They were fantastic!!!! One even suggested the crepe place across the street which was AMAZING! To whoever owns this particular store, those two men were excellent spokespeople for your business, really took care to speak to me with courtesy and friendliness and in no uncertain terms….. were the best! “Overall good was great specially the crispi fish and salmon very fresh. I won't recommend the Phad Thai. I had tasted better from elsewhere. Service was ok but wait staff too quick to clear your table. Once plate is empty they take it away including napkin you still using Lol.“

“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

“The food was good. We did order the very basic things like the burger and steak with fries. We also tried the souffle for dessert. Everything was good, but I'm not sure it was really worth the price. When this was a neighborhood spot and the prices matched (if that was ever the case), I could see it making a lot more sense. But at these prices, I don't think it maths. Nothing wrong with the food, but also not the best of anything I've ever had.“

“I took my son to Empire Steak House for his 15th birthday, and overall it was a great experience. The service was amazing, attentive, welcoming, and made the night feel special from start to finish. The sides, mashed potatoes and baked potato, were just okay and could've used more flavor, even with butter, salt, and pepper. But the steak... absolutely incredible. Easily one of the best steaks in the city. Definitely a spot I'd return to for the quality of the meat and top-tier service.“

Yes, they market as a vegetarian restaurant and confusingly do serve some chicken and fish, but 85-90% of the menu is vegan. I think the vegan dishes are totally great, home cooked style food with fresh veggies and ingredients. Yes, many Impossible and Beyond meat options, but the simpler yet hearty types of vegetable-centric and healthier-forward menu items are harder to come by at even many vegan restaurants in the city now. “I’ve never felt more at home in a restaurant than Deser B. And his team made me feel tonight. He was the most authenticly kind and hospitable person I’ve met in New York and needs to be promoted to running all of the stores the way he runs this one.
This was the most authentic Mexican taco in north America. Corn tortillas made in House for each order fresh. I tried all of the protein sources and every single one of them slapped. 20 out of 5 stars. I mean if you don’t go here while you are in town you are crazy.

The toppings and salsa were the best I’ve ever had. The tacos were ready in less than 1 min after I ordered. They are obsessed with being the best and it stands out“

Soft serve gelato is also quite good, if a little over priced. A lot of competition around, but L'induatrie is up there among the better pizzas in NYC.“

“Loved every dish- fluke with black tea, mint and peach(who knew raw fish and fruit went so well together?), amazing grilled artichokes and grilled eggplant. Barely touched my pasta with preserved lemon because I was full, but it was delicious. My daughter’s burger was iconic. The Platonic ideal of hamburgers. Coffee was also delicious. If we had not made a plan to go to La Cabral for dessert and more coffee, I am sure dessert would have been equally excellent.Service was excellent and our waitress was knowledgeable and interested in the food.The fluke reminded me of the first time I went to USC in 1988. I had a plate with raw marinated tuna, raw salmon and raw scallops. The little heaps of fish were so pretty on the plate with their contrasting colors.“

“I can’t rave enough about my experience at Ras. I had great service and probably the best meal during my visit to NYC. I came for lunch on a weekday and the whole menu, including brunch, was available. Since they are 100% vegan, it also meant that I could order anything and everything. Can there be too many choices? Everything looked great, but my waiter convinced me to get the chef’s special kitfo. There was also a nice selection of NA mixed drinks, and I ordered the Crown Heights queen—watermelon, ginger beer, mint and lime. I loved every sip and every bite of my meal. The chef’s special was packed with flavor and different textures. Each bite felt unique from the last. Kitfo is typically a ground beef, and their version is made from soy. That alone had such incredible flavor like it had been nicely browned to build out the complexity of the dish. The drink was equally good.
