“I've never written a review before but after ordering from Knish Nosh, I had to. I've never in my life tasted such amazing food like this and to be honest I'm very critical and hard to please when it comes to food so like always I was waiting to either be let down or not that impressed but I was shocked I live in the City and I order from these guys 2 sometimes 3 times a week. “I’ll give 5 stars because I want them to stay in business !!!! But they need to change something.
*****IT USED TO BE 5 STARS*****, I used to go at night all the time when the dude that didn’t speak English worked there. But now for the last few months, he’s gone, and the pizza was NOT GOOD the last 3 times I went over the last couple months. Only at night I have eaten here. So i couldn’t tell you about the daytime.

In restaurant business, things need to be consistent, too bad no restaurants are really like this. Because people change up all the time. One little thing can change A LOT in food prep/cooking. I know. I’ve been in restaurant business for 10+ years… hope you guys can fix whatever was wrong with the pizza. I miss it lol”

“The food was so good and flavorful. The people here are so nice and welcoming as well. Amazing service and hospitality. They brought our food out less than 10 minutes after taking our order too. They even gave us a free juice on our way out :)”

“First time eating Georgian food and Marani was an excellent introduction. The tomato-based beef soup was flavorful and comforting, the lula kebab was juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the lamb shank over potatoes was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. Generous portions, quality ingredients, and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes from the menu.”

“I came all the way from Long Island to Rego Park, and while passing through I spotted this hot dog truck and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! The hot dogs were AMAZING. I ordered the chili cheese dog with onions and mustard, along with a sauerkraut dog with mustard, and both were absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed! 🌭😊”

“I stumbled across this place after reading something online. Up until my visit, I had never had any food from Uzbekistan and that needed to change!

Because Austin Street is interrupted near this location getting here, or away from here, can be a little tricky. It's no big deal, but I wanted to mention it. Just follow GPS and grab any open parking spot when you get close. If taking the subway, it's a few short blocks from Queens Boulevard.

I arrived after 1pm, so I went with the Samsa's. They usually have lamb, beef, and pumpkin, but they were out of lamb. I tried a pumpkin ($3) and beef ($5) and both were very good. Neither was piping hot, but instead warm. The pumpkin had a hint of sweetness while the beef was savory. They both were more moist than I expected.

This is a bakery, not a cafe. As others have stated, it's a retail storefront, there isn't any seating. The gentleman who rang me up offered me a seat on a chair in the corner, which I was happy to take.

I picked up two more of each to take home, but I'm pretty sure eating them fresh is better. I think a microwave oven will ruin some of the flakiness of the pastry.

When I was there, all of the sweet baked goods were brought in from other kosher bakeries.

I'm looking forward to returning and trying the lamb and hopefully something else that's made on premises.”

“My daughter encouraged me to come here with her. I agreed after trying the bubble tea. The lychee coconut fruit tea and taro bubble tea are so good!! I am not a very big fan of Asian food as my daughters are, but I've been learning over the years dishes that suit me thanks to them. I really liked the Pad See Ew. The inside decor of the restaurant is also very cute. Definitely am a supporter of this family restaurant.”

“Taco Bell is always a solid choice! The food is flavorful, affordable, and there’s so much variety on the menu that there’s something for everyone. The Crunchwraps, tacos, and burritos are consistently tasty, and I love how easy it is to customize orders. Service is amazing and usually quick, even during busy hours, which makes it perfect for a fast meal. Highly recommend! 🌮”

“One of the best deals! $1.49 Taco Tuesday, their beef chili on crispy or their “HOMEMADE” tortilla, comes with yellow cheese a pinch of lettuce tomato. Seriously probably one of the best deals I’ve seen in NYC. The portion of beef chili you get is ridiculous. Run by a couple, no frills, great overall experience. And you get a a little of their red salsa, homemade acidicty and bright. 1000% better than Taco Bell across the street.”

“I had eaten halal Bukhari Uzbek food many times before, but if you are hosting strict kosher keepers in Queens who were bored of the typical pizza or grill joints, this was a must try for out of town guests.
I introduced my friends to many different Samsa (average), Plov (excellent, but only one recipe), Manti (average, real Georgian places are better), and IL salad (excellent, better than some Mediterranean places), everything was fresh and nothing disappointed.
I just wish they had changed the name 6 years ago after they started closing every Saturday, as C.S.S. is quite the mouthful to remember while gossiping about good places to try. they have about a dozen seats inside and another dozen on a sidewalk shed with quiet low foot traffic. for VHQ adherents, this is a must try, then try again and again until you've sampled the entire menu.”

The plov, chicken kebabs, soups, samsa, everything we had was some of the most delicious I have had. And I have had thousands of plov. All of the food tasted amazing.

“My first time eating seafood boil by myself and it was amazing. The seasoning was perfect, my lobster was juicy and fresh. The shrimp was clean and tender! The potatoes and corn soaked up all the buttery goodness on my plate and were so yummy! I felt like I was on a tropical beach eating the most delicious meal I’ve ever had in my life. THAI ICED TEA: this one is good too! Thai experience! EARL GREY with 3 J’s: this is one of my fave because it has 3 jellies on it! DIRTY BROWN SUGAR: one of the newest flavors! It is good because not your usual sugar! STRAWBERRY TARO: good too, make sure only 30% sugar because it might be sweet. Price rating: 4 out of 10. It is so cheap! Well all recommended! But personally love the taro and earl grey with 3Js.”

It is small & a little cramped, but it is clean & the service is polite & friendly. It is a relatively popular place.
The meals have improved significantly in quality & taste, the combo platters are a good buy! The bubble teas are as well for the variety in flavors (for a non boba place that is also an independent mom & pop shop) & reasonable sizes. I have tried only a few of the pastries; but the pineapple buns are decent in taste & price, generous in size (could have more filling tho), & it seems the muffins are popular, hoping to try one myself!”
