“There are good cafes, there are great cafes, and then there is Cappuccino Bakery on King Road.

We travel frequently and make it a strict rule to stop here every single time—probably 4 to 6 times a year. It is, without a doubt, the most amazing cafe and bakery we have ever discovered.

To give you an idea of how incredible this place is: the very first time I ordered a latte here, the taste actually brought me to tears. I was completely overwhelmed by how perfect it was. Every single visit since then has been exactly the same. Without fail, they serve the absolute best coffee and lattes I have ever had in my life. The consistency is unmatched.

Beyond the world-class coffee, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the baked goods look (and taste) like absolute art. What truly makes this place a hidden gem, though, is the staff. The people here are incredibly warm, lovely, and welcoming.

If you are anywhere near Bolton, you owe it to yourself to stop by. They deserve every bit of praise and success. A million stars!“

“I really like this place but the way it's set up is horrible, order your coffee here and ask for soda which you then need to pick up at a different counter, the ice cream can take 10 minutes to get when it's not busy.

“Like the name says, this place is tiny but absolutely worth visiting. I've been twice now and really enjoyed my pasta each time. It's delicious, the flavours are creative, and the portions are reasonable given that it's clearly fresh pasta and small batch. I also enjoy the pesto roll.

I'd suggest coming early to avoid a wait and following their instagram to see what the daily pasta specials are (there are usually 2).“

The Onion Basil is a completely surprise . The outside had a crispy crust, while the inside was unbelievably soft and packed with cream cheese. Super buttery, flavorful, and rich without feeling heavy. Absolute must-order.

Garlic baguette was ridiculously good too — buttery and moist all the way through, not dry at all.

The Briochi felt very substantial; you can tell they don’t go light on ingredients.

As someone who’s tried way too many Asian/Korean bakeries, this is easily top tier for savoury breads.“

“We recently visited Kourosh Bakery and Sandwiches and had such a great experience. We ordered the grilled chicken salad 7.99$ plus 5.99$ 🥗, a steak & cheese sandwich 17.99$ 🥪, and also a doner plate 18.99 $🥙, and everything was honestly excellent and good price compared to quality. The first thing I noticed was how fresh everything tasted—the vegetables in the salad were crisp and fresh, the grilled chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the portion sizes were very generous.

The steak and cheese sandwich was just as impressive. The steak was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the bread tasted fresh and soft, which made a huge difference. The doner plate was also amazing, with flavorful meat, fresh toppings, and great seasoning that reminded me of authentic Persian-style food.

You can really tell they care about the quality of their ingredients and don’t cut corners. Everything felt homemade and prepared with attention to detail.

What I also really appreciated is that Kourosh Bakery feels like a true local business—warm, welcoming, and authentic. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and attentive, making the whole experience even better.

It’s always nice to support a local business that clearly takes pride in what they do. Between the fresh ingredients, delicious food, and excellent customer service, this place definitely earned a repeat customer. I’ll absolutely be back to try more from their menu!

“Customer Service here is a 10 at a time.I originally ordered something for my birthday. Was told it would come in time but unfortunately I ordered it after three p m. Everything tastes amazing and fresh and the customer service is excellent - they asked if they could place a vegan product in the same box with my other pastries. “Hell ya. I'd been managing my expectations since I was visiting a bakery at the end of the day. Turns out there was no need to worry—a wide variety of pastries and treats were on the counter, I was greeted warmly, and my questions on the composition of the bostock were patiently answered.

Croissants: excellent structure; the cheese option came with a generous crispy tuile attached.
Lemon bichon: great lemon flavour, the tangy curd and softened layers inside contrasting the sweet and crispy exterior. Maybe this batch could have used a bit more filling and been somehow messier, gnarlier even.
Bostock: another wonderful combination of flavours and textures, soft challah and jammy filling meets crunchy frangipane.
Chocolate chip cookie: a soft chew, crisp around the edge, that bite of unmelted chocolate, and just the right amount of salt on top for my liking.

Will need to return to try savoury treats, more sweet things, and cake??“

It was the first time I tried the Giardoni here and it’s too good - rich texture, amazing flavour and you need to try it out. Also the young girl who helped me was so kind and helpful. The owner is truly kind as well and honestly such a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re lucky, they also have half off on some of their pastries on a few days!
