Young lady taking our order was kind and professional she smiled the hole time and she was cleaning when not taking orders, nice she was on it! And she said see you tomorrow you never hear that! A nice place to grab some grub and watch the TV while eating.. I recommend! I don't do that often“

“This Subway is run like a Subway should be. The service is always very prompt and friendly. The sandwiches are what you should expect from Subway. Perhaps most importantly the dining room is consistently open which is not always a given in late 2021.“

“This is a tiny little shop that's been around for so long that is an institution in Coventry Village, on the same level as Tommy's. You can just feel how not-corporate they are, and I'm pretty sure that the owner works the counter, which I think is awesome. Their subs are all so good, and their bread is some of my favorite. A whole sub is a good investment if you want leftovers for the next day - it works out to around $6-7 a meal (for me at least). They have a drink fridge. There's no seating for dine-in, but they do have benches to wait - although I always prefer to drop into another store nearby and come back in a few minutes to pick it up.

Note that as of October 2024, the only credit/debit card they accept is Visa. It gives an option to tip on the card, so you don't need cash for that. I encourage tipping here, because the kitchen is open and you can really tell that they're working hard at it.

Vegetarian options: I forget which sub it is, but they have a mushroom sub that is absolutely delicious - one of the best veggie subs I've ever had. I'm not sure if have any vegan cheese, but let's be honest - why would anyone even want vegan cheese?“

“Absolutely the freshest ingredients and delicious tasting sub I have had and for 2 people, including 2 bags of chips and 1 drink, VERY inexpensive.

I was impressed with the two men working behind the counter. They were attentive, pleasant, were focused on their work, and checked up on me to see if everything was ok. “Got a medium corned beef and small onion rings. Menu says it comes with horseradish, doesn't say I have to pay.45¢ for less than a spoonful of horseradish, onion rings are 5. Paid over $22.00 for this and left a tip on top of that. Don't go out often and get food and I guess this is why. Extremely disappointed“

“So I ordered about 2 hours ago before coming back and my sandwich got made with the wrong topping. I'm not too mad about it because I love ordering from you guys and I also work at the Domino's in town so I understand things happen when you're busy. One thing that I wasn't happy with was watching a customer come in and pretty much flip out at the employees here for simply the way that they responded to her about her order. She simply couldn't understand things that can happen when businesses go through a lot of business in a short time span. The staff here is awesome and wonderful no matter what that lady says. “I ordered via uber eats and the food was SO GOOD! I got a turkey sandwich fully loaded with veggies, a cup of potato soup and a bag of chips. Side pickle as well. The soup was nice and hot when it arrived, so flavorful but not heavy at all! The sandwich was packed with veggies and the bread was super soft. I got wheat bread. The turkey was almost shredded which I liked too. The quality of the food was amazing, taste was off the charts and the price wasn’t too bad at all! I will be coming here again!“

“If you want a great sub sandwich or great pizza, this is the place to go. Located across from ald's and the fire station on Euclid Ave in Willoughby ohio. If you are from the area, you probably remember "what about Bob's. They had the best sub on the crusty bread. They still do. The only thing I found wrong is that I asked for no hot peppers and they put them on. This just a minor thing because their sub was awesome. It's a small business that could your help so stop by and enjoy their food.“

“It is 6:14 p.m. to the evening cook when someone pays for a gyro they are looking forward to the sauce. I paid for extra sauce. It looks like you rubbed the sauce on the bread like. Love their food, and the service itself is not bad, just will always have to wait like 30 min because their food really is good...just make sure you order ahead so you aren't sitting and waiting for your food for a half hour.
