Young lady taking our order was kind and professional she smiled the hole time and she was cleaning when not taking orders, nice she was on it! And she said see you tomorrow you never hear that! A nice place to grab some grub and watch the TV while eating.. I recommend! I don't do that often“

“This Subway is run like a Subway should be. The service is always very prompt and friendly. The sandwiches are what you should expect from Subway. Perhaps most importantly the dining room is consistently open which is not always a given in late 2021.“

“Extremely tasty, lots of meat & toppings, bread was crispy on the outside & extra soft on the inside. Turkey was moist & the roast beef was perfect. I asked for extra mayonnaise & they didn't over do it. All the trimmings without being sloppy. Highly recommend to anyone who visits the Cleveland Ohio area.“

“Stopped here to pick up a quick dinner for our family right before closing. The two young men that were working were so sweet and helpful, and most importantly showed such good customer service, despite it being close to closing time when I stopped in. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but these two guys were top-notch. The sandwiches did not disappoint either. Will definitely be back!“

“I stopped by this past Tuesday, 3/5. The food was delicious and flavorful. I had the Italian sub and it was packed with fresh ingredients; not just bread. I was impressed with the two men working behind the counter. They were attentive, pleasant, were focused on their work, and checked up on me to see if everything was ok. It was more of a fine dining experience. The only thing missing were the white table linens.“

“I love the food here. It’s literally the taste I crave all the time while I’m pregnant. The waffle fries and Roman burger are my favorite. I dip my sandwich in the cheese and it’s just amazinggg. It’s kinda costly and I always debate whether I want this or Charley’s but they win most of the time!“

“This was my first visit. Upon entering, the young lady ignored me for a few minutes. She never greeted me and it seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I placed my order and it took 20 minutes to complete two sandwiches. When I arrived, there was only one other person waiting on there order. When checking out, the gentleman was very pleasant. When she finished my hot sandwich, she was rude. Asked if I wanted a bag. When I said no, have a nice day, she didn’t reply. Other than that, my sandwiches were fresh and very tasty.“

“I ordered from Mr. Hero for the 1st time tonight. I when I got home I realized I didn’t have a second fry with my other meal. I gave them a call and they were very kind about giving me an extra fry. I soon realized that the fry was actually with the kids meal and that I had picked up an extra fries without needing them. Needless to say I feel dumb.The food was very good! I will definitely be ordering again“

“I picked up a philly cheese steak with mushrooms, onions and mayo with small fries yesterday. I ordered the multi grain bread. The sandwich was good but I think I would like it on white better. Love the fresh cut fries with vinegar and ketchup. They were quick to serve and pleasant.“

“So I ordered about 2 hours ago before coming back and my sandwich got made with the wrong topping. I'm not too mad about it because I love ordering from you guys and I also work at the Domino's in town so I understand things happen when you're busy. One thing that I wasn't happy with was watching a customer come in and pretty much flip out at the employees here for simply the way that they responded to her about her order. She simply couldn't understand things that can happen when businesses go through a lot of business in a short time span. The staff here is awesome and wonderful no matter what that lady says. “I placed an online order today and Subway didn't have the meatballs to complete my order. Instead of being lazy and cancelling my order, a young man called and advised me of the issue and gave me an option. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I got there, food was ready and packed. I've always liked this location. Everybody in there was on their job. Message to management: All workers that were in this Subway location at like 7:30 today (6/10/24) when I picked up my order deserve some type of accolade. “Friendly staff, had lunch with a friend therefore we did dine in the restaurant inside environment was clean. Easy parking directly in front of the restaurant.My only complaint is the tv was on to view but had giant black dots on the screen which cause us to not to be able to view the show that was being displayed.“

“It is 6:14 p.m. to the evening cook when someone pays for a gyro they are looking forward to the sauce. I paid for extra sauce. It looks like you rubbed the sauce on the bread like. Instead of pouring the sauce on top of the sandwich. Minus the sauce everything else was excellent. Don't be scared to squeeze that cucumber bottle.“

Never waited longer than 10 minutes for a sub to be ready, even when busy.The menu is clear and easy to read and you have a variety of choices. And the subs themselves are delicious! Love their food, and the service itself is not bad, just will always have to wait like 30 min because their food really is good...just make sure you order ahead so you aren't sitting and waiting for your food for a half hour. I think the food is worth the wait myself, but I wish they would streamline the process so the food could be at least slightly faster than ordering food from a legit sit down restaurant.“
