He said I’m the first person that’s ever asked for the habanero sauce on the side after loading up the inside with the sauce as well. The heat was on point for this one and the flavour was great. Definitely recommend trying it out.”

“We were there on a Friday night with our youth hockey team. I made a reservation for 40 people and they had us in a room on the main floor that was a bit more private. The service was great, the food was fantastic, the portions were big, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!”

I think the automated ordering system should be fixed as there is usually one kiosk which is out of order. The parking lot is usually busy but the drive through moves fast. It is clean and the sun shines in on the tables in the morning, making your hash-browns glisten. Good location in terms of proximity to the highway and to other fast food joints.”

“Absolutely incredible. Came in and we just pick a spot to sit. The waitress (Penny) was on her own clearing tables, serving customers, and bartending. She quite literally was a one woman show. She cleaned our space quickly when we chose a table and immediately got us menus and asked us what we wanted to drink. Service was fast and friendly. Even though she was by herself, I never felt like I was forgotten or left to the wayside. The food was melt in your mouth delicious. Amazing flavors and cooked to perfection. It was Papa’s Pizzaland delivering the pizza we originally wanted in a larger size for no charge..!! What amazing customer service.!! My recommendation, order directly through Papa’s Pizzaland and avoid the Skip the Dishes issues…”

I have watched both the staff and the owners come and speak with individuals and help them when they can. The other day there was a lovely, timid, young woman in this store and both a man, who was very careful not to intrude and the owner (female) spoke to the young woman and helped her through a serious crisis (she was obviously physically abused). They sat with the young girl and at one point, I did hear part of the conversation where both the owner and the gentleman were brough to tears and I then followed. These individuals who work at this Tim Hortons care, work VERY hard and deal with A LOT each day. I ask that the patrons of this restaurant appreciate that and treat each member of this Tim Hortons team with the respect that they deserve. There are certainly times when persons have had to be asked to leave but welcome to our world and it is handled as best as it can be. Thank you for letting me share my experience Rhonda”

“I was travelling for work with a colleague and we were tired and wanted a nice light meal and a relaxed atmosphere. We certainly found that and so much more at the Riverside Grill. Jessica was our server this evening and it’s safe to say she made the entire experience 1000 times better. She was attentive to our needs and was extremely personable as well as being very good at her job. She went above and beyond and identified what would make our visit better, then delivered on it. The extra cheese curds were very welcome 😉. And the care she took crafting my delicious dessert was very much appreciated. The meal and dessert were delicious but the service and conversation with Jessica was what really made the evening great. She also gave us some recommendations for places to go and things to do. I honestly can’t remember when I’ve had such a lovely interaction with a wait staff professional. If there is an employee of the month award I definitely would like Jessica to receive it. “I have got to give a shoutout to Vishu at Pizza Pizza! I've visited twice now, and both times he was the one who made my pizza. Seriously, it was the best pizza I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, great toppings, and you can tell he really cares about what he’s doing. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, especially in a fast-food setting. If you're heading to Pizza Pizza, I highly recommend hoping that Vishu is working. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. He’s a pizza-making wizard!”
