I tried it one night and ordered fish and chips (I ask for onion rings instead of fries) I thought it was just a lucky batch and tried again. They are amazing each time! Crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. They are now a part of our normal take out line up. Customer service is amazing and food is great!!”

The food was delicious and I was beyond impressed with the presentation and flavours. Samantha, was our server and she went the extra mile to make our dining experience a pleasant one. I'm actually not happy with this Boston Pizza for messing up my order, but I appreciate the attempts to make it right well enough to recommend the place. The employees tried their best, and they were busy. $33 for a medium pepperoni pizza, though..? It was good pizza, sure, but not really worth it for quick take-out. I think you have to get a table and dine-in to fully appreciate the price.”

Best bruchetta & caesar salads we've had anywhere! Had to sample the lobster mac n cheese, seafood gorgonzola & Marty recommended the wagyu steak. He even brought the meat out to show us. It was a true beauty! Leftovers to take home, desserts, coffee & an espresso martini made this a meal we won't soon forget! We already can't wait to come back! ♡”

“We have never been to this location before but I was incredibly impressed by our experience tonight. We came at a busy time this evening and our server Allie was so efficient. She was clearly busy but simultaneously very attentive and fast with our drink refills. It surprised me how quick the food came out considering how busy it was, but it was hot and delicious. We got the 2 for 1 special with ribs and we will for sure be back in hopes of getting her as our waitress again.”

“Easy spot off the highway for a rest stop. I made a mobile order that must have gotten lost in the system. The staff was excellent - I wasn’t waiting long at all before an employee asked which order I was waiting on. He sorted it quickly and was very kind.

We went on a weekend in the summer, it was busy and the lineup for the washrooms (2 all-gender stalls) was quite long with other road-trippers. However they were decently clean.”

Fries came in a paper bag. With napkins! So thoughtful and caring. Coffee was black, just the way I like it. So considerate and kind. It reminded me of childhood.”

“My aunt‘s favourite restaurant before she passed was Red Lobster. Our family decided to get together in her memory at one of our homes, and we asked Amir, manager of Peterborough Red Lobster if it was possible to have it catered. He enthusiastically jumped in, made suggestions. He actually organized the entire menu. 30 people gathered. The food arrived and it was magnificent. Such a variety. I am pretty sure it was almost everything from their menu and more!!! There was something for every guest to enjoy and they did. If anyone is thinking of hosting such an event, I would strongly recommend recommending contacting Amir and he had his kitchen crew will impress. Thank you, Amir and your staff.”

On a relaxing Saturday evening, the food was excellent, staff personable and the room quiet enough to be heard but lively enough for a true pub feel. Again, I cannot overstate the chicken Parm, the nachos, the mint-chip cheesecake... Everything was excellent and Kenzie, the server, was a lot of fun and incredibly skilled.”

Well, there definitely was no need to be concerned because what we were served was delicious and more than ample in quantity!! The chicken was tender and nicely seasoned, the rice was fluffy, the potatoes were firm but properly cooked and the Greek salad perfectly dressed (not soggy!) plus, the in-house made Tzatziki sauce was excellent!! It was Papa’s Pizzaland delivering the pizza we originally wanted in a larger size for no charge..!! What amazing customer service.!! I have watched both the staff and the owners come and speak with individuals and help them when they can. The other day there was a lovely, timid, young woman in this store and both a man, who was very careful not to intrude and the owner (female) spoke to the young woman and helped her through a serious crisis (she was obviously physically abused). They sat with the young girl and at one point, I did hear part of the conversation where both the owner and the gentleman were brough to tears and I then followed. These individuals who work at this Tim Hortons care, work VERY hard and deal with A LOT each day. I ask that the patrons of this restaurant appreciate that and treat each member of this Tim Hortons team with the respect that they deserve. There are certainly times when persons have had to be asked to leave but welcome to our world and it is handled as best as it can be. Thank you for letting me share my experience Rhonda”

“I recently used Tracey's That's A Wrap catering to provide food for 100 people at a surprise birthday party at The Peterborough Rugby Club building at Nicholls Oval.. I had rented the fully licensed clubhouse for the occasion ,and as it happens ,she is the sister of the part-time bar manager at the club ,Kait .This made things very easy to coordinate the occasion .EVERYONE wanted to know who did the food and complimented the quality ,variety and taste .As well as sumptuous wraps, there were fruit ,veggie and pickle trays ,as well as spring rolls ,and varied deserts . Tracey volunteered to help get things going for the first hour of a three hour party, and she left right at the end ! That was service way beyond expected.. She had some food left over and this was taken to facilities in town which she knew would use it .No waste !! I would certainly recommend Tracey for any future similar occasions and parties. She has to be the best in town !”

The pan seared trout was cooked perfectly and the portion was generous without being over the top. Parking behind the building was tight but easy enough, and honestly worth it for that view over the water.”
