokes and made my friend and I a drink out of saffron syrup he had made. So delish. The owner seemed pretty chill too. Looking forward to trying the food in the future!“

“I love Turkish food and I have traveled to Turkey many times, so I have a comparison basis. This is another Americanized Turkish food restaurant. I ordered the grilled meatballs (in reality they are called kofte, but they don't say that on the menu). They tasted like burger patties, missing the kofte spices. Service was great, but I wished for real Turkish food, not American version. They played it safe and as a result it's a little inauthentic and blah. It's good food but it doesn't stand out.“

“Each time I eat here I'm at a loss for words, but I'll try: My office is nearby and my coworkers and I have a tier list for 35+ local restaurants of all varieties. This one is at spot number 1. Their falafel is peerless, impeccable and downright divine. The chicken shawarma bursts with flavor within you and has a beautiful contrasting crust. The fries are gorgeous and extremely flavorful. The hummus is perfect.“

“Excellent food and service. This is a special dining experience, a place we chose to follow a broadway matinee performance. The chef plays artfully with traditional Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors and dishes. It’s expensive but worth it for an occasional nyc nights out experience.“

“The food was more than excellent. The lamb stew is out of this world. The service was excellent. It's a small space with ambitiously too many tables. We were 2 sitting between a fireplace and another table of 4. I could barely move without touching the person right next to me on the other table (happened at least 3 times), let alone have a private coversation. Although the fireplace adds a beautiful atmosphere and wonderful perfume, it was 50° outside and we were roasting sitting next to it. Maybe consider eliminating a table and spreading the remaining ones with a bit more spacing? I was there with my son, we're not particularly big or wide, but my husband would have not been able to fit in there.“

“Food was really tasty, both the Israeli breakfast plate and Shakshuka were great with the pita. Prices were pretty steep though ($53 including tax and tip for just two dishes and the Shakshuka is a bit smaller) Seems like it’s more of a to-go spot, the seating inside is high top bar style along the wall.“
