“The Tim Hortons at Burloak is one of those places that makes you appreciate the consistency and friendliness the brand is known for. The baristas here are always pleasant and welcoming, no matter how busy it gets. They greet customers with genuine smiles and maintain a calm, professional attitude even during the morning rush. It is clear that they take pride in their work, and that shows in the quality of the beverages they prepare.

The drinks are consistently good. Whether it is a freshly brewed coffee, steeped tea, or a specialty latte, everything tastes balanced and well made. I particularly like how they always prepare tea and coffee fresh, rather than serving something that has been sitting out for too long. You can taste the difference, and I have never once felt unsatisfied with a drink here. It makes this location a reliable stop when you need a quick pick-me-up.

Weekends can be hectic, especially in the morning when people stop in after errands or on their way to work. The line sometimes stretches, but the service remains efficient. There is ample seating if you prefer to wait it out and enjoy your drink inside. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the interior is kept neat and tidy. The bathrooms are consistently clean, which adds to the overall comfort of the visit.

As for the food, my experience has been less impressive. The few times we tried the sandwiches or baked goods, they did not feel as fresh as the drinks. It was not terrible, but certainly below the standard set by their beverages. Because of that, I mostly stick to coffee and tea during our visits. Overall, this location is great for drinks, friendly service, and a comfortable break during a walk.“

In the past, my experience with this location was not very positive, as I frequently received the wrong items. This often left me disappointed and even made me consider not returning.
However, in the last few days, I’ve noticed a clear improvement in the service. A new team member has joined—her name is Camal (apologies if I spelled it incorrectly)—and she has completely changed my experience with this store.
She always serves with a warm and genuine smile that can brighten anyone’s day. She takes my order carefully, prepares everything fresh, and ensures it is always correct.
Her soft-spoken and professional approach makes the service experience not only accurate but also very pleasant.
I am truly impressed with the level of care and dedication she shows to customers.
Thanks to her, my overall experience with this store has greatly improved, and I now look forward to my visits.

“From my experiences, this is the best Tim Hortons location in terms of employees and service. This location has employees who are competent, friendly and accurate with orders and its rare to see these days at a Tim Hortons. No store is perfect but this team is consistently good.I've been to many locations all over the GTA over 3+ decades, namely in Burlington, and have seen a slow decline in customer service at locations everywhere but not at this location. This location has employees who know their job and do it.I have no friends or family at this location, just a shout out because I see the difference at this store compared to most others. Its good hiring with a great crew of employees.“

It’s a great little spot to grab a coffee or snack without even leaving the hospital. For a smaller Tim’s, it does the job , hot coffee and decent goodies considering the limited space. Sometimes you might not get the full selection like you would at a larger location, but it’s still Tim Hortons and it’s super convenient. The staff are friendly enough, and the place looks clean enough as well . convenient to have right inside the hospital.“

“Great location with easy access from the platforms and bus transfers area. They recently added lunch items as well and are trying to grow the menu to better service the customers. Line ups can be long but they do move them fairly quickly and it seems to be improving all the time. Management has recently changed and things seem better!“

“This is mainly for the particular staff members working when I visited today- I go 1 to 2x a day to other locations, never this one. I constantly need my particular beverage remade, or I am disappointed almost every time... not only was the service so fast (once the line moved) but likely the BEST decaf coffee with almond milk that I have had from the hundreds I have had...I complimented the gentleman who made it, seriously it was PERFECT. How he did it is how it was supposed to taste, and how quick and efficiently he moved was how a busy establishment should be from all staff, but common that is not the usual service at the other locations I visit. Just wanted to give credit where it is due, please keep up that good work, it was the first time I finished the whole beverage without adding something to it or getting it remade...thank you!
