“The staff was very nice and quick with the orders. We barely go to Timmies anymore as we often get bad service and the coffee isn't the same as before HOWEVER this store is excellent. We went just before 7am and the cashier (Izza I think her name is?) and the person who provide our coffee were amazing. The other staff were fast with the sandwiches too!“

Recently this location was renovated, sadly they do not have one charger port for phones. I think it's kind of silly and appreciate the staff but come on!!

“This Tim Hortons is at 910 Lakeshore road east port credit ont. Just east of Cawthra road on the south side. The staff here is pleasant. The service and the food quality is good. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant is good. We have visited this location more than twice this month of December 2025. Getting into this location is a little tricky at times as it is just past the the traffic intersection to the east of it. If you do give your self plenty of time to safely access this location. You will be pleased with the greeting's of the very friendly staff and the great food. We have always gone into this restaurant to be served and we have been here many, many times before. We have never tried the drive through? When leaving this Tim Hortons, and you happen to be heading West Bound on the Lakeshore. You will defiantly find this easier although a little time consuming, You could Turn Right out of this Tim's lot. Making a quick Right Turn at the Traffic Lights and go down this road to the First West Bound street you come to. Turn Right again then go to the West End of this street. You will Turn Right again and go to the top of this Street Exiting back onto the Lakeshore Road West Bound. This Tim's locations gives you choices of entering and exiting safely. You might think, what? Safety on the Lakeshore Road, being it's always busy in both directions. People won't stop! These directions here will save you time and you'll be safer doing it this way. I have done this for a few years now with no regrets. It's all Right's.“

Very disappointed with your weekend supervisor AMAAN who is extremely RUDE, UNFRIENDLY & has a very LOUD MOUTH. Not a good role model to the staff.
She is very rude not only to the customers but to the staff as well and we can see that other staff members are working with so much stress and fear of being yelled at in front of customers. Not in English but in her own native language (rude). She is now in Canada and not India so grow up.
Classic example - she lets them work at the back while there is such a long line up and we, being regular or should I say daily customers have noticed that customer get so annoyed standing in line, so they leave.
Is this something that your head office should ignore???
Numerous complaints have been made to the store Managers but they are being ignored merely because they cannot find supervisors to hire.
As a result customers like us are stuck with someone who is good for nothing and it reflects so bad on Tim Hortons hiring process.
WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE.
You should hire more staff like Ms Jashwinder who’s hard work, her friendly and welcoming personality, patience and who deals with the staff like how a supervisor should. It’s sad how deserving staff who works so hard goes unnoticed.
