The fish was battered and cooked perfectly. Kind and friendly service. Reasonable prices and family pack options. Definitely would recommend.“

“My wife is Persian and we live in Scotland. We are visiting family here and we went to the Deedar restaurant for dinner. The staff were very courteous, and very hospitable and the food was excellent. A wonderful menu and all the food we had was top class. I would highly recommend this restaurant. “Pepper Pork Belly Chicken Claypot is really awesome! The chicken is fresh and tender, the pork belly is elastic, the soup base is milky and rich, and the pepper aroma is just right, which is very stomach-warming. The portion is large enough for two people to eat, and it also comes with lettuce, which is very cost-effective! Highly recommended!

“Well what a great lunch we just had. A delicious dozen East coast oysters. French Kiss and Lucky Lime. plump and tasty with a smack of brine. Very nice selection of condiments. Two glasses of super tasty French Chablis followed up by Haddock tacos and the Blackened haddock burger. delicious fries to compliment the dish. “I went in Mr Fish in a late night!
Personally I liked the food I ordered. But I won’t say it’s the best fish restaurant I’ve tried. Mind you, I’ve tried quite a number, so I’m picky 😋 my friend didn’t like as much.

When I came in, there was a couple there. When I left, a few groups came in the restaurant. Mr. Fish is moderate in size so it won’t allow several big groups. I liked the decorations and cute setup. Customer service is great. Staff is polite and when I packed, server gave this adorable bag. Takeout package is great too.

In the dishes ordered, I liked their beef dish and cheese (or yam) balls. The fish wasn’t the best but it was alright.

“What a charming and cozy spot. Each dish is beautifully designed. We had a pizza that was light and crispy and the salsicchia and gnocchi were unbelievable. The open kitchen really adds to the environment as well, it is fun to see and hear everything that goes on that is usually behind the scenes.“

I ordered the King Crab boil with extras and initially the order was cancelled but they called me IMMEDIATELY to advise they had only one king crab left but would substitute it with snow crabs. Utterly friendly and courteous is an understatement! Best customer service. We got the food delivered in less time than anticipated, and the packaging was insanely proper. No spillage, good containers! The restaurant called me almost immediately after the food was delivered to find out if everything was good! My heart melted and I couldn't thank them enough for making this dinner so special The taste of the food OMG no no words in the English language can deserve it! 1. Soup of the Day (Chicken Soup) – Light and comforting start, clean flavors.

2. Lobster in Hong Kong Style (5 lb) – Super fresh, meaty, and flavorful. Definitely the highlight of the meal.

3. Dry-Aged AAA Canadian Ribeye (16 oz, aged 20+ days) – Tender, juicy, with rich beefy flavor. A nice surf-and-turf touch.

4. Steamed Sea Bass – Perfectly cooked, delicate and tender with classic soy, ginger, and scallion sauce.

5. Snow Pea Tips with King Mushrooms – Fresh and balanced, the mushrooms added a nice earthy taste.

6. Dessert: Mango Pudding – Light, creamy, and refreshing way to finish.

✨ We also added Golden Abalone with Snow Pea Leaves (not in the set) – a luxurious dish, tender abalone with rich sauce.

“So old school dining. The Swiss chalet of seafood 😁 Place has been there for long time. Plenty of room. Easy access from street or atrium (which means it’s on the PATH). Friendly staff and very efficient service. Food is ok, it’s fresh and fast. Nice to get warm biscuits. Had the fish and chips. Fries were over seasoned for my taste (will ask for light or no seasoning next time) but the fish and coleslaw were great. A classic place to stop for a quick bite.“

“By far my favourite Chinese Hakka spot in the GTA. The food and service are consistently excellent every time I visit. Quality, taste, and portions have never changed. Highly recommend the Manchurian fried rice, tandoori masala chicken, chilli chicken, and chilli fried squid. Always hits the mark!“
