“This is such a wonderful team. It is great to see everyone working together and meeting the customers needs. It is a small location and tight quarters but all staff greet people with warm welcome and friendly smiles. By far my favourite Tim Hortons in the city.“

“This is by far the nicest Tim Hortons I have ever entered in my 24 years of Canadian existence. The inside was renovated and spotless with tasteful hockey decor spotted throughout the establishment. Donut selection was lacking, although I did order at 9pm while they were likely waning in stock. Overall a glorious experience, I will be telling my friends and family from miles around.“

“From my experiences, this is the best Tim Hortons location in terms of employees and service. This location has employees who are competent, friendly and accurate with orders and its rare to see these days at a Tim Hortons. No store is perfect but this team is consistently good.I've been to many locations all over the GTA over 3+ decades, namely in Burlington, and have seen a slow decline in customer service at locations everywhere but not at this location. This location has employees who know their job and do it.I have no friends or family at this location, just a shout out because I see the difference at this store compared to most others. Its good hiring with a great crew of employees.“

They have self-order machines which makes it super easy and quick to order and avoid any line up.
Staff are friendly, organized and quick to fulfill orders from dine-in and drive thru customers.

“I had ordered a steak and egg homestyle biscuit through skip the dishes and when it came, I had bacon and egg biscuit. I had thought oh well my bad luck but I decided to call the location just to let them be aware. When I told the lady I just ordered through skip she already knew of the mistake. Sherry was her name and she already knew that the wrong biscuit had been delivered once the courier left. Sherry went over and beyond my expectations by saying that she was going to deliver the correct biscuit herself. I honestly felt so warm because I really did not mind not getting it but for her to realize and rectify the mistake was very heart-warming. And on top of that, she personally drove and delivered the correct biscuit. It is people like Sherry that can make someone's day better and she definitely made mine. Thank you Sherry!“

“It's a tiny Tims in a gas station. It's exactly what you'd expect it to be. That said, I've never had bad service here or any issues with my orders. Food is usually pretty fresh, though I find they often run out of certain things.“

“I liked this store. There's employee her name is Lina. She is very cut and kind. The smile always in her face. I like to come to this tim just to see her. She's very fast doing my coffee. And my coffee became so fantastic when she make it. 😍“

“The workers were very nice! I did have to wait to get served, but they acknowledged me and said that they would be right with me instead of ignoring me. Some gas stations look very run down but this one was well-kept and clean and no bugs (which has been a problem at other gas stations!)“

“Tanvi is by far the best person I've met at the drive thru windows.
Every other time I come to this drive thru when the employees hand me my coffee they are talking to people behind them and or not even looking at me.
Tanvi smiled, was kind and made my experience a very good one.

“Their service is really good, but got to say the mobile pick up takes much longer than the regular line, which they take into priority. Their coffee also tastes better than other locations.Update: lately their service is getting worst and worst! There's only one person taking the orders no matter how many people are waiting in line. And then you wait again just as long for your order. Horrible!“

“Never had any issues with food or drink at this location. And I come here at all times of the day; even late night they make sure to make the freshest drinks and the customer service is always good!
I don't agree with a lot of other (discriminatory) comments in the reviews - because I have seen a lot of people come in and botch up their own orders or order and then not pay for the orders. The morning times are busy and drive through is full but my order has never been messed up.
I have never worked here (or will) but I just wanted to put in a positive review, to acknowledge the staff are really good at what they do.“

“I went to Tim Hortons at Brant street and ordered my usual favorite coffee. There, I met someone named Marion Crook who works there. I was really surprised after she provided the service, seeing the smile on her face and how humble she was. She truly made me feel as if I had known her for years, even though it was the first time I’d ever seen her. She was extremely classy and down-to-earth in her behavior. Afterward, I told her, “You are a fantastic employee,” and then I found out that she is actually the manager there. This shocked me even more because typically, when someone reaches a certain level in their job, there’s usually a bit of arrogance or a different way of interacting with others. Often, they try to hold themselves on the same level as everyone else. But with her, I can’t say anything except that she’s truly a wonderful person. There’s such a sense of comfort and happiness I feel every time I visit, to the point where I go just to experience the elegance of her service. She is very genuine and classy, and I truly enjoy interacting with her. I wish her all the best. This particular branch holds a special place in my heart, and I really love it. Thank you so much to her, her team, and all the employees there. You are all truly amazing!“

“We came here on Christmas Day around 11:40am, after driving everywhere for Tim’s for our long drive. The staff were so friendly, so kind, and made our food amazing. For it being Christmas they were so happy and not frustrated.

“The Hamilton Tim Hortons seems have the same items as any of those brands. However, the morning snack becomes a pleasant surprise of freshly baked soft and delicious food and prepared beverages. The young people who served us were polite and respectful, what else could you wish for?“

(11:30 am December 22nd) The young woman with brown hair that spoke to us at the drive through heard us so clearly, was so friendly had our food ready so fast and even marked my wrap as vegetarian so we wouldn’t get confused.
