“The staff was very nice and quick with the orders. We barely go to Timmies anymore as we often get bad service and the coffee isn't the same as before HOWEVER this store is excellent. We went just before 7am and the cashier (Izza I think her name is?) and the person who provide our coffee were amazing. The other staff were fast with the sandwiches too!“

Very disappointed with your weekend supervisor AMAAN who is extremely RUDE, UNFRIENDLY & has a very LOUD MOUTH. Not a good role model to the staff.
She is very rude not only to the customers but to the staff as well and we can see that other staff members are working with so much stress and fear of being yelled at in front of customers. Not in English but in her own native language (rude). She is now in Canada and not India so grow up.
Classic example - she lets them work at the back while there is such a long line up and we, being regular or should I say daily customers have noticed that customer get so annoyed standing in line, so they leave.
Is this something that your head office should ignore???
Numerous complaints have been made to the store Managers but they are being ignored merely because they cannot find supervisors to hire.
As a result customers like us are stuck with someone who is good for nothing and it reflects so bad on Tim Hortons hiring process.
WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE.
You should hire more staff like Ms Jashwinder who’s hard work, her friendly and welcoming personality, patience and who deals with the staff like how a supervisor should. It’s sad how deserving staff who works so hard goes unnoticed.
That’s all I can say because I’m so frustrated.
I m hoping for the sake of all staff, this should be seriously taken into consideration and not IGNORED. Thank you“

“I went out to Tim Hortons just yesterday late morning and I must say I absolutely love going to the Westdale Mall Tim Hortons location the people who work their are always so friendly and pleasant its nice to see and they usually always make the food so good too and fresh and I gave one of the ladies a compliment saying everyone is so nice here its nice to see and she absolutely loved my compliment and she gave me a chocolate timbit which happeneds to be my fave haha such a sweet lady overall I give this location a 5 star review

“So… I made order online for 4 dozens donuts at 7 am, press option to pick it up in 15 min. When I came there they only start packing it. But then some guy came (worker of Tim H), in the mask behind the counter and start blaming me for how big my order is and early it’s in the morning. “Went here last week out of the blue for a pit stop to my next destination and was hoping to charge my phone while I waited for my next bus, and I was kind of disappointed that there weren't any outlets by the booth. There are two outlets available by the washroom doors so I was able to charge my for there to last me the rest of the day.

Other than that, I had a lovely experience at this Tim Horton's location, the workers were very friendly to me and quick with their service. They were kind in helping me get to the bathroom because I couldn't open the door.

I ordered a chicken wrap and it was made very nicely, it was neatly made and wrapped so the contents weren't falling out or too saucy. I also ordered the new iced pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious, perfect amount of sweetness.“

“I didn't actually enter this business, just walked by as one does. But the thing is, that got me thinking more independently about why things are the way they are in our society. For example this Tim Hortons is situated on Hurontario Street, which may seem unremarkable to the average reader. But, more discernable individuals such as myself and you can tell that the word "Hurontario" is actually made up of two parts! Isn't that a bit of a shock to the system? Haha. So, the first part of the word is "Huron" which refers to the lake further away from Mississauga. The second part of the word is "Hurontario", which refers to the lake closer to Mississauga. Now, hold on to your seats, because we're not even at the crazy part yet. Apparently, this street connects both lakes! Imagine that, one street connecting two lakes, and then naming the street after the two lakes it connects! Such an act is unfathomable, not something that has ever been done before, and likely something that will never be done again. Now, I can't speak of the future with any reasonable level of certainty, for that is beyond the domain of humans, but a deep feeling within me tells me that this street is special, and thus so is the gas station and the Tim Hortons it contains as well.“

“Honestly, the coffee didn’t impress me. The beans could definitely be of better quality, and the milk should be heated between 60 to 70°C any hotter and it starts to burn, giving the drink a bitter aftertaste. Overall, my hot latte was underwhelming and the experience left much to be desired.“
