“A welcoming place in our neighborhood. With high school students overwhelming the shop at times and as a gathering place for seniors during the day, this coffee shop rises to the occasion with friendly, courteous staff, good coffee and baked goods. If there is a down side it is that sometimes the staff pays more attention to mobile orders than the folks standing in line, but this is more likely due to head office dictates, not the staff on hand.“

“The staff was very nice and quick with the orders. We barely go to Timmies anymore as we often get bad service and the coffee isn't the same as before HOWEVER this store is excellent. We went just before 7am and the cashier (Izza I think her name is?) and the person who provide our coffee were amazing. The other staff were fast with the sandwiches too!“

“I live in the area and I’ve been coming to this Tims as long as they’ve been open as it’s very convenient. That being said I would go out of my way to come to this tims even if wasnt close as the service is 100% and staff are absolutely delightful. “Most of the time, they (the staff that has been there for longer) take and make orders correctly and coffee is fresh. I also had an experience where I got an incorrect order or they made it subpar but I noticed that it’s the “new-ish” staff that makes those mistakes. While some of the staff greet you with “ yes “ or look at you right in the eyes and walk away from the register , if you are lucky enough to be served by Riya you are in for a treat. “This tim hortons is my everyday go to place . I usually pick up my iced coffee from there every morning . All the workers are so nice and helpful . There is always a huge line up there but still they manage to keep the line moving and serve fresh and really fast service . Still some customers are so rude to staff for no reason . “A typical Tim Hortons coffee shop. Recently, I was in this store. I used their washroom and then left. After driving a good twenty kilometers, I realized I may have left my wallet containing all my credit cards, driving license health cards, and some cash in the washroom. Hurriedly called the store and asked if they had seen my wallet. The gentleman responded by saying that he has my wallet. I returned and he handed me back my wallet. Very disappointed with your weekend supervisor AMAAN who is extremely RUDE, UNFRIENDLY & has a very LOUD MOUTH. Not a good role model to the staff.
She is very rude not only to the customers but to the staff as well and we can see that other staff members are working with so much stress and fear of being yelled at in front of customers. Not in English but in her own native language (rude). She is now in Canada and not India so grow up.
Classic example - she lets them work at the back while there is such a long line up and we, being regular or should I say daily customers have noticed that customer get so annoyed standing in line, so they leave.
Is this something that your head office should ignore???
Numerous complaints have been made to the store Managers but they are being ignored merely because they cannot find supervisors to hire.
As a result customers like us are stuck with someone who is good for nothing and it reflects so bad on Tim Hortons hiring process.
WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE.
You should hire more staff like Ms Jashwinder who’s hard work, her friendly and welcoming personality, patience and who deals with the staff like how a supervisor should. It’s sad how deserving staff who works so hard goes unnoticed.
That’s all I can say because I’m so frustrated.
I m hoping for the sake of all staff, this should be seriously taken into consideration and not IGNORED. Thank you“

“Love the quick service and great food at this particular Tim Hortons. The drive-thru is always quick and a perfect for my morning. I'm actually surprised how consistent they are with their drinks and food. The staff is exceptionally well trained. Kodus to the management team here for their standards. Any other Tim's just looks like a joke and have actually stopped going to another Tim hortons.“

“I arrived at 0630, not a soul in the place save the counter staff. I ordered one small coffee, and twenty packs of hockey cards. I hadn’t the words out of my mouth when one of the two attendants grabbed a cup, and proceeded to fill it with the hot, dark liquid so loved by countless millions. The other employee took a case of cards from behind the counter and counted out two piles of ten packs each. I asked for and received a wee a paper sack in which to transport my treasure.I noticed on the wall, a painting of Tim Horton himself, resplendent in the uniform of some local hockey club (their name escapes me). There was a brief bio on the portrait, and a line graph or some such thing, showing his playing time with all his hockey clubs. I looked sadly at the picture and figured he deserved a better ending than he got. My reverie over, I had to get back on the road.The coffee was hot and delicious. I don’t think I spilled a drop, even drinking and driving.“

“I don't know which employee it was but I think it was the manager because I see him most times I go in. But I went in on Friday and it wasn't the best day. I have epilepsy and I'm fighting other health issuse. My sugar was dropping, and I was on the brink of a seizure if I didn't get sugar fast I would have dropped into a grande mal seizure. I have never interacted with this person other than seeing him around in the background while placing my orders. But on this day, I told him my sugar was dropping and I needed something fast. He stopped everything else just to help me bring my sugar levels up to stop a seizure. By the time I was ok, I was already out of the restaurant without even thanking him for saving my life. This is a busy area, the location gets busy, so if you are concerned about noise or seating, take caution. ???

There is a Wendy's next door and apart from not having any benches in the parking lot, or nearby, I like this location.

There are few garbages here so I urge you not to throw your litter in the parking lot. Be nice to others.

“Drive thru is good but ordering in the restaurant is a struggle. They are absolutely short of staff. I have experienced this on Thursday Friday and Saturday evenings. The entire focus is on the drive thru as there are cars waiting. But the customers ordering in the restaurant first wait for order taking then wait for ordered filling. I can't blame the staff working on the front. They are just a few of them trying their best but the manager can participate with the staff working breathlessly or have more people in that shift.“
