The food is always great, I love the concept of being a cafe by day and bar/restaurant by night. Their coffee menu is always changing and bringing in new and exciting flavor combos to try, and you're right by the canal in the heart of fairport which is lovely. They're branding and aesthetic is simple but cute and so well done, you have to get down here and give them a try there will be no regrets I promise you.“

Unless you have minimum 30 mins (can be upwards of 45 and that is only to place and receive a coffee order, I’ve never attempted ordering food to be made for this very reason) to spare, try somewhere else. No matter time of day or day of the week there is always a long line that is slow moving and be sure you order to-go because there is limited seating and it’s always taken.“

The girl on station around 10 am delivered what I wanted when I said extra pearls and my butterfly drink she did that but didn't add too much beyond that she made the drink what it looks like in the promos I've been to Monroe Ave Starbucks in Webster Starbucks and they have not made the drink to be the colors that you see in the promotion she made it a three levels of colors and it's was blasting with flavor . Best butterfly drink I ever had please tell me when she's working so I know to have her make it for me I came in to get the s'mores drink but unfortunately you guys are out of it I'm happy that happens. May I add the girl that made my drink around 10:00 a.m. at a detail and took her time but was making the clock It wasn't over 3 minutes or 2 minutes it was under she was very sleek with how she runs that cold station . I usually don't like this spot because of the homeless people but I'm going to come back if she's there If she's not there then I'll just order my pistachio latte but she understands what people want“

And when I ask for extra whipped cream, they give me a larger size cup and fill that sucker up for me, lol. I only give the place mid-level grade on the atmosphere because I don't care for the seating arrangements, and the place could be cleaner (especially the outdoor area).“

“I always order ahead and often my drinks are ready when I walk in or within 30-90 seconds. Usually they are not particularly busy, but it has helped me skip a long line a couple of times! Sadly, recently, there has been some glitch in the online ordering that always says hot chocolate is unavailable. Disappointing that I then have to wait to order that separately.“

“I like this location. The people are very friendly, great energy and usually are on top of the orders. Today, I’m sad to report that when I received my order, I was disappointed. I ordered an everything bagel with avocado spread, hash browns and a sweet tea. Half my bagel didn’t have the spread on it at all and the hash brown were warm on top and mushy and cold in the middle. Because I’m at work, I wasn’t able to go back to ask for another bagel & hash browns, so it’s a big inconvenience.“

“Every Starbucks is different but a lot of places create a great environment, Pennfield on route 441 is the best one I have been too, followed by; Irondequoit, NY, and Mt Hope Avenue, NY route 15? However competitive places have been getting better and providing great coffee at lower prices.... Food is always consistent but prices are ridiculous for the portion size, so that's why I only rated it a 3. Buy a French press from Starbucks for home, with it's protective covering it prevents easy breakage by all glass units from popular brands.... I look at Starbucks as more of a treat.“
