“The smoothies are great, but there needs to be a work culture that shows professionalism. I was there yesterday around 530 or so, there were two staff members(a young lady and a young male), who were cursing and playing while customers were in the lobby. i ask the young man could I have my drinks because he qas so focused on her, that he seemed distracted. (puppy love, I get it). Moreover, I'm all for the young folks taking charge, but the owner should invest in more customer service training. with that being said, I know that the product sales itself, so the owner probably isn't worried about customer service. IJS Bad Look.“

“My wife and I went to the Monroeville location 2 days ago for lunch. Our only complaint is we were not prepared to eat the portions we received! The staff was great, helped us thru the menu and ordering system, the food was delicious, and the French fries were some of the best I’ve had. I couldn’t help but toss them on top of my green goddess salad. Fantastic. We will be going back when we want a quick and delicious meal.“

“Bought 3 different types of lettuce last weekend. Used it on Tuesday for our salad luncheon and thought about how good that salad was ALL WEEK! Drove down to West Side Market today to buy more! Had a beautiful salad for dinner tonight and have enough for another round of salad on Tuesday. Honestly I have to say it's the best lettuce I have ever tasted! I'm addicted!!!“

Only mild complaint is that I wish the veggies were actually hot but honestly since the flavor was all there I barely noticed that but it definitely would've made the food even better. Staff was all very nice and courteous and the atmosphere was pretty chill and they have lots of seating. Its a fast casual place so you get your food then find your own seating but me and my bf both ordered the falafel and had to wait for some to get ready so an employee did bring it to our table. Overall pretty excellent, I'm already telling my friends about it and itching to get back up there myself!“

“I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!“

“Bubbakoo’s is super delicious. I tend to get the crispy chicken with shrimp burrito with pineapple, corn salsa, pinto beans, and some sour cream. That combination is very delicious I’d say Chipotle has nothing on Bubbakoos and Chipotle is one of my favorites. The portions are good and very friendly employees and service!“

“We stopped here for dinner on a Saturday night a little bit later around 730 which was kind of nice because it wasn’t super busy and we were able to sit right by the bar area which is kind of nice because it’s a little bit quieter there. Great menu selection,they have pizzas, burgers side dishes and their specials for daily were pretty nice as well. Nice wine selection, and beer selection. It’s in a strip mall and it’s small on the outside, but goes back further. Definitely hard to mess if you’re not looking for it. Plenty of parking. “OMG!!! We just had Kantina cater our weekend bar-mitzvah for a dinner and a lunch and I cannot even explain how amazing Kantina is!!! From the staff, to the food, to the presentation!!! Seth is beyond incredible. He is kind, and accommodating, professional, and sweet. He made everything PERFECT!!!! He was an absolute dream to work with. My guests (and myself of course) could NOT STOP RAVING about how delicious the food was, how beautiful the setup was, how helpful and sweet the staff were, and how absolutely superhuman Seth is to have done all this and still be the most humble and incredible professional on the planet. We originally went to Kantina just to try out the restaurant several years ago and were blown away by the deliciousness of the food and atmosphere of the restaurant. When we had my daughter's bat-mitzvah party, we reached out to Seth to cater because we loved his food. Holy cow did he do an amazing job. So a few years later, we had him cater our other daughter's bat-mitzvah party....again, blown away by the quality of the food and the service!! We were so incredibly happy with Seth and Kantina that we went back again, this time for a Friday night dinner and a Saturday lunch at our synagogue. Witnessed them dealing with a difficult customer with kindness and grace, all the while being belittled and talked down too. (And over something as ridiculous as a “kid’s bowl” that they already told her they didn’t offer. Then complains about being charged for the regular bowl that she ORDERED. Then proceeds to share one drink cup with her two kids. And finally leaves and leaves her trash all over the table.) This place is top-notch and we will definitely be back. As for the negative review that the difficult customer was threatening staff with, please don’t mind it. She was being obnoxious. I really don’t know how they kept their composure. I couldn’t have. “Kudos to the 3 young ladies that were working at the time of the tornado warning today 8/6/24. I had placed an online order before leaving Mentor, as I proceeded to the store the emergency alert started and then it started pouring rain and getting windy. I ran in and got my order and they offered my child and I to come in and shelter in place. I had my mother in the car so I declined and said thank you but we would be fine. After returning to the car I stopped and read the alert about finding shelter and started to re-think their offer. We decided to go in and take cover. They were very kind and set us up with some chairs in the hallway back by the bathroom away from the front windows. We sat there and waited until the coast was clear. As we were leaving we all wished each other well and my son offered his compliments on the smoothies. Then we were on our way. My point is, the smoothies were good but more importantly than that, it was the kindness and character of the good humans that I came into contact with at that moment. Thank you girls ?“

“It's a chipotle version of build your own meal you start off with the portion container you want choose a pasta, sauce and protein and then go down the line adding vegetables, onions, cheese other sauces or do a specialty order from the menu or different meat cooked how you want. A friend of mine got a Salad ? said it was awesome. I haven't tried one yet and they have cheesey ? it's called another name it's rectangular shape. Pretty good.“
