You name it, they did it! Bryce, Chloe, and their entire team were so helpful and kind. So willing to step up to plate, and the food was DELICIOUS. Super affordable and convenient as well, and they answered any and every question they had. Our special day was made even better thanks to the wonderful work of their staff and the beautiful scenery of their venue. “We stopped by in the evening after a soccer game at New Paltz. We were tired, cold and hungry. Lola's had a warm, welcoming friendly atmosphere. We ordered two salads, and a panini and a few drinks. We all enjoyed our meals and I think the Asian chicken salad was honestly the best salad I've ever had. So fresh and the chicken was tender and delicious in a peanut sauce. We hope to return and try some other dishes from the amazing menu! So glad we stopped in!“

“I recently stopped at the Restaurant at Apple Greens rest area along the Thruway in Upstate New York. Overall, it was a very efficient and convenient stop for a quick meal and break during the trip. I grabbed breakfast at Chick-fil-A, and though it was only my second time trying it, I enjoyed the spicy chicken biscuit—it was pretty good! There’s also a Panera Bread, Burger King, Auntie Anne’s, and a souvenir/convenience store, which offers plenty of options.

The decor is pretty basic, but it’s what you’d expect from a rest stop, so no complaints there. However, the place was quite cold, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The bathrooms, on the other hand, were very clean and well-maintained, which is always appreciated when traveling.

Overall, this rest stop gets the job done and has everything you need for a quick break. I’d recommend it if you're on the Thruway and need to stop for food or a bathroom break.“

“The course is in Great shape. The new high-end renovations to the facility are beautiful. The staff is friendly and the Food is delicious. The head pro really understands the golf business and is extremely detail oriented. We will be signing up for membership next season and are looking forward to becoming part of this new community.“

“My wife and I went with our 13 month old son. He is very well behaved but has his moments. The staff was incredibly kind to him and accommodating without ever having to ask. It was already one of my favorites but this was above and beyond. Great meal and tremendous service and kindness.“

“This weekend was my first time visiting New Paltz and my girlfriend and I stopped by this place as soon as we saw pickles (I love pickled food) I bought a pineapple habanero hot sauce and a jar of their dill pickles with garlic. The hot sauce was absolutely fantastic, very spicy just as the owner warned me, but delicious and the pickles were so acidic and tart yet sweet and savory. They have lots of things like pickled jalapenos, different home made juices and mixes and a lot of sandwiches, Frank's is a must stop for anyone who likes pickled foods with good sandwiches with great sauces.“

“Visited Garvan’s today for the first time for a late lunch in the Pub. We started with Mexican Street Carrots. So delicious! My husband had the traditional Irish breakfast and I had the lamb stew. Both meals were excellent. Wish we could have had dessert, but we were so stuffed. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. We’re looking forward to visiting again.“
