“I love this little Dunkin inside the Mobil gas station , they are always friendly,. and 99% of the time get my order right! And when I ask for extra whipped cream, they give me a larger size cup and fill that sucker up for me, lol. “Great staff! Hayden, Colette, Hannah, Alex, Taylor, etc. They work hard and yet seem very harmonious and unified in their team approach. Always greet customers directly, always accommodating. I don't ask much, but if I ever need something I trust they will respond properly as professionals. I only give the place mid-level grade on the atmosphere because I don't care for the seating arrangements, and the place could be cleaner (especially the outdoor area).“

I love coming here and will absolutely be back. The manager on duty is always so nice and the store feels clean. “Every Starbucks is different but a lot of places create a great environment, Pennfield on route 441 is the best one I have been too, followed by; Irondequoit, NY, and Mt Hope Avenue, NY route 15? However competitive places have been getting better and providing great coffee at lower prices.... Food is always consistent but prices are ridiculous for the portion size, so that's why I only rated it a 3. Buy a French press from Starbucks for home, with it's protective covering it prevents easy breakage by all glass units from popular brands.... I look at Starbucks as more of a treat.“

“This has ALWAYS been my favorite Starbucks since it opened. We went there tonight asking to do a very non traditional gender reveal fro find out what are second baby was and the workers did not disappoint. They made the experience so special. “It's a super clean place with people on their laptops at every table. Orders get out relatively quickly despite long lines (you'll wait ten minutes tops from line to drink-in-hand). The only downside is this place doesn't accept Starbucks rewards points for free drinks, etc., hence the four instead of five star rating.“

“I like this location. The people are very friendly, great energy and usually are on top of the orders. Today, I’m sad to report that when I received my order, I was disappointed. I ordered an everything bagel with avocado spread, hash browns and a sweet tea. Half my bagel didn’t have the spread on it at all and the hash brown were warm on top and mushy and cold in the middle. Because I’m at work, I wasn’t able to go back to ask for another bagel & hash browns, so it’s a big inconvenience.“

Long review: I have passed through this Tim Horton everyday during the week for the pass 6 or more months, I order cappuccinos, artisan buns toasted with butter, and more. Every time cappuccinos are perfect, and they never fail having artisan buns which I always have troubles finding in other stores. They accommodate with any changes on any item we had ordered. Employees are friendly and cordial at least the morning employees, such as Sule, Jay, and honestly every morning employee I find during the weekday are the best. Telling you, I will keep passing every morning, to get my cappuccino and sandwich because they don’t fail. Thank you for making the start of my day greatly.“
