Its not good in our opinion we both ordered a blt sandwich with fries.which we could not finish No taste what so ever, fries were barely warm. decided to take half home ended up in garbage, What happened to the lunch menu which used to be good. “Today I had a Solo Classic Cheese Burger, and it was really tasty. The patty was juicy and full of flavour, the cheese was nicely melted, and the bun was soft and fresh. Everything tasted like it was made with care.

The customer service was excellent too — the staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick. It made the whole visit that much better.

“Stopped by for a late lunch after walking around the city center and ended up ordering the pepperoni and a garlic knot side, both came out fast and properly hot. The staff were genuinely friendly, checked in without hovering, and even pointed us toward a good coffee spot after. Seating was a bit tight around 1pm but we snagged a table by the window and enjoyed watching the street traffic go by. Honestly one of the better slices I've had outside London, will definitely swing back next time I'm in Peterborough.”

The food was delicious and I was beyond impressed with the presentation and flavours. Samantha, was our server and she went the extra mile to make our dining experience a pleasant one. “My aunt‘s favourite restaurant before she passed was Red Lobster. Our family decided to get together in her memory at one of our homes, and we asked Amir, manager of Peterborough Red Lobster if it was possible to have it catered. He enthusiastically jumped in, made suggestions. He actually organized the entire menu. 30 people gathered. The food arrived and it was magnificent. Such a variety. I am pretty sure it was almost everything from their menu and more!!! There was something for every guest to enjoy and they did. If anyone is thinking of hosting such an event, I would strongly recommend recommending contacting Amir and he had his kitchen crew will impress. Thank you, Amir and your staff.”

I'm actually not happy with this Boston Pizza for messing up my order, but I appreciate the attempts to make it right well enough to recommend the place. The employees tried their best, and they were busy. $33 for a medium pepperoni pizza, though..? It was good pizza, sure, but not really worth it for quick take-out. I think you have to get a table and dine-in to fully appreciate the price.”

“7+ years ago we dined here for our first date and never dreamed this restaurant could get any better. Well they proved us wrong. It was amazing!! Still the prettiest place inside! Best bruchetta & caesar salads we've had anywhere! Had to sample the lobster mac n cheese, seafood gorgonzola & Marty recommended the wagyu steak. He even brought the meat out to show us. It was a true beauty! Leftovers to take home, desserts, coffee & an espresso martini made this a meal we won't soon forget! We already can't wait to come back! ♡”

“The lady working the drive through windows today was spectacular she deserves a raise. I asked if they did pup cups when ordering and they said no but when I got to the window the lady put frosty ice cream in a little cup for our puppy Gus and it was very sweet”

“Easy spot off the highway for a rest stop. I made a mobile order that must have gotten lost in the system. The staff was excellent - I wasn’t waiting long at all before an employee asked which order I was waiting on. He sorted it quickly and was very kind.

We went on a weekend in the summer, it was busy and the lineup for the washrooms (2 all-gender stalls) was quite long with other road-trippers. However they were decently clean.”

Make sure you have everything in your bag before you leave the drive thru, I don't know why but they seem to split things up more than other locations & I accidentally drove off without half my order. She checked in with us multiple times and made sure we were very well taken care of. Two mains were ordered, the shepherds pie and a BLT sandwich. Both were delicious and the shepherds pie was piping hot! Will definitely come back the next time we have the opportunity to come to town.”

I called Papa’s Pizzaland and they said that Skip the Dishes had made a mistake.. I contacted Skip the Dishes and they gave us a credit.. 25 mins later we see someone pull into our driveway.. It was Papa’s Pizzaland delivering the pizza we originally wanted in a larger size for no charge..!! What amazing customer service.!! My recommendation, order directly through Papa’s Pizzaland and avoid the Skip the Dishes issues…”

“I simply want to say that the staff that work at this Tim Horton location are absolutely amazing. They deal with so many eclectic human beings and they all do their very best each and every day. I have watched both the staff and the owners come and speak with individuals and help them when they can. The other day there was a lovely, timid, young woman in this store and both a man, who was very careful not to intrude and the owner (female) spoke to the young woman and helped her through a serious crisis (she was obviously physically abused). They sat with the young girl and at one point, I did hear part of the conversation where both the owner and the gentleman were brough to tears and I then followed. These individuals who work at this Tim Hortons care, work VERY hard and deal with A LOT each day. I ask that the patrons of this restaurant appreciate that and treat each member of this Tim Hortons team with the respect that they deserve. There are certainly times when persons have had to be asked to leave but welcome to our world and it is handled as best as it can be. Thank you for letting me share my experience Rhonda”

“First impression... okay so this restaurant has a very plain and simple atmosphere like many take out places with counter ordering only! However, there is ample seating for dining in as well. Once the very pleasant owner greeted us, explained the posted menu and took our order of the Chicken Souvlaki dinner with boiled potatoes (not fries), rice, and Greek salad for me and my husband, we went to our table and hoped for the best!! Well, there definitely was no need to be concerned because what we were served was delicious and more than ample in quantity!! The chicken was tender and nicely seasoned, the rice was fluffy, the potatoes were firm but properly cooked and the Greek salad perfectly dressed (not soggy!) plus, the in-house made Tzatziki sauce was excellent!! “I recently used Tracey's That's A Wrap catering to provide food for 100 people at a surprise birthday party at The Peterborough Rugby Club building at Nicholls Oval.. I had rented the fully licensed clubhouse for the occasion ,and as it happens ,she is the sister of the part-time bar manager at the club ,Kait .This made things very easy to coordinate the occasion .EVERYONE wanted to know who did the food and complimented the quality ,variety and taste .As well as sumptuous wraps, there were fruit ,veggie and pickle trays ,as well as spring rolls ,and varied deserts . Tracey volunteered to help get things going for the first hour of a three hour party, and she left right at the end ! That was service way beyond expected.. She had some food left over and this was taken to facilities in town which she knew would use it .No waste !! I would certainly recommend Tracey for any future similar occasions and parties. She has to be the best in town !”

“Stopped by for a late lunch last Saturday and ended up staying almost two hours because the patio by the gazebo was just too nice to leave. Had the haddock and chips, which was fresh and perfectly fried, and my partner's lamb burger disappeared in about ten minutes flat. Our server was quick to refill drinks and didn't rush us even when we lingered over dessert watching the river go by. It's become our go to spot for birthdays and random Tuesdays alike, and after years of visits it still hasn't let us down once.”

“Swiss chalet towerhill did a great job considering how insanely busy it was thanksgiving Monday. The parking lot was full of chalet customers all the way up to the Sobeys! Yes there was a wait for takeout but the food quality was good. Great to see a Canadian restaurant chain so busy!”
