“I went to Swiss Chalet on Highland for dinner with a friend and had a great experience. We were served by an amazing waitress named Jeneyah, and she truly made our visit special. She was very pleasant, gave us plenty of menu options, and was attentive throughout our meal. Our food was taken and delivered in a timely manner—hot, fresh, and delicious. The restaurant environment was clean and welcoming, and overall the service was excellent. I’d rate this visit a 9.5/10 and would definitely return!“

“I have going to Swiss Chalets for years ... in Ottawa, Georgetown, Mississauga, Burlington and now here in Kitchener. I go at least 3 a month. Food here was good as usual. This visit I was served by Sue (she as been my server a couple of times). She seems to really enjoy her function, she is quite personable and I enjoy.“

“This is a great option for a good quality, sit-down meal on campus. The staff had some struggles understanding the drink orders and requests resulting in an incorrect drink order and quite a lot of time consulting with their co-workers to fix. They could use extra training on the menu as well. Even though it was a set menu they didn't have answers ready about the meal. Eg. What vegetables are with this? I think a little more training for the staff would have made this a 5-star experience as it was a delicious meal with great value on campus.“

“We had wonderful service and food at the Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road in Kitchener! We were seated almost immediately. Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener. “I had always ordered from Harvey’s before but it was a first time experience of visiting their store.

They had an offer going on for 2 for $8 for burgers and we order those. Best part was that you can add whatever veggies and sauces you want and it was fun as I like more toppings and it was just like subway.

Burgers were really nice and filling for the price we paid and also large fries were really good and fresh. The staff was very friendly.“

They also never make you wait when you go through drive thru like most of the other fast food places. “Nice spread at the breakfast buffet. Particularly enjoyed the overnight oats and smoothies. The omelette was oddly sweet (maybe the cheese in it), and the coffee did have a bit of a burnt taste. The rest was great though and the buffet selection is very good for the morning: pastries, fruit, beans, meat, pancakes, French toast and the like. Server was friendly, and there seemed to be managers and other staff roaming to check on guests and keep up the buffet areas. Reasonable price especially if you get a few plates and take advantage of the buffet.“

They have a good music system and cameras so you can enjoy the show from any place. The venue is also intimate. You are not more than 3 tables away from any place.

“I got the orinal burger and found that the beef tasted real. If the bus was toasted more it would have taken the experience to the next level. Make sure to get sauces and the burger while a good flavor baseline, is pretty bland. Tasted only salted, but the chipotle sauce was nice. Will come back again, Lord willing.

The milkshake is incredible, better than many other major franchises, I had the regular and it's quite thick and filling. Imagining the Large is scary, haha“

“Prices are good, especially when it comes to daily deals. Wings come in both breaded and non breaded for the half price wings on Tuesday and Wednesday. Service is good, ironically though, they are more on top of things when it's busy then when it's slow.“
