“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.”

“I came here on Valentine’s Day with two of my friends the atmosphere was so cute and calming all the anime characters on the walls and the boards filled with drawings and as well you could draw and put your own art. The ramen I had was amazing far by the best ramen in syosset I have had my server was also great and if you get Togo order the packing is very good everything separated like the broth noodles and toppings over all great experience here will keep going!!:)”

“The food is good but the people who work there cannot follow instructions. I’ve ordered online a few times from here and some items have been missing or instructions were ignored. These were things I paid an additional price for. For instance, today I ordered a Caesar salad and asked for the dressing to be mixed in and for a side of extra dressing. I left and went back to work and when I opened the bag, my salad was not mixed up and the extra dressing I paid $$ for was missing. This is also not the first time it’s happened and normally I wouldn’t complain but it is the principle. I’d recommend checking the bag before you leave if you order pickup!”

“Last night I took my 95 yo dad with my family here, our Go-To Greek restaurant and as always we had another wonderful meal. The grilled octopus, coconut shrimp and the haloumi cheese were all delicious. I had the chicken santorini for the first time and it was amazing as it melted in my mouth. The food is always spot on and most of all we are treated like family. I would recommend "It's Greek to Me" without hesitation.”

“We have tried all of the sushi restaurants in our surrounding area and above all of them, this is the place we prefer by far! We have had it countless times. It is always fresh and delicious! We do delivery often, which is fast, easy and always accurate. Eating in the restaurant is very enjoyable too with its wonderful atmosphere, as well as having delicious food! This is also hands down both of my children’s favorite choices for sushi and sashimi (4 and 7 years old)!

“The food was excellent! Had the Fried Calamari (but you can order grilled), and the Mediterranean Octopus salad. Both were good but we all really loved the octopus! We had the Mixed Grill which consists of lamb chop, pork chop, skirt steak and chicken. menu says "serves 2" but it easily fed 4, and I don't think I'll finish what I took home in one sitting! Also had the Mixed Grill Vegetable which goes well obviously with the protein dish. Had a Greek beer and a glass of Greek red wine. Very friendly service: the bartender, greeter, our waiter, all gave good vibes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“If you ever want to try stinky tofu, here's a place on Long Island that does it well. The tofu is fried and just stinky enough but not overwhelming. The rest of the stuff we ordered was also excellent. This restaurant has a big menu of Taiwanese staples and the service was very good. The staff was very accommodating to our vegetarian preference. They were out of some appetizers but did provide some good suggestions. The snow cabbage +bean curd sheets+ edamame dish was excellent. They also made us a dish of stir fried bamboo shoots with peppers that was slightly spicy and very tasty. Will definitely come back to try other things on the menu.”

“Came for a Valentines lunch with wife. Started with the bake clams that were incredibly fresh and tasted GREAT! Wife had the seafood salad that she was RAVING about. I had the veal parm which was excellent. Sauce was well done and NOT OVER SALTED. Really enjoyed very much! For desert had a cannoli that was awesome. Waiter was very attentive and well versed on the menu. Would DEFINITELY come again. Thanks for a wonderful meal!”

“Their location has changed since the picture was posted. They’ve reopened nearby and introduced a variety of new flavors. My favorite has been the acai bowl, but you really can't go wrong with their cream or water ices. Their banana shake is just as delightful as any of their other specialty shakes and ice creams. I believe I visit them 3 to 4 times a week.”

“Nice, clean store. They have several tables and board games available as well. Place is kept immaculate! The staff was friendly and efficient. There was a line of about 5 people ahead of me but it was not a bad wait in the slightest. The taro bubble tea was delicious and the tapioca was very fresh. Prices are typical for boba in the area nowadays. I would come here again.

“I recently visited Dunhuang Chinese Restaurant in Syosset, and overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. The ambiance was inviting and modern, and the service was attentive.

We tried a variety of dishes, and the Mala Noodles were absolutely amazing—packed with bold, spicy flavors that really hit the spot! The Lamb Skewers were perfectly grilled with just the right amount of seasoning. The Signature Beef Noodles were a standout as well, with tender beef and deliciously flavorful broth. The Sweet and Sour Ribs had a great balance of tangy and sweet, and the Crab Soup Dumplings were full of flavor with a rich, savory broth inside.

However, the Pork and Lamb Bun didn’t quite live up to the expectations—it was a bit underwhelming in taste compared to the other dishes. Still, the overall meal was a great experience, and we definitely plan to return.
