“Be still my heart! We loved Heartwood!! While visiting the area to camp in Cuyahoga, we fell in love with this coffee shop. We went every day for five days! The service was flawless, even when they were super busy. We got pastries and each day they were fresh and tasty. I got the iced pumpkin spice latte and it was heavenly. “I have been drinking a blend of Caruso’s coffee at my local coffee shop for quite some time, and wanted to enjoy it at home too. About a week and a half ago, I placed my first order of my favorite, Jamaican Me Nuts, with Caruso’s. Due to what was most likely an over-site on my part, I wound up with a different roast. I emailed asking If I could fix it, and the next day got a response from Gayle. She was so kind, and told me they are sending me a bag of Jamaican Me Nuts, right away, on them! Totally unexpected and so appreciated!!! Pretty amazing customer service, along with even more amazing coffee!! It may be my first order, but it sure won’t be my last! Which were much needed after driving 40 min. to CLE Hopkins only to have our multi-leg, 20-hour, int'l flight cancelled for the 2nd day in a row (by American, for the record)...
